We need double decker buses in Lagos, those using it in other cities of the world are not from outer space, I don't see anything wrong about them, rather I see the advantages of high seating capacity for passengers within a limited space, occupy less road per seated passenger, with its introduction I foresee a drastic ease of transportation within Lagos metropolis. |
WHO WHO WHO EATS THE DOG MEAT ? Charleys: |
U see how shot sighted most of us are, I mentioned other states without being particular, are other south western states not outside Lagos, but u are quick to rush in to shout tribalism. membranus: |
I go in and out period! Americans visit Nigeria while some are also residing in Nigeria, does that make Nigeria a liveable place for such people....I know you have not travelled out of Lagos, your whole life revolves around there that is why you are saying such. Just try and travel out of Lagos to some other states and get some fresh air instead relishing in the stench and foul odour that welcomes every visitor to your city. membranus: |
Go to Oke-Aro and Matogun areas of Ogun State, at least that is where I know, the roads there are pure wickedness, mans inhumanity to man is an understatement considering the deplorable State of the roads there. Mateen1000: |
True talk bro, most times I do tell lagosians that there's nothing spectacular about Lagos, personally I do visit Lagos once or twice in a month and I do tell them that I am always relieved Whenever I am on the exit journey out of Lagos. Looking around Lagos I see so much unpleasant stuffs some of which you have just stated, no good internal roads, the few available ones are riddled with potholes. The hygienic conditions are abysmal.... Amitez: |

What if shekau now exploit this window by sending his hardliners to pretend to have repented and use the opportunity to infiltrate places hitherto not accessible by his men, are we not doomed? |
OMG! The north wants to balance it out with the south, so they have to introduce quota system into boko haram matters just because of amnesty granted to Niger Delta militants. Note that the militants were agitating for equity and development for their area, having been neglected for so long, please what is boko haram fighting for? |
Please add me... |
These countries you mentioned are predominantly muslims/fulanis, no gate was shot against them. They come in an out unhindered. I dunno why you are struggling to believe what I said, I renowned lawmaker from that same region went to a border town and noticed beehive of activities and raised the issue, but his voice got drowned among a cacophony of other voices. mvem: |
Ecowas is complaining because they don't know how things work in Nigeria, they are viewing it from a moral and just angle not knowing that things are done upside down in Nigeria. Border closure is more effective down south unlike the north were it is still business as usual. Most Ecowas trade routes are down south, expectedly, they will feel the heat. mvem: |
Border closure my ass, yet boko haram and Iswap are receiving arms and ammunitions from across the border. |
Ok, thanks Bro. mctfopt: |
Ok, thanks. saint2ace: |

Whether a Cristian or a Muslim, we need to know his sponsors, he can not be working in isolation, he must have been indoctrinated by those who believe in terrorism....FYI, Christians don't have terrorist agenda in any guise. |
Instead of us to ban them it is them banning us, no more regards for Nigeria in the comity of nations. |
Goodbye Nigeria, Weeping for Nigeria, there was once a country. Things are falling apart, the centre can no longer hold. |
Hello, please send your terms ie percentage charged for financing lpos, my mail is anthemtommy@gmail.com Thanks! DJperdurabo: |
Most times, I just split the journey into two while travelling up north, I sleep over in Abuja, next morning I continue the journey, I dread night travel. BoboKush: |

My brother, stop answering them, they seem not to believe that it has been operational in Benin for years, and there has never been any reported issues or disasters associated with it to the best of my knowledge. playapayaski: |
Most cars in Benin city are running on CNG/PMS, and for your information, it is switchable, you choose which one you want your car to run with anytime you wish, it's as simple as that. courage89: |
Na na, CNG has been in use for quite some time in Benin city, and I can vividly tell you that it is far cheaper to run on than PMS, my cousin uses it with his car and I envy him a lot considering how cheap it is compared to PMS. What we should be concerned with, is the political will to make it available to all Nigerians. cos that project is just a pilot scheme, my fear is the political will to do it, cos in all my life, I have never seen a willing politician. Who is funding the hisbah, is it not the same impoverished northern states that cant pay minimum wage? Spewing trash after plunging Nigeria into irrecoverable situation, annulling the freest elections, decimating our once valuable naira into a worthless currency. |
Nothing in Lagos, I visit there once in a while, I am always happy Whenever I am exiting that city, it's such a horrible place. Edoziesmart: |
Lagos is a very dirty city, apart from the island, other places looking like one big village, their roads are never free of potholes, roads are poorly constructed: uneven asphalt layers, you hardly see nylon tarred roads, every junction is a market, the Ogun communities adjoining Lagos is worse off, neglected by Ogun state because of their proximity to Lagos, earth roads seen in every part of the city. I keep hearing facilities are overstretched in Lagos, but most of the facilities are substandard, they wear down even with minimal usage, Lagos should sit up, other cities in Nigeria are catching up and may overtake it in no distant time. |
