Politics › Re: Buhari To Speak To EU Parliament In France, Source Says He Will Also See Doctors by totorimi: 6:26am On Feb 02, 2016
Please, please and please, Buhari's frequent visit to hospitals for checkup should never come up as an issue at all in any discussion because he is carrying a lot of burden therefore he must be fit.
It is expected that people of that age ought to be visiting their doctors always only young people can cope with the rigours of presidential demands. Therefore when we saw his age and voted him into power we also signed the pact to cater for his medical checkups abroad and everywhere.

So carry go sai B. Even if you travel every month for check ups it is in order.
Politics › Re: Senator Ben-bruce Patronizes Innoson Motors (pics) by totorimi: 6:14am On Feb 02, 2016
Is his own personal car Innoson? In my mind, buying Innoson bus as his company staff bus is more of cost reduction strategy, patriotism comes second here. All the same he deserves my applause because he has shown a good example.

If Jagaban is a nobody then I truly pity what people might refer you as. Truth hurts but you sef reason am now, someone making over 1 billion Naira per year is a nobody then no hope for you making less than 1% of that per year lipsrsealed lipsrsealed
What is this one saying, I'm talking another thing from nowhere you just jump in making uncorrelated comment. You better dont go crazy because of whatever rubbish you've been given to eat as a social media change agent that i know you are.

Was Jagaban not made financially before the party merger. All saying is that considering the physical energy exerted by jagaban during the election even if he is made the chairman of the party that will still be small. I know what I saw that's why I said what I said. There was no basis whatsoever comparing our income if not that you are mentally enslaved. I'm only making my innocent observation that jagaban needs to be actively involved not this background status except that is what he prefers.

Haaa, this life, a whole jagaban, reduced to a nobody by the cabal. Hmmm ayemanika O, All the energy used in shouting during campaign and all the travels at least he should be given a functional title in this government. He deserves it not this ordinary observer status in the party.

Politics › Re: Seven Months After Inauguration, Buhari Achieves One Of 222 Campaign Promises – by totorimi: 5:50am On Feb 01, 2016
With the realities on ground , I'm beginning to ask myself what was truly the objective of Buhari to becoming president for a second time in his retirement age.

He desperately sought for this position for 12 good years, one would think there was a burning desire something he would hit the ground one day one and start implementing that will wow the people. Instead what I'm seeing so far is she old bandwagon approach of playing to the gallery and finally we got the power syndrome, afterwards nothing more.

It will really be a great setback if he has nothing tangible to offer other than taking over power.
I believe at this time of his life he should be thinking of leaving a legacy behind either by taking up just one aspect of our myriad of problems and fixing it.
It could be revamping our manufacturing sector, could be rebuilding our educational or health sector. It could also be reviving agriculture or any other too numerous to mention all.
Work he must because a lot of us youths had thought he is coming with the midas touch to Jump start Nigeria again.
Politics › Re: Military Battles Insurgents In Maiduguri, Many Killed - PUNCH by totorimi: 8:57am On Jan 31, 2016
Three things we must never do with this war.
1, Never lose hope of annihilating Boko
2. Never play politics with the war against boko lest the war becomes intractable.
3, Never lie to the people about the true situation lest you loose rge peoples trust.
Nairaland General › Re: Graphic Photos From The Boat Mishap In Lagos This Morning by totorimi: 8:13am On Jan 31, 2016
One only need to see the way the operators of these boats operate them you will know that a ride in any of those boats is s macabre dance with death.
No insurance policy, the drivers ofbyhr boat are better of seen as street urchins, looking haggard and irresponsible. The boat itself are badly maintained dirty and unfit for human beings. The so called life vest are nothing to write home about.

The govt must strictly regulate that sector. Thats the only way this menace will end.
Politics › Re: Boko Haram Attacking Maiduguri Now-Saharareporters by totorimi: 8:02am On Jan 31, 2016
The govt doesn't want any news on Boko published so instead of calling them Boko we technically call them Fulani herdsmen because boko has been technically defeated.
Politics › Re: "The Economist" Accuses Buhari Of Worsening Nigeria's Economy by totorimi: 5:39am On Jan 29, 2016
In a country of over 167m people. We have some of the best brains in the world, we have technocrats, we have great philosophers, we some of the worlds best economist and financial experts, we have some world respected scientist and researchers. In short we have everything here but it beats my imagination the way we choose our leaders.

