Eng. Mike Onolememen ( A yORUBA MAN) .not really. |
i think she's trying to ease off from being a s.ex symbol. i guess they'll be looking for the next new one now if she sticks to her resolve. |
i meet chics almost all the time with the intention of getting to screw them afterwardyou dont say. |
I think that dress is kinda oversizeprobably intentional. i suspect she's trying to hide her butt. what with all the buttaholics out there. they almost got her in trouble. |
Did Jesus ever take a picture or a portrait when he was alive?good question. seems the op is hallucinating. |

^^its not only language unifying the yoruba. its much more than that. not just empire either. as per the ikwerre reference- i know its a sore point but are you sure the current names arent actually supposed to be the ones which most closely match their traditions. Ru commonly begins place names in parts of central africa. |
@ badmussy your english falls far short of your claims. hope you get what i mean? ![]() someone who passed through a university [no matter which one] should be able to express themselves better than that. |
I agree that if you have money, you won't send your kid to a federal university in Nigeria. You'd send them abroadnot quite true. |
r231 the essence of all those things i mentioned aside from the obvious aspects, is so the family can interact more with the people around them and learn where to get help. how to get to the primary health care center, schooling for the child, etc. they cant just isolate themselves under the bridge- things are hard, true, but people on ground still have to help them with some of these basics. everyone is making commendable efforts here but there's only so much that can be done from outside. thanks to ifyalways who even though we dont get along but i still have to commend her for her assistance to this family. |
BTW i wonder why the LG Chairman and Lagos State Social Welfare Dept has done nothing so far.i'm also wondering. |
Language is also what has unified your Yoruba groupnot really true. |
Can anyone assist the family with these: 1. Helping the man get a job. He can combine this with business on the side. If possible, can he form a plan to go back to school once he's stable. 2. The wife doesnt look too good- her face is puffy amd i'm not sure if this is ok even though women can be puffy during pregnancy. Is there anyone on ground who can help her get to a primary health care center. The charge should be minimal. Alternately, could anyone take her to a nearby clinic though this will cost more. 3. The little boy should be in school if he's old enough. How can the parents go about registering him in one. What are the public schools around. Clothes etc can be provided by people around? Things might be a bit hard to implement if the folks in nigeria do not get involved. Surely there are people who can help. Churches? |
i guess some people never heard of ivy league universities? ![]() only nigerians would make these kinds of vacuous comparisons. must you compare? ![]() just do your thing and keep it moving without grousing. do you see british people comparing oxford with newer universities or do you see americans comparing harvard with a recent college. |

Some of the best things are free. |
And why are you desperate to know? ![]() |

If you stay celibate for a very long time and dont put yourself in compromising situations then i guess you get kind of immune. I suppose. |
@ the girl who said yes immediately: the relationship just wasnt meant to be, imo. If it wasnt that then it would have been another thing. I think the boy just preferred her maybe as a friend, nothing more. Even though he did make the first move, some men can be like that. |
The pastor is right in a way. Marrying for love alone isnt enough to sustain a marriage. Love should come after marriage, not necessarily before it. However, i think the minister should get his point across in a clearer manner, since a lot of people are saying they're confused by him. Samson's wife was a philistine woman and this was before he met delilah. He had some issues when it came to choosing female companions. |
Just wondering why some men are so susceptible to generational curses especially when random s.ex is involved. A case is all over the news. |
If you're very religious you'll be praying for a husband, not a s.perm donor. |
I wonder why they would name their baby queen elizabeth not to mention they are right there in england? ![]() Its hard to comment on the case without knowing exactly what's going on. |
abeg i have to go jare. dont know why reality keeps popping up after my every post as if i'm the person who called him out. if i were him [reality] i'd just keep on browsing from the safety of one corner, without actually posting on the thread. anyway, keep replying yourself @ reality. zubeyr good looking out for your brother araboy [since you say you're not him]. catch you soon. |
Lol I think the dude is too liberal to woo any Hijabi woman he will be more comfortable marrying a secular muslim womanno doubt. he says he's no longer liberal however. though i dont know if he can marry a muslim woman at all, given his tastes. but never say never sha. |
zubeyr:who knows. the guy doesnt know who or what he likes. i think his issue with deols is because for now, he doesnt want to handle any conservative muslim woman. he prefers the ladies loose, easy and not too much headache to woo. it will take a while for him to discipline himself to the extent of getting used to strict muslim women like deols. |
zubeyr:cant say for sure- i'd have to go through his posts again. he seems more opinionated however, come to think of it. |
^oh, are you back from your long journey? ![]() |
