I'm surprised you're saying this, Yoruba girls are the cheapest women you can get anywhere, anyday, anytime. Buy a Yoruba girl a plate of amala & ewedu, and you can bed her till the following day, I'm not just saying this, I've seen it happen.

Lmao, your sister Cossy gives it out for free at least amala is something. Never seen such shamelessness where someone will open her boobs on the internet, she doesn't even charge ...lol

You must be blank upstairs, that's why you talk like this. If Igbo girls are all hairy, why then has the Igbo tribe produced the most MBGNs? Igbo girls stand a height among the crowd, someone can find love anywhere.

It's either lola & Peter love each other, or she played a fast one on him. Yoruba girls are known for going to extreme lengths, even fetish means to get the man they desire, I've heard of some Yoruba girls washing their vagi*nas & using the water to make food.

Promiscuity isn't new to the Yoruba tribe either, its their hallmark. ( Ask 9ice ) from a tender age, young Yoruba girls are encouraged by their mum to sleep with men in exchange for money, so keep shut!!

Yawn, next to zero Igbo girls are the biggest prostitutes both locally and internationally.(that us why Igbo is such a popular language in Italy). They are encouraged by their parents to pursue such a career. Talking about jazz, lol ask what what you girls do in their "biz" . Actually not all Igbo girls are bad just the way not all the Yoruba's are so it is ironic that you never see it fit to correct your tribalistic brothers and sisters e.g the one above. At the end of the day, no body holy pass so when you are pointing fingers at other tribes remember that. Peter chose Lola over all Igbo girls and anyone who doesn't like it can go and kiss Cossy's overexposed boobs or smoke some weed with Tonto Dike

Mr Igbo-women-are-our-trophy,
The big question is...why are other ppl not rushing to marry your women the way your men sell their father's property and cross the Niger incessantly to pay very high bride prices for Nkechi and Chioma?
Is it hygiene or the uncouth sharp mouth they carry?
#Singing 'the answer my friend is blowing in the wind' grin cheesy

One of Obj's son married an Igbo damsel from ebonyi...he probably learnt a great lesson from what his senior brother passed through in the Obj-daughter inlaw alleged s,e.x scandal. grin.

Don't be upset that he refused to marry your hairy sisters especially since they are known for prostitution and porn, just take a look at the likes of Cossy and Afro Candy! Peter didn't want a girl who's beard will be longer than his kiss by the way didn't chime sleep with and impregnate his sister-in-law?

The slowpoke came after you said it is women like her that end up in coffins! Highly uncalled for and I'm sure if someone wrote such about you, you would have responded in a similar manner. All in all, for someone who claims to be so religious your language is disappointing to say the least.

Now you're shifting the goal post. You made a bold statement and i quote:

"Actually the fact that they didn't divorce is not necessarily because they were happy but rather because most women were fanacially dependent in their husband so they basically had no where to go to"

Exactly saying the some were indeed unhappy but couldn't leave because of money. Same thing

I won't blame you if you call it entrapment. That's the word the proponents of the warped equality in marriage have been using. Our mothers never complained about their roles and were doing it willingly, so who are you to tell them that they were entrapped? Did they tell you they want to be financially independent. Are you aware that when you marry a man, both of you become ONE and everything he owns becomes yours and vice-versa. So, why would anyone say a woman is entrapped in marriage because she does not make her own money. You people should fear God oo.

What are you on about? Of course the women who had loving husbands were not entrapped. My point is even women who were abused could not divorce their husbands in those days and it was mostly because of financial reasons. I am not saying a woman who doesn't have money is entrapped but rather the ones who are in a bad marriage but have no money cannot leave. In an ideal situation it wouldn't matter who makes the money unfortunately in bad situations lack of more can make one very vulnerable. You should try not to be so emotional and jump to conclusions.

Woman breadwinners in Nigeria?

No, once I financially take over the responsibilities of a man, then to me he is my wife. Even if I earn less, he still needs to honour his responsibilities.
I wouldn't take over a mans responsibility, as I would be denting his ego. He will eventually go and look somewhere where he is useful.

