Please I need help on my Camry 2009.
I recently disconnected my battery for a friend to jumpstart his car and and this problem come up afterwards. The vehicle idle engine speed will almost drop abruptly below the usual 700/800 mark when at a stop in traffic but will balance and pick-up immediately after. This results in a quick shudder of the engine during this blip. I scanned and discovered the code P0441 relating to vacuum/pressure in the EVAP system. I have checked the fuel cap and no issues.

Please help how to diagnose and fix.

Flooded lead acid batteries must not be used inside your house/office (due to the release of highly explosive hydrogen gas while in use). They are to be kept in a vented space.

Is it healthy... considering possibilities of radiation and emission of acidic gases. The person sitting besides it do complain of headache most times and heat. 4 tubular batteries were used with 2kva Pure sine wave inverter. Please I will really appreciate your response.

You can switch back to 0W-20 as recommended by the manufacturer if you have kept a good maintenance habit on our engine. I also use the same vehicle and made the switch after 2.5 years. All you need to ensure is to get an engine flush and make your change to from 20W-50 to 0W-20.
Call Mamtus Nigeria (Lagos), they are distributor of original Liqui Moly oils and they can direct if they have an assured retailer in Abuja or can waybill to you. If buying Liqui Moly, buy their 300-Ml engine flush too o.

There is little to no standard here. Al lot of manufacturers usually slap numbers that cannot be always replicated on equipment.
For Suco, to test how well your 2.8Kw gen will handle such, plug a 1.8Kw microwave, see the high level of noise and observe the vibrations.

Simply put, it is not advisable.

He may not be correct about his claims on standards but motors and compressors depending on type use up more power during startup, sometimes its even up to 3 times their running power.

How will starting watts not be high? using the Hisense above of 1200W how will starting watts not reach 2000 - 2500watts. and he forgets the compressor will always be asking for this intermittently without telling you (I am about to ask o ). They will power ac first and plug other appliances of 500watts (including your freezer/fridge- some will even have tokunbo version). and now at intervals the ac and fridge/freezer will start/stop. After a few years gen will start to loose compression power, leak oil from gasket areas... we will then be blaming quality forgetting that lack of knowledge to manage the asset contributed to the early demise of the investment (generator).

Well, it's possible the starting watt is not very high. Before my neighbour started having issues with his generator, it was able to run his Thermocool AC better than than his Polystar, both of them are 1.5Hp. With time it couldn't even power up the Polystar.

Time will tell.
You forget that the life expectancy is cut short with this kind of use. Let's see if that generator will last 5-7 years without a major overhaul.

Try this calculation.
- First convert 3.5Kva to Watts (3500*0.8 ) = 2800watts (Ideal 100% running power).
- Factor in quality aberration and non conformance to standards within Nigeria space (20% off): 2800w - 20% = 2240watts
- Factor in the fact that you must not load your generator pass 50 - 70% capacity for lifetime sake: 2240w - 30% = 1568watts
So, for a 3.5Kva (2800watts) generator, ideal usable capacity is 1568watts (I intentionally left our surge capacity). Now remember for conventional ac's LRA (start-up) can be up to 2 to 3 times running rating)

The above is the reason.

Other appliances are PS4 console, 2 ceiling fans, a standing fans and light bulbs (about 10) though I won't be putting on all the appliances all at once. And please can it power a pressing iron?

If original, you're good to go. You might need to specify other appliances.

No generator is typically noiseless as you will be thinking of placing it towards your window. I will advise you go a little notch higher...TEC Junior 1500 about 80k - 85k. The quality is better than for same rating and it also comes with AVR compared to others.

Please I need advise on which panel stringing and combination for maximum harvest for a Victron MPPT 100/50 with maximum CC wattage of 1400watts. My system voltage is 24V. Using the Victron MPPT calculator with 4 (2S2P) 320W panels totaling 1280W shows 50A power limiting at low temperature. Is this stringing okay? and how do I oversize to accommodate for periods of low sunshine.
Panel information is: Vmpp - 33.5, Impp - 9.58, Voc - 39.9, Isc - 10.08.

So i think 202ah cells and not 280ah cells would be a win win config for all.grade A CATL /Eve cells

1cbm is 64 cells, and 1 cell would cost about 10 to 15usd shipping& clearing inclusive.

Seems no serious discount for a group buy, so may be better people banding up to buy and ship 0.5cbm, or less to reduce the risk/temptation inherent in tying up funds with 1 person.

I just scanned my Camry 09 and it came up with P0606 and P0138 DTCs. Can the P0138 sensor issue make MIL come on and off intermittently? Or could go of good about 4 days, stay on for 2 weeks.

Also, how do I resolve the P0606 without changing the brain box?

I bought a toks Camry 09 Sep-19... good car and drives great. Doing the servicing about 2 weeks later then, my Kazeem observed the oil is quite watery (now, I think the US owner uses 0W20/5W20 as recommended on the car) and advised I use Mobil XHP which had been in use till now.

1. Can I revert to the recommended oil?
2. What are various implications of Mobil XHP continuity?
3. 0W20/5W20 which one? Brand? and cost
