* The spendings are not causing strain on the man's finances and he is not being pupppeted under any manipulation tactics to part with his resources.


But then, you have to ask to ask yourself the million dollar question....... How many females of nowadays are deserving of breaking a leg and arm for?

Start with your diet. Cut out crappy junk, fried and sugary foods. Reduce your carbs. Reduce all that swallow and rice wey you like to chop. Stop eating egusi and other oily soups and stew every damn day. Stop drinking beer every day. Cut out cakes, chocolates, bread and biscuits. Cut out soda. And all that sweet poison they call juice. Let your diet revolve around water, fruits, vegetables and lean proteins. Add good carbs here and there. Then hit the gym and speak to an instructor. If you can’t afford a gym, enter google and look for exercise you can do at home. Push ups, squats, sit ups, pull ups, stretching, etc. Then find a good spot where you can run at least 30 minutes every day. If you can’t run, try walking for an hour everyday. If you can’t walk, then find a girl with stamina that can nack you well everyday. Goodluck!
