Bobandgreat: How about egghead boots out his head and gets a fowls head.Seriously, he has declared openly that he is no longer 'egghead' but now 'airhead' take note As for your post, please don't crack my ribs you sir, is one funny dude really loved your sense of humour ![]() |
This is a belated one, although a good move in the right direction as many employees have suffered untold hardships and exploitations from the hands of their employers! However what will be the 'fixed penalties' for those who steal our senior citizens pensions, this is a yearly re-occurence that must addressed once and for all! |
AGREED BOKO HARAMS ARE NOT MUSLIMS, THEY ARE JUST FOLLOWERS OF MUHAMMAD (PBUH) AND WORSHIPERS OF ALLAH Our Own Wole Soyinka I totally disagree with you on this! Those tebliks who beat up masquerades in Oshogbo, Ibadan, Abeokuta are muslims and not Boko Harams, those who beheaded Gideon Akaluka in 1994 are not boko harams but are muslims, those who beat up Oloolu (a famous Masquerade) and his followers at Ibadan last year are muslims and not boko harams, the message is very clear there is a connection from Islam to what boko harams are doing and that is VIOLENCE! Truth be told ![]() |
Gamji007: Sorry Mr. Man, the north ruled for 21 years, out of 52 yrs. Your newly adopted brothers, the middle beltans ruled for 18 yrs.I insist you are indeed new to this part of the planet! |
Gamji007: And the core southerners become clueless even when they have the power. The more reason I shall continue to declare woe unto any NIGERIAN campaigning for any reetarded fisherman to rule us again while the unity of this country lasts. You must be new to this part of the planet! Northerners have ruled Nigeria for 38 years out of our 52+ years of existence and what can they show for it even starting from that poverty-riddled region of theirs, please I need answers for your info, no matter how wor-wor you tagged Jonathan's government he is still way ahead of you Funky Mallams... Develop your regions first, time is going ![]() |
naijababe: Wetin elders dey see when dem dey siddon small pikin no go see even if e dey on top ladder. If only the let's break up army sabi say wetin dey after 6 pass 7.You no go shut ur trap, wetin d stupid elders dey see if not their enjoyment of perpetual servitude to those disgruntled elements (core north) who brought Nigeria to the sorry state we now found ourselves economically and politically! What an ugly statement from ur big mouth, if you don't have anything meaningful to contribute, shut ur trap! I wonder what is the business of Afenifere if those 'marauders' want to go their separate ways! Nigerians ronu ko, naijababe ronu ni ![]() |
They (core north) are fond of shouting 'we want power' on top of their lungs even though, they don't know what to do with POWER The more reason I shall continue to declare woe unto any Southerner campaigning for any Funky Mallam to rule us again while the unity of this country lasts! |
bigtt76: Abeg how much will it cause to fumigate NIGERIA of all the Politician Pests and Corrupt Rodents?Clownish but cute though ![]() |
Deep Sight: Ol boy, wetin you wan make I talk again? You live in a country that ought to, by now, have imposed the death penalty on acts of official corruption. I personally do not support capital punishment, but that is the sort level on which we need to be thinking as per corruption. A radical and very harsh stance has to be taken with it. We should have a whistle-blower reward system put in place. You catch the thief, you receive a portion of the recoveries. Incentive for whistle blowers to blow whistles and blow them fast and hard in a greedy society. After that, Life-Imprisonment, non negotiable, no possibility of parole. All assets forfeited to the states. All honours/ awards forfeited. No bank accounts permitted. Solitary confinement for life, no exceptions. Deny the president powers of pardon for corruption cases. Abolish official immunity from prosecution while in office. Have the EFCC report either to the Supreme Court or the Senate or better still, both; or have it selected and report to the National Judical Commission or other independent body. Remove its investigations from the purview of the Attorney General. Re structure the EFCC to ensure that it is not susceptible to control by the executive of the day. Include Media and International watchdogs on its board. On top of all that, arrest every person who has held public office in Nigeria since 