war against terror is a long haul. it's not a short term action. those soldiers may have to stay in those states for as long as 10-20yrs . . . . during that time, the govt must organize and develop those states quickly, build schools, hospitals, roads and allow for elections . . . social services must be restored, buses, trains, water, electricity etc.

otherwise, the people will hate the govt with a passion and whenever the soldiers go, boko haram returns
I don't know the whole story but it takes gut to sleep with another man's wife in his house....

I believe that if a woman can sleep with another man in our matrimonial bed, it means she has no regard for me any more. It's pack ur tings and go.... Straight up... grin grin grin grin (incidence like dis is why men ought to be men... Be the sole house owner, so u can tell her to pack her things in case she screws on you.. grin grin grin grin )

I also believe that that a women that slept with you when she was with her husband/boyfriend is likely to cheat on you when u eventually 2gether.

Funny how he sneaked out though grin grin grin grin grin So shameful... Men should stop sleeping with married women!!!!
For this country (USA) if you divorce ya wife, and you have a kid, the first thing the court go do na to collect ya kid and house take give ya wife grin
If you get solid lawyer (wey go cost you hell) you fit manage hold ya house, but ya wife go carry the pikin and court will ask her to get another house where she will live with the child and YOU pay for the new house ( trust her to get expensive house) lol grin

Even if court gives her your house, YOU still pay for it grin

Now many young people just live together without getting married. grin
Marriage don die for here.
Ya wife fit cheat on you, claim say she no dey happy, file divorce, get better lawyer. . . . Ya own don finish grin

America 3.8% . . . .i'm still laughing grin

Definitely not the America where I live. Perhaps there's another America cheesy

UK? Story. When I was living in Cardiff, I use to enjoy the bus rides bc whenever I sit, most likely the white person would rather stand than sit next to me. I loved it though, more space to stretch my legs grin

Anyways, I've not been to India or Asia to compare. But let me say this, if you come from a respectable country, people tend to give you more respect.

Solution, fix our country, respect follows.

maclatunji: Top ten myths about introverts

Myth #1 – Introverts don’t like to talk.
This is not true. Introverts just don’t talk unless they have something to say. They hate small talk. Get an introvert talking about something they are interested in, and they won’t shut up for days.

Myth #2 – Introverts are shy.
Shyness has nothing to do with being an Introvert. Introverts are not necessarily afraid of people. What they need is a reason to interact. They don’t interact for the sake of interacting. If you want to talk to an Introvert, just start talking. Don’t worry about being polite.

Myth #3 – Introverts are rude.

Introverts often don’t see a reason for beating around the bush with social pleasantries. They want everyone to just be real and honest. Unfortunately, this is not acceptable in most settings, so Introverts can feel a lot of pressure to fit in, which they find exhausting.

Myth #4 – Introverts don’t like people.
On the contrary, Introverts intensely value the few friends they have. They can count their close friends on one hand. If you are lucky enough for an introvert to consider you a friend, you probably have a loyal ally for life. Once you have earned their respect as being a person of substance, you’re in.

Myth #5 – Introverts don’t like to go out in public.

Nonsense. Introverts just don’t like to go out in public FOR AS LONG. They also like to avoid the complications that are involved in public activities. They take in data and experiences very quickly, and as a result, don’t need to be there for long to “get it.” They’re ready to go home, recharge, and process it all. In fact, recharging is absolutely crucial for Introverts.

Myth #6 – Introverts always want to be alone.
Introverts are perfectly comfortable with their own thoughts. They think a lot. They daydream. They like to have problems to work on, puzzles to solve. But they can also get incredibly lonely if they don’t have anyone to share their discoveries with. They crave an authentic and sincere connection with ONE PERSON at a time.

Myth #7 – Introverts are weird.

Introverts are often individualists. They don’t follow the crowd. They’d prefer to be valued for their novel ways of living. They think for themselves and because of that, they often challenge the norm. They don’t make most decisions based on what is popular or trendy.

Myth #8 – Introverts are aloof nerds.

Introverts are people who primarily look inward, paying close attention to their thoughts and emotions. It’s not that they are incapable of paying attention to what is going on around them, it’s just that their inner world is much more stimulating and rewarding to them.

Myth #9 – Introverts don’t know how to relax and have fun.
Introverts typically relax at home or in nature, not in busy public places. Introverts are not thrill seekers and adrenaline junkies. If there is too much talking and noise going on, they shut down. Their brains are too sensitive to the neurotransmitter called Dopamine. Introverts and Extroverts have different dominant neuro-pathways. Just look it up.

Myth #10 – Introverts can fix themselves and become Extroverts.
Introverts cannot “fix themselves” and deserve respect for their natural temperament and contributions to the human race. In fact, one study (Silverman, 1986) showed that the percentage of Introverts increases with IQ.

This list was inspired by the book The Introvert Advantage: How to Thrive in an Extrovert World by Marti Laney.

9jadelta: you know u can unsubscribe to these channels if you have children than you dont trust. just like supersport 3 . not everyone can afford it and no one is gonna force them on you
if you can look inside yourself and be honest deep down, you'll agree with me when i say children who live in neighborhoods where there are brothels tend to be morally deficient compared to children who live in decent neighborhoods.

there's a reason for that. proximity to immorality is socio-culturally destructive to human beings especially children.
having these channels is a step towards bringing this stuff closer to the kid at home. you have no idea how much effect this can have on you.

Politics › Re: Nigerian Students On Scholarship In Russia Beg For Survival by toshmann(m): 8:15pm On May 16, 2013
Mekky2010: Before you blame the Ambassador and Embassy officials plz try to get your facts right, I studied in Russia, though not on Fed Sch progrm, I was however privileged to witness the plight of these students.
1. Russia offers Nigeria about 50 slots of scholarship yearly, they equally pay $40-50 monthly allowance for transport which all scholarship students (and believe me there are in their thousands from different countries) receive not later than 27th of every month. They never defaulted for all the yrs I spent there.
2. Standard hostel accommodation is usually provided FREE of charge but if you so wish, you can upgrade at your own cost.
3. Basically, Nigerian government only pays for upkeep, I hardly can remember any period payments were made as at when due.
4. A lot of students have contacts in the scholarship board and can easily attest that the money is usually held down in Nigeria, a couple of times, the Embassy resulted to borrowing from wealthy Nigerians in Moscow to pay students, there were cases where they denied themselves salaries to pay the students while battling with scholarship board. They do all that, not necessarily out of human kindness, but because they directly feel the heat of the protest which most of the times gets violent, a hungry man is an angry man u knw.

Free education, free accommodation with small allowance provided, na to feed ur pikin remain, still u say lie lie ...naija i hail thee!
what a pity sad
