I'm about to buy some plots of land from a real estate company, it actually my first time dealing with real estate company though. According to the realtor I must pay for application form which worth little thousands of naira( but that isn't an issue though) and after purchasing of form I'll be taken to the land for inspection and after inspection if I like the land I'll make payment and wait for the day my land will be cut for me( At this point our issue came up).

I object the process because it doesn't look trustworthy or acceptable by me. Why Must I make payment for the form and also make payment for the land and then have to wait for another day before knowing the part of the site land will be cut for me, the process look too rough to me.

So I told the realtor to rather call me on the day the real estate company is ready to cut my land for me then I'll make necessary payment on the same day that I don't need to purchase any form upfront or go for inspection as everything can be done on the same day of cutting my land for me. On the same day I can inspect the land and also make all necessary payment all on the same day basic.

Now, to all Realtor and experience people in the house I earnestly need your insights towards this matter.

I got a loan of 3k from them on October 21. I was supposed to repay back with #3700 on 28th of October but I couldn't due to insolvency. After 3 days of being overdue, Easy Money started sending blackmailing messages to my contacts, telling them that I am a criminal and a thief with all sort of unestablished claims.
Because of the embarrassing messages being sent to my contacts, a family member help me with some fund to clear the debt, I transferred #3000 to Easy Money
Their agent called me and threaten that he will not clear me and that he will keep sending those messages to my contacts after I told him I will not pay the interest on the loan
It was after that I start receiving another form of threat from this agent

I also tried talking to her that what she said about the collateral was some unreasonable talk to me because if anything goes wrong I will lose my family's property, and also lose respect from my family, relatives, friends too but she doesn't see anything wrong about the collateral till now and she still claims there's nothing bad in doing that, after all it's for my good.