1979 and cannot explain his total assets legitimately. All of them must declare all their assets and explain them all. Any failure to do this = Life Imprisonment with the conditions I stated above: solitary confinement, no possibility of parole or pardon, forfeiture of all assets. Revoke all oil blocks granted to politicians. Establish a Resource Control Allocation Commission. Place Media and International Watchdogs on its boards. I could go on and on, son: but the point is simply that it the midst of all the drastic steps that need to be taken, the last thing on your mind should ne granting a pardon to a corrupt ex public officer....and you think all what you stated above is possible under this 'warped system of government' we are practicing? If still in doubt, you may read this at your leisure; https://www.nairaland.com/964274/tale-country-multi-coloured-system-government |
Even if you paint the FACTS in WHITE, haters gonna hate ![]() |
Deep Sight: The bold in your post would answer that, son.Can you please elucidate further, perhaps you know something most of us here don't know about Nigerian Politics, I am waiting son ![]() |
Deep Sight: The reason for your post is not far fetched either.Even though you come by the handle "Deep Sight" you still can't see! Check it, "Eyes that look are common, eyes that see are rare".....perhaps you will tell us how your above stated psychobabbles can be related to the issue of Jonathan! |
THE HULABALU OVER PRESIDENTIAL PARDON GRANTED BY GEJ. So many people were worried about GEJ'S Pardon - but why. => THEN YOU NEED TO SEE THE LIST OF PEOPLE PARDONED BY PRES. BILL CLINTON. Below As President., Bill Clinton granted pardon & clemency to 456 people, thus commuting the sentences of those already convicted of crime & obviating a trial for those not yet convicted. On 20th Jan, 2001, he pardoned 140 people in the final hours of his presidency. Some of those pardoned include: 1. Bob F. Griffin- 4mr speaker of the Missouri House of Reps who was serving 2yrs on bribery charges. 2. Anold Paul Prosperi- Florida Attoney convicted tax fraud. 3. Melvin J. Reynolds- Demo congressman frm Illinois convicted for bank fraud & obstruction of justice 4. Dorothy Rivers- Convicted for $1.2m theft. 5. Peter McDonald-Servin g 14yrs for fraud & racketeering. In all of these, no International community heard or sanctioned anybody And yet The Same US didn't say anything when Bill Clinton did this. But When it happens in Nigeria, it is now a never-heard-of and having insults from some bloody sentimented people. We must give GEJ the needed support to succeed and Nigeria will move forward. It's not about Akpabio but that's the trend with Nigerian politicians, Tinubu, Fashola, Aliyu Babangida, etc are all beneficiaries of the same fiat, don't get me wrong I am not supporting what Akpabio did but don't lump it on him just because he is PDP! My take is whether PDP, ACN, CPC, ANPP, APC etc! |
Haters in the house gonna cry on this one Seriously, I love JONATHAN ![]() |
Ritualists on the prowl as usual! Our ladies should learn to take life easy, 'not all that glitters is gold' life entails that you take things as they come with lion-mettled hearts nothing lasts forever! If you think you are suffering now, just hold on a little longer that door you so much desire to be opened for you shall be opened! My heart goes to the families of the dead and woe betide the ritualists (Amen)! |
This should be Obasanjo's scheme at work. Well, whether Obasanjo or Sangosanjo or Ogunsanjo or Obatalasanjo or Eborasanjo likes it or not, JONATHAN shall be sworn in as Commander-in-Chief come 2015 ![]() |

thelastPope: Look, if you guys are really intelligent as you claim, you will not be pushing this kind of pitch. It is beer parlour talk. Whether it was published by New York Times, doesn't matter. According to an unknown source this and unknown source that, is just garbage journalism. My brother, I say a big AMEN to your prayers and as for me I have declared woe unto any southerner who dares cast his or her votes for any funky mallam, no more going back to stone age thinking ![]() |
How will that stop Jonathan from winning come 2015 ![]() |
Sincere 9gerian: If only you had gone thru the threadSeriously, those haters are clearly clueless as to what governance is as far as Nigerian politics is concerned, the more reason they resort to name callings when they've ran out of 'points' (that is if they even have convincing ones) ![]() |
