dustydee: Our government kept saying they had put measures in place to prevent the disease from getting to the country. How on earth did they allow that passenger into Nigeria given that he showed symptoms of the disease?thats the irony of life. |
lord have mercy. |
See as uti rub powder for face, fine boy. E resemble american sef. Anybody who is annoyed by that statement, good for you. |
phoneport: Who can really answer this question. Or is there some conspiracy theory behind all these and many more. Why don't you tell us where you are going with your question? You believe blacks were the original inhabitants of the earth before adam and eve were created? |
Is there a need to insult people just because you prefer to be linked with apes? |
And the example i gave to you is my Sister's hubby and not a stranger so don't think i got my facts twisted.your sister's hubby is surviving comfortably in the US on $1800 a month? |
this is not a question of mindset, its looking at the facts on ground (ie reality). maybe you have connections that will enable you to rent a three bedroom apartment in a good area of town for $100 or $400, in that case you are correct in your optimism, and i am wrong. |
bro, I'm simply letting you know the $1800 per month you are dreaming about, does not let you survive comfortably in the US as you were insisting. quote me anywhere- unless you are not paying rent or any bills, there is no way that amount is sufficient for your expenses. rent will take at least half of your income when you are on minimum wage- the price of a less expensive apartment will amount to that if you are working one job, entry level/minimum wage and have no plans for or are not interested in further studies to advance or switch your career. If you share rent expenses with someone else, then you might have some change left over after the rest of your bills are paid. |
joker5180: nursing mothers are usually place on PERMANENT MORNING shift untill their babies are old enoughi once started a thread to ask why nlers always open silly "what if" scenarios. |
bible study teacher indeed: Sex Skills Or Sex Positions |

vizkiz: swirry, how do you wanna see my feet when its already covered with my shoe?you just had to rub it in didnt you. |
no they didnt. and why so many kissing threads on nairaland at this time, during the ebola outbreak? lord have mercy. |
please stay home if your personal life and preferences are in conflict with a church setting. seems people are no longer sinners in needs of salvation these days, rather they are "christians" who prefer sinning. |
why not stay home if your personal life and preferences conflict with church teachings? ![]() seems people are no longer sinners in needs of salvation these days, rather they are "christians" who prefer sinning. |
you never met any highly educated person who subscribes to religious beliefs? |
will keep you updated on my new moniker. |
calebo101: Someone survived on 50k Naira a month in Naija can also survive comfortably with $1800 (297000) a month in USA. Don't you think sono, i dont think so. he can only survive on that if he has no bills and does not pay rent or have his own apartment (maybe sharing with others). check the cost of an average apartment in the USA. typically, your rent is supposed to take half of your salary, most times it could be more. do you think all the complaints about minimum wage are over nothing? ![]() school is obviously not on the agenda, even textbooks alone can cost upwards of $200 unless you get used ones (maybe $50 to $100 or so, or less if you order from non-approved websites). check the rough estimate in the following link, (note, the food prices are wrong- they are higher than what's stated there, and african food is not listed): http://www.numbeo.com/cost-of-living/country_result.jsp?country=United+States |
all this stuff can be googled though. if its specific information about living overseas as a nigerian you want, then you should probably speak to people on ground. do you know anybody in atlanta? |
lord have mercy, this thing is starting to look intentional though. if the story is true. |
Illuminatus:where are you getting all this from? sounds like your imagination. only someone whose religious beliefs were weak to begin with, would engage in all that. |
some. |
chukxie: Did you read the article at all?so you suddenly discovered the thread and my comment when gej arrived in the USA? |
Angelheart: Ike: Im not Zulu but dont worry, I'll compile something, the list is yet to be compiled since 2008 when you made this statement. na even me sef come "compile" few info about non nigerian men (for those who want to date them), when nobody else volunteered. na wa o. every day, its only nigerian men we hear about. |
nigerian men are so much in demand, women are generally so happy to date them. wonder what's the going-gaga about, is it their looks, attitude, what exactly? ![]() |
