There was a topic years ago when a nler complained his wife, who was rich and had a good job, was buying expensive things for their baby.

Likewise another guy had a thread where was angry because his kids did not experience the type of hardships he had as a child.

Thread title says "as a woman" meaning the topic is for women.

If onila wants to respond and she is a woman, I dont see why anyone would have a problem with that.

FamilyGive Your Reasons Why Specific People Should Not Date Each Other by tpiar(op): 8:59pm On Jan 11, 2020
Often times we assume others should not tell us who we can or can't date, and we also feel they're wrong for doing so.

However, let's hear your explanation for not being enthusiastic about a particular union.

Even a simple " I just dont like the idea" is ok.

FamilyYour Wife Needs A Friend. What Do You Do? by tpiar(op): 4:57pm On Jan 04, 2020
Women can be lonely and in need of friends who would accept her as she is and not judge her or compete with her.

Not every woman knows how to handle the cattiness which is women's nature.

So how can you help your wife and guide her through tough times which she might not let you know of?
Christianity EtcRe: Masturbation Is Not A Sin - Pastor Chris Onyakilome by tpiar: 9:10pm On Jan 03, 2020
paxonel:
How do we define masturbation?
The moment you use your hand to rub your genitals consciously or unconsciously you have masturbated.
What about when you have an STD and are really itchy.

Sibrah:
Is wet dream a sin?

Though I am not trying to equate both, there is hardly any scriptural references to the topic.
Wet dream would probably be considered lust although technically it's supposed to be beyond the consciousness of the person in the situation.

Now, my question would be if they dont talk about it, is it still a sin and how do others know if someone has/had a wet dream if the person said nothing.
Christianity EtcLust Is A Common Problem For Many Christians Nowadays. What Next, After Lust. by tpiar(op): 7:14pm On Jan 03, 2020
What to do after lusting? We seem to be discussing a lot of lust but I'm not seeing any meaningful advice or suggestions on what should be done after Christian or church going lusters have lusted. I might not be aware of any, I mean.

Few things:

- No old testament radically dramatic fixes specifically picked for shock value. Thanks as you comply.

-Fornication and adultery should not be considered an option

-Share how you overcame your lust if applicable or if you want to.

-Hope the lust didnt chase you from Christianity or Christian morals?

I should calm down. Olori is a title for the king's wife.

My point which you missed is about:

If you want to translate the words "KING'S WIFE" word for word into Yoruba.

And surely a translation is "AYA OBA" which in spoken Yoruba contracts to "AYABA". grin

Elisions and contractions are legitimate elements of spoken language.

And "KAARO" (or EKAARO" ) is not a bastardization. It is perfectly legitimate, just as "KU ARO" (or "EKU ARO" ).

smiley
Like I said, Olori is king's wife.

Ayaba is used for biblical contexts.

For God's sake, dont you have limits to what you do?

You monitor people in their kitchen, their living rooms, their bedrooms, their toilets, their bathrooms, on their phones, their computers, their church, their laptops, their devices, you wait to see how much money entered their bank account on payday, you monitor every word they utter, you are checking what they spend money on and how much, you follow them around even if you're not in the same country, dont you think you are overdoing things?
