Anyone that says anything contrary to what you stand for is tagged a Christian, you see how you people reason? Dybala11: Very true bro. Even though I'm a Christian, I'm appalled by the fact that the comment of most of the so called Christians here are filled with hatred and murderous intent. How the hell will any sane individual justify this despicable act by the Americans. I'm sure must of them are one of those tweeting and bringing up the 'end SARS' slogan, how the heck is this act any different from the atrocities of the SARS operatives |

Why did they collect 3k fee from the Op knowing fully well the case is beyond ther capability, why did they call the police to harass the OP, why didn't they assist the OP by providing an ambulance from other sources if truly they don't have......etc yeyeosoronga: I dont absolve the staff of the hospital from being unprofessional, nobody should abuse anyone coming for help. But the help was sought in the wrong quarters, which is my point. Private hospitals should not be given that responsibility to 'do what they can do' in an emergency. Many private hospitals have only a single Dr on duty at night time who is likely just someone who has just finished medical school, mandated to look after their stable patients overnight. Even if those stable patients develop complications overnight, they will be in a very tight situation and should be moved to the government hospitals. Rudeness or politeness in this particular case will help bruise or assuage egos, but that still hasn't helped the patient. So if the purpose is to talk about unprofessionalism/rudeness that's fine we can go ahead. However, that still wouldn't resolve or bring solution to the daily problems we see faced by patients in a true emergency- such as delay in receiving appropriate care which will invariably lead to a poor outcome. This leads again to the question- why were they in a private hospital in the first place? |

U are right, there's Agbara in Delta State as well. FunTonic: Sorry i just discovered that it's from a poor journalism from the op or which ever blog he must have gotten the news from.
Yes there is ughelli in Delta State and there is Agbara in Delta State too. The op got us all confused when he wrote that apart from the glass company in Agbara in ogun state, there is another in Ughelli. But he failed to mention the state, which is in Delta State.
I think most folks from Delta might be confused with his reporting. |

In addition to inability to pay wages, they are lagging behind in the area of good roads as well. dominique: I thought Agbara was in Ogun State. Ogun state makes a lot of IGR from that area yet they can't pay new minimum wage.
I find this odd and impressive at the same time, it's always the other way around in most cases. I hope the government creates an enabling business environment for them as well as local businesses. |

If the head is good other parts will follow suit, they are just copying the man at the top, simple truth. Let Nigeria get an upright detribalised and no nonsense leader at the top and watch if the house of assembly, governors, local government chairman and councillors will not behave, "LIKE BEGETS LIKE" anonimi: Did you behave as a world class citizen? Did your local government chairman and councillors perform like they do in world class places? What of your state governors and assembly men? Not forgetting the senators and representatives? Can you get what you did not give? Keep wailing and whining instead of getting your hands dirty for the work of nation/community building.
