An INEC official already said it on TV yesterday that every polling unit must also send an E-result to the national database so that at the final collation. whatever that have been submitted must tally..There was no rigging, it was really free and fair..There was just so much inducement(money) from both parties..

The CMD was only being modest. There is no need whipping up sentiments and promoting more bad blood especially with Johesu's loss of public sympathy. The managing team mostly comprised of surgeons, anaesthesiologists, radiologists, pathologists, physicians which are all doctors. Even medical students too are part of the team cos they have contributory role by virtue of their training and presence on the wards post op. If the positions of scrub nurses and other ancillary staff cannot be filled in by the doctors or medical students present by virtue of their hands being filled rather than of incompetence, people in such fields can be outsourced to temporarily fill in that position; the contract staff you mentioned for instance. Even the position of a doctor can be outsourced sef. No one is irreplaceable.

Nurses no doubt will be required more on the wards post op, but I believe senior nurses in the management cadre will not join the strike. Even if they do, that can even be outsourced still.

You are the one creating bad blood..and sorry, the CMD was not being modest, go check their site and see the outlined names..Lab scientist not pathologist, both perioperative and Anaesthetic Nurses and even attendants were listed..Be informed.

Only few private hospitals can pay what the govt pays these guys..Maybe 2 or 3 in the whole country.. In civilized countries, all professions are comfortable working in private fields because minimum wage is enforced..Every profession in Nigeria is underpaid, not only doctors.

You talk this way prolly because you are not working in a clinical setting..My Sister's colleagues who graduated like 3 years ago are still managing in private hospitals looking for opportunities in govt hospitals..I have enough Doctor friends who have finished residency but the hospital is not retaining much people.. They are still on the look out for jobs..Graduates of all professions are churned out every year, there's saturation everywhere.Take it or leave it.
