You said you are leaving alone you have to consider alot like your house rent, transportation, feeding etc. Even as a single guy dating yourself 40k is small.

Salary for a graduate should be in hundreds not thousands but due to the wicked nature of Nigerian employers and unemployment in Nigeria they offer small change with heavy workload.
u make me think you have a job to offer him. I hope you'll pay him in hundreds of thousand. I was expecting something like "manage it for the main time because an idle hand is the devil's workshop." No wonder there're robbery, rituals, frauds and kidnapping everywhere.

Religion / Re: Rev King To Die By Hanging: Supreme-Court Orders by Topman0001(m): 6:33pm On Feb 26, 2016
There's an urgent need to review the judicial system of this country, the system is too porous, there's no standard atall. There should be strictly contituted purnishments for difference offences. Someone who mismanage public funds, someone who morders, who rapes or who rubbed must be punished strictly according to law, but bcuz the law is so porous and has many loop holes, this has allowed lawyers to agueably fight onbehalf of criminals and still win the case. Imagine a morder case that was bn agued since 2007 till 2016. No wonder someone once said that Judiciary in Nigeria is like cobwebs which catches small flies and let moths and beetles break through. If the so called Rev. Kings is well connected to the cabbals in the country, maybe an other would have come from above that the case be dismissed.

Oh! I see. You're not married, a frustrated and sillently crying bitch for that matter. You better stop envying the small girls and learn from them so that u don't continue looking like a wrestler for the rest of your life. I'm a matured man, if u quote me again, i won't reply u.

Family / Sperm Grown In Lab Could Allow Infertile Men To Have Children by Topman0001(m): 11:31pm On Feb 25, 2016
Sperm has been grown in the lab and used to
create offspring for the first time in major
scientific breakthrough which could signal the
end of male infertility.
Scientists in China coaxed embryonic mice stem
cells into sperm cells which were implanted into
eggs, from which healthy mouse pups were born.
It is hoped the same technology will eventually
be available for men who do not produce sperm
and British scientists said it marked a ‘significant
step’ towards reversing infertility .
“The report is a significant achievement
and major step forward.”
Dr Dusko Ilic, Reader in Stem Cell
Science, King's College London
“We think that it holds tremendous promise for
treating male infertility,” said Dr Jiahao Sha of
Nanjing Medical University.
"If proven to be safe and effective in humans,
our platform could potentially generate fully
functional sperm for artificial insemination or in
vitro fertilization techniques.
"Because currently available treatments do not
work for many couples, we hope that our
approach could substantially improve success
rates for male infertility.”
The sperm-like cells were injected into a mouse
egg and the resulting embryo implanted into a
female.

Help her if you have the resources but don't be hopeful you will marry her. Don't do it for her,do it for God. Just don't expect anything good from her in return to prevent heart attack.
I guess u're speaking from experience. I did it and i suffered so much in the hands of that small girl. When she was a kid, i was her sunday school teacher, now that she has grown up, i was assisting her parents in financing her edu. When she got to her final year, she called me on fone that she can't date a man who is 14 yrs older. Omo i nearly cried. What a loss. Pls dude don't do it except u will accept whatever happens.

Properties / Re: What Is The Best Way To Build A Fence On This Marshy Land? by Topman0001(m): 1:50pm On Feb 01, 2016
dunmotuscana:
It will cost u a lot no matter what you do. On swampy land like dis, raft and piling is most suitable. Raft is highly needed for d fence while both will be needed for the building depending on ur desgn, u'll need enuf steel too wt. Jst as som1 advice u,maybe u shud sell it and go somwia else wia u cn afford to do watea u want. NO B CHILDS PLAY O! Ask people buildin structures @ LAMGBASA.
From your hand writing, i guess you're a structural engr. This dude needs our help, i will not encourage him to run away from his property, i'll rather join him in challenging the problem.
Now that pile foundation may not be affordable, getting an escavator to did a trench will be good. Otherwise, get some people who can use hand tools to dig the trench, get a pumping machine to dewater, u can also use sump as the condition may demand. Reinforcement may be needed as the situation of your site may demand. Preferably Use dry mix of ratio 1:2:4 and set your blockwall on the concrete bed. Good luck bro.
