Hello mum's in the house,my baby just arrived 3days ago,and I have been unable to produce milk from my breast to feed him and he has been feeding on Nan baby food, pls what can I take to produce milk fast from my breast and also is it okay I get breast pump to pump my breast

Try hot pap and ori. Just add some portion of Ori in hot pap. The hot pap will dissolve the ori then drink, taste isn't very pleasant though but it works well.

Gas stove and washing machine. But most importantly, a good job.

I know I can get these items if I am employed.

Hmmm, so far I wouldn't say it has gone as I wanted it,

I still haven't been able to secure a job then I took in unexpectedly in the first quarter of the year.

Hubby isn't complaining though but I really do miss those times I had my own money. I hate being a dependent

Hoping God will turn things around for me soon sha

Monday through SaturdaysNah! He wouldn't allow you. Here is a few things you could do, the pampers, biscuits or other items you buy. Always look at the email on the pack. Send them your cv. I got my first job through this method. Also Google companies in Ota. All the best.

Thanks for the advice but are you really serious about sending my email to mails on pampers and biscuit wraps?

I was just wondering if it could really work

Truth be told, she is irresponsibly dressed here.

Ensure she is as good as you claim.before putting a ring on it to avoid issues later in your marriage.

Sometimes, our dressing is just a statement of who we are on the inside.

Romance / Re: Can I Get Married To Her Now Or It’s Too Early? by toyinsalammy(f): 4:41pm On Nov 13, 2022
Pls, take your time . Marriage is forever . Don't rush it.

You can postpone the wedding till like say, 6 months then try to run some checks on her.

Ask about her past relationships, was she heartbroken? Why is she still single at 30?

Call her on predictable times, fake stories about how things aren't really going well for you in the UK, how you may likely return home soon hence your reason for postponing the wedding, watch her reactions

Marriage is really deep and you can't be too careful. Lastly pray and ask that God leads you.

All the best
Romance / Re: Not All 30yrs Old Ladies Were Approached By Serious Men In Their 20's by toyinsalammy(f): 4:44pm On Oct 06, 2022
Some wait are necessary to help you attain a level of maturity (physical, emotional, spiritual , intellectual ) and so on cos marriage really requires a lot of maturity.

I for one got married at 30 to my dear husband. We courted for 2 years and few months.

I had met a few guys prior to that time but they weren't what I wanted, not on money or car basis but based on character, religion and belief systems so I had to end it.

When I met my husband then, he wasn't swagalicious (the mistake a lot of we ladies make) , he was just a very simple guy with a moderate dress sense but he was God fearing , humble , responsible and very hard-working so I went with these qualities as they will really count on the long run .

To the glory of God, I have been having a great time in my marriage.

Ladies should learn to look for major qualities in men and not frivolities.

Not that you should only look out for the paupers but if he is rich, let him be of good character and godly too.

My husband had a car when we met but he also had those qualities I listed above hence my reason for choosing him. If not, I wouldn't have bulged.

Plus, stay decent and work on yourself too as a lady , character wise, education and knowledge, skill set, e.t.c.

My thoughts

Ogun State has one of the worst roads in the country.

I stay in Sango Ota and I can say with all sense of modesty that there is no government in that backwater State.

I concur, very useless governor.
Just look how bad that Oju -Ore road is.

Sometimes I just wonder if these people have any iota of conscience.
People are really suffering

Same reason I didn't attend a former colleague's wedding last month, she said asoebi was 8k initially, later she said that one is too 'local' and it's just 'regular abi normal' guests that she has another one for her closest friend for 25k (for 5 yards) undecided undecided undecided.
Before I'd pay tailor, buy matching clutch and shoe ,pay for make up and gele, pay uber to and fro Island, buy gifts and spray her money too , everything will be more than 50/60k.

I told her I wouldn't be around and sent her 10k. She's been ignoring my messages on Whatsapp since then ,I go soon block her sef. undecided undecided

U even try with the 10k self, most of the people that will buy Aso-ebi won't give her anything.

Family / Re: What Should I Do? My Husband Said Our Marriage Is Over-Pls Advise by toyinsalammy(f): 3:49pm On Jun 14, 2021
I think d woman should learn how to communicate better with her husband .

Judging from her write-up , one could easily decipher she is d type of woman that says 10 words when her husband says 1. Men detest that a lot.

The husband should also be more loving n understanding towards his wife. Marriage is work n it takes commitment, love n understanding to make it work.

I wish them well

Health / Re: How Often Do You Talk In Your Head? by toyinsalammy(f): 12:13pm On Jun 14, 2021
I do it very well o. Sometimes it could be about trying to evaluate myself on what I have done in d past, if I spoke or acted well or trying to make plans in my head about things I need to do.

Sometimes, I could just encourage or motivate myself in my head, visualize good things I intend doing , plan how to talk to someone or act in a particular place in my mind. Lol
I will say it has really helped me in decision making.

Funny thing is sometimes "I have to tell d voice in my head to shut up and let me sleep when I need to take a nap".
Family / Re: Why Are Mothers So Loved By Their Children Than Their Fathers? by toyinsalammy(f): 12:29pm On Jun 05, 2021
The stress of pregnancy alone will make the bond between mother n child strong.

I'm heavy with my first child now n I know what I have been going through.
I hardly slept through out d night while my husband just snored himself away.

But I do hope my kids will get to.love their dad as much as they will love me too.
