SirShymexx: Don't mind the grossly overrated and utterly corrupt man. He's claiming an effort that had strong international backing and a strategy that was in place - way before APC was formed. If APC had won the SW convincingly with Buhar's candidacy - then he deserves kudos for being political genius. But that wasn't the case. Buhari won his stronghold and he would've done it, with or without Tinubu/APC. And GEJ won his two regions convincingly. Conversely, I'd wager that he deserves to be flogged for letting PDP win elections in Lagos under his nose. Apart from the loot he contributed - he didn't contribute anything substantial. The way he has been outmuscled in the APC power struggle adds credence to how ordinary he's.
The man is overrated both in politics and economics. He needs to stop talking and enjoy his loot, after getting all SWern states into a cesspit of unwarranted debts. You just won yourself a fan.........SirShymexx the political juggernaut and pathfinder of our time. Jah bless ur sharp memories. I totally concur. |

The two pictures speak volume of the legendary Tina Turner who gave us hits from; what's love gotta do with it, we don't need another hero, simply the best etc. An ageless diva of no comparison save for Diana Ross.....I present to you Tina Turner who had seen it all.....talk about domestic violence, heart break, frustration in career yet undeterred. Politics › Re: Tariff Reversal: Nationwide Blackout Looms, Power Firms Warn by tomakint: 2:46am On Feb 19, 2016 |
admax: The senators really needs to be educated on this as most of them don't understand the dynamics. I can't blame them because they only understand politics.
Nigerians are paying the 2nd cheapest electricity in Africa but want to enjoy 24hrs light as if the equipment needed for electricity generation or transmission are cheap!
Azura a 450MW Genco in Edo will spend over $1.2billion to build their plant, sell to NBET who will give Discos who will sell for stipends while battling with consumer's who don't pay bills and illegal connections etc so Discos won't be able to pay NBET who won't pay Azura (Genco) who won't be able to pay their bank loans (and for gas supply)!
Solution: Increase electricity tariff and cancel estimated billing to consumers. Disconnect those that don't pay. This will bring confidence to the market and attract investors!
People are paying 100 times more than the tariff for running their generators! You are not smart at all with your solution. |

doctokwus: Don't come here saying thrash and trying to weep up useless sentiments. I detest senator Na 'Allah because he seems anti people and was the one that proposed that social media bill, but he made a lot of sense in regards to the national conference. What Na'Allah basically said is this:that GEJ had no legal backing to have conveyed that confab because Nigeria operates a constitutional democracy, that GEJ conveyed the conference by fiat, which is clearly illegal. That if GEJ was serious about d confab,he should have found a way of enacting a law or act to give effect to the confab. It's almost similar to what the supreme court has done with the card reader because it claims its not in the electoral act. Na'Allah made plenty sense. One may detest the man but in this, gej has again been exposed for his utter cluelessness. Meanwhile Op,u are irritating to have brought tribe into this.So this govt is against the confab recommendations bcoz it favors the Ibos? Instead of projecting the Igbo race, its your type that continue diminishing the Ibos in the eyes of people that otherwise hold them in high regards with this abhorrent victim mentality. For how long will you continue to be wrap up in your cocoon of slavery and foolishness.....did you just say Sen Na'allah made sense? ... |

The blood of the downtrodden in Ilorin will mess him up at last. I was at the Govt House 2days ago and the news I keep hearing is not pleasant to the ears especially btw Saraki and Fatai Ahmed. rusher14: I think the Supreme Court would rule against Saraki. ....this is clearly my sentiment, Saraki's case is clearly a flagrant abuse of power, public funds and his body language so far tends to evade justice unlike the electoral process that brought the Governors into power which looked more plausible unlike previous elections in past administrations....so yes I bliv Saraki will be duly served by the Supreme Court tomorrow. HungerBAD: Mr President.
I beg to disagree with you. Goodluck Jonathan did not do anything special, he got his behind whopped by the Nigerian Electorate, tired of him and his thieving Cabal, and he respectfully did the RIGHT thing by handing over to the Winner.
Nigeria is still a Democratic Country, and there is nothing special if a "LOSER" passes on the BATON of Power to the "WINNER". Truly hunger is bad.......won't you agree my guy |
