Just share your experiences which were not alright, it's not good to make general statements of this sort even though Nigerian men in general (not just Yoruba men) are known for womanizing. What is the native name? Also, was this in Nigeria?
The bible says pray over every food (are you a Christian?) but if it scares you, then don't eat it. |

triplechoice: Don't understand what you have said Check the part I just added. Also, technically a business owner does not need to have a reason to sack someone, it's at their discretion. |
Christianity Etc › Re: What Was Wrong With Adeboye's Advise To His Son? by tpiar: 6:59pm On Jan 30, 2020 |
Business owners have the right to hire and dismiss I think.
Even the people debating this would do the same assuming they could sack someone they don't like. Excessive like or dislike can be a reason for letting people go, either way. A softer landing would be transferring a person to another department perhaps.
We don't always have to debate the morality or ethics of a thing, sometimes what is expedient is considered.
If the boss is finding it hard to concentrate on his/her work due to distractions from employees, then it's not a clear situation and the business suffers. |

fubbyy: if he succeed for himself and not useful for God, is there any consequence? Will he go to hell from that? How do you succeed in life yet still don't consider yourself useful to God? I don't understand this part. Was it not God who blessed you? Feeling you want to go into ministry shouldn't mean God does not like what you do in the secular world. Now, if you say you're bored with secular stuff and feel more fulfilled in religion, that's different. |
