Everything seems to have degenerated in Lagos, from the bad roads, every junction is a mini market, as such reducing free flow of traffic, filth everywhere, foul smelling odour, street lights are not vertically positioned, they all tilting at different angles. Lagos is just living in past glory. Fixing of pot holes and failed portions of roads are done with manual labour, you see them with wheelbarrows, shovels, diggers, rake, these are used to repair roads in Lagos, how do you expect their roads to be good with this kind of approach. In summary, LAGOS HAS NO STANDARDS! jaxxy: Confused people, how can u wage war against traffic and environmental offenders with 90% bad roads
Fix the damn roads first then deal with traffic offenders. |

Which families did your dad and others buy the land from, why not engage the services of a reputable lawyer and start a legal process with them, at least it's a starting point. I am totally disappointed with the state of things in this country. Hadekolarh: Thanks for this post, may God continue to bless you. This is my dad area. My dad house was locked up and also my mom shop. They throw both my dad and mom out of the house since last week Friday.
They march my parent out of their house and also other landlords with about 20 thugs, the thugs are the one incharge of the whole houses keys, it's the thugs that took over from the the policemen when they left on Friday. The thugs are with charms and some dangerous weapons.
They brought about 10 policemen from Idimu division. They all came with full force threaten to kill any of the residence that refuse to move out of their house.
Since Friday no shop and schools were open even till now.
Presently some families who refuse to open their gates has been locked up and imprison them since Friday. This is getting out of hand
Also there's a man of 80yrs old in my dad area that was thrown out with a gun point and brought out his properties. As I'm telling you this particular man is presently in the hospital.
This is the address of the affected place where this so called land grabbers came to operate is mafon/idimu.
When you're coming from ejigbo going toward idimu. There is a particular place called mafon. From mafon to church bus stop. Adekola street/ akhilele street/ monsurat okuleye street/akinwumi koshemani street/ Yomi shofumade street and also some houses that face the main road going toward idimu or Christland college school area. This is the best way I can discribe the location.
If you have anyone who live in idimu/ejigbo. Give them a call to confirm this story and you will see its true. |

Christianity Etc › Re: Football: "Game Of Antichrist" By A.F Funmilayo by TommyAnthem(m): 12:41pm On Sep 24, 2019 |
Though I am not against the game of football, think of a situation where a church in Argentina has its worshipers worshipping Diego Maradona as their god, very scary indeed! jesusjnr: It's a lie.
Because football is just a game.
And God also told me a long time ago that He had a lot of people in football, and over time I have been able to understand what He meant by that saying.
The game of football is an illustration of the game of souls which is a matter of eternal life and death.
Though it could be used for evil, to be honest, the game of football has done more good than harm to humanity.
The passion it generates is rare for something that is a neutral entity like music, but doesn't lead people to sin like pornography does.
To illustrate, I would use the instance of the football world cup held in South Africa. For the passion was to extent, tha the prostitutes there we're praying that the football world cup ended because it was taking away the attention of their customers from them.
Football has been able achieve unprecedented results like uniting waring and divided parties in a nation together as it did in both Iraq, in South Africa and even in Nigeria amongst others.
Football has taken away so many from criminal lifestyles, and provided jobs for so many without them having to indulge in sinful activities.
Football has been used as a vehicle and a stage to preach the gospel of Christ to peoples of the world that preachers on the pulpit and within the four walls of a church could not reach.
I can remember the 2002 Korea/Japan world cup where the Brazilian players who won the world cup, wore t-shirts with the inscription "Jesus loves you" and "I belong to Jesus" among others.
Now imagine the impact of that, considering how many people from all parts of the world had tuned in to watch that final. And to see the people the stars they loved and admired preach Christ to them, is something that shouldn't be ignored.
I remember evangelist "Kaka" a world cup winner who shared a story about how he and his girlfriend were both virgins until they married, in a world that such is a rarity even amongst people who are not in such a privileged position. And he is someone who is not afraid to show his love for Jesus to the world, as he does that at every opportunity and even the first thing he mentioned during his speech after he won the world best player award.
Something that we should understand is that God is not limited to our opinions in certain matters, so it's better we follow His or be left out of what God was doing, for God has a lot of souls He wants to win because He paid a high price for their salvation.
So He can use anyone or anything to preach His gospel, and His evangelists are not just restricted to the pulpits, but just about in every field or endeavour of life.
I'd rather follow Him and try to walk with Him concerning His plans and not go contrary, because He knows how to save souls more than anyone could, and if I truly desire to win souls for Him, the best way to do that is to follow His lead.
And one means He's shown me of doing that is through the game of football.
God bless. |

Christian republic of America right?
That's why we have mass shooters there as instructed by the book they christened Bible (Matthew 10:34-40)
That's why we have incest, lesbianism, gayism, humans marrying animals and all approved by the Church!
And you know Africa Christians are so dunce that they can not differentiate between what Islam commands and what few Muslims do in the contrary...