In this highly complex and technological world where only the best is good enough. We are still neck deep in considering mundane issues such as tribe, religion when we choose people to lead us. We really need to change our ways and do things right. When you apply a crude old tactics into governance because you think it worked before that is a recipe for disaster.

Politics › Re: PMB in Kenya. PICS. Commander In Chief Fed Rep Of Nigeria. by totorimi: 8:07am On Jan 28, 2016
When we were on school, we were taught that empty vessels make the loudest noise in other words working hard on silence and letting the successful output make the noise.
Now all we see is cacophony of noise yet nothing is happening. Pictures everywhere yet no one knows where we are heading.
There must be a definite and concrete direction for our economy in view of the lull in the economy. Enough of all this playing to the gallery. Our people have a saying that a man who's roof is on fore does not go chasing rats.
Politics › Re: Goodluck Jonathan Speaks On Buhari, Lai Muhammed, Diezani @ Geneva Conference by totorimi: 6:14am On Jan 28, 2016
GEJ is a man of peace hoha and I thank him for not allowing the wishes of blood sucking demons to come to pass in our nation.
Now see the confusion all over the place because instead of them to be thinking how to make life good for Nigerians they were devising evil how to form parallel govt and how to unleash the baboon ad monkey soaked in blood should they not win an ordinary election.

When you meet an intelligent person you will know. Mr Onovo certainly ezposed the lack of depth in those Channels TV personnel particularly that hyped Maupe and Suleiman. Onovo rubbished them totally he exposed their lack of research into issues and also their partisanship.
These care the type of intelligent men Nigeria needs not weak bones just awaiting the call of nature.

At times like this silence is golden. The persecutors surely want him to speak with all the comments, arrests, counter arrest of members of that administration. Pls just mk maintain your calmness for national peace.
Soon everything will take its natural position.

The people packaging PMB should give him plenty milk to drink please, he needs to look healthy for the sake of the image of Nigeria. Just imagine the presesident looking like starvation is ravaging a whole Nigeria. No way we are blessed in this country.
What people all over the world use to identify us is that we are big and we standout wherever we go but this look is certainly un-nigerian. They should pump him up please. its embarrassing to see our president like this.

ilemobayo40:
olayiwola or laiwola that is the full pronunciation.
Doesn't the full name carry much more meaning than this Lai of a name, kind of speaks volume of the thought processes of the man himself, I mean if his parents thought out a good name like Laiwola and at this age and time he ought to be impacting the youths he chose to be identified as Lai as to lie that's rather unfortunate. He had better learn from FFK and start answering the correct thing before hr creates problem for innocent children in school who will have yo face the ridiculing of a lai minister. it
Politics › Re: Lai Mohammed Meets With Tiwa Savage, DonJazzy, MI, KSA And Others by totorimi: 1:06pm On Jan 25, 2016
I have been trying to find out the meaning of Lai in Yoruba language but all I hear is that it is a short form of a longer name.
I can just imagine the alias the dude will be called in school such as ' hey lie come here or hello lie how u doing
or maybe his babe then would say I love you liar.

Just makes me wonder what sort of name is that lair lieing Lai. LLL for short.

Politics › Re: Zaria Massacre: Sheikh Zakzaky Sent To France For Treatment by totorimi: 8:13am On Jan 25, 2016
When we sayl now that things are not alright in this country they will say we are wailing wailers. How do you give orders to shoot a man and then take him abroad for treatment all with tax payers money. How confused can these guys really get before they get things right.

Must they engage their anus before they engage their brain in national issues
I don't just get it. The other time they stopped MasterCard usage abroad after achieving nothing they lifted it. Again Dom account transaction blocked only to lift the ban after scoring zero. Someone is obviously using Nigeria to experiment or learn the job and we don't need that now
We need a thorough bred leader with a crack team who understands international relations and a sound home grown native intelligence to turn the nation around.