I don't know where you have been but in most marriages these days the women contribute at least 50 percent financially and in lot of cases even more. So if the husband only earns enough to rent a face me I face you but the wife's salary can get a nice apartment in a good area, they should stay in the face me in face in because she doesn't want him to become a wife undecided. A man's responsibility is not only financial, as long as he gives his all no matter how little he is fulfilling his responsibility. It us only lazy ones that will relax and leave the wife alone to do it that women have a problem with.

The reason why people are having problems in marriage in Nigeria is due to the same reason. We're trying to copy the westerners in their warped definition of equality in marriage, that's why the divorce rate is increasing in Nigeria. Tell me why our parents were not divorcing like no man's business. It's because they understood that there's no such thing as equality in Marriage, the way it's defined.

Actually the fact that they didn't divorce is not necessarily because they were happy but rather because most women were fanacially dependent in their husband so they basically had no where to go to. The higher rate of divorce is not so much because people are coping westerners but now women who are miserable in their marriages are no longer trapped since they can survive alone. Let us not blame everything on western world but rather the society has changed since the roles if women has changed a lot.

If a man fails to provide, or is not gainfully employed, woman are the first ones to cry foul. They never dare date that man, talkless of marriage and you are telling me that does not matter.

That absolutely untrue. No woman can date a man who is unemployed and who cannot provide. Hence some men postpone marriage until they are financial stable because they are meant to provide undecided undecided undecided You yourself wont date an unemployed men undecided undecided

Personally I dont want to marry my wife, I wanna marry my husband smiley smiley smiley

That's untrue, with today's economy more and more women are becoming the main breadwinners. Women are constantly marrying men who make less than them as long as those men can show that they are not lazy. Talking about dating unemployed men, truth is most men theses days also won't date an unemployed woman. It is because everyone wants someone who adds value. So on your own world once a woman had more money the man becomes a wife undecided.

My dear don't get it twisted, the man us the head but not because of material things he can give me. It is because I choose to follow God's word and accord him that respect. So bride price or no bride price, rent or no rent a woman he is the head. So I agree with you that a man is the head but never because of the things you stated.

Bride price is not just about money. The man came to pick his wife from her family to make her part of him and that's what she has to be - part of him. I also agree that a woman can be a breadwinner and possibly the head if implicitly or explicitly agreed to by the husband. But when she becomes that, she should remain that and not try to take over the newly assumed role of the husband.

My point was that those are not the things that make a man the head. The man is the head basically because his wives accords him that respect because of God's commandments so if he pays bride price or not if she 'll be submissive she will. It is not something that is obtained because of money, it is a gift out of respect.

Yes he is the head but not because of bride price or shelter, Yorubas do not collect bride price and in today's world most women contribute to the rent or house building in fact some women are the full breadwinners. Those are not the things that make a man the head.

Since he is the one that speaks Esan it is his responsibility that the child learns and children can easily learn learn up to 3 languages at once, even more. It doesn't sound to me like the husband is doing a good job of teaching the boy Esan and even if she doesn't speak Yoruba to him, the kid won't learn anything more than the little maybe the grandparents and family say around him when they visit.
Family / Re: Banned From Speaking My Language To My Baby by Tricianagal: 9:42pm On Nov 09, 2013
What is ironic is that he has no problem with the kid learning the whiteman's English even outside school before Esan but the Yoruba (his mother's language) is the problem. If you're not careful the child will end up not learning to speak either languages well and you will keep communicating in English. Most children spend more time with their mothers, so except your husband dedicates himself to teaching your son he will only learn bits and pieces from the Grandparents when they visit. This is how we end up with kids who can't speak any Nigerian language fluently and for those saying if you live in say Lagos he will still learn the Yoruba that isn't true. I know so many people even Yorubas who grew up in Lagos and can't speak it.

A man will always make silly suggestions, that does not mean comply and later on come play victim. undecided undecided undecided

My point is that neither was he raped, both parties are equally responsible so stop with the attitude of always trying to put all the blame on the woman alone. You are the one trying to paint men as weaklings who can't think.

Mondisweets: does a woman get pregnant without having sex with a man? How is it being selfish when she is not the only one engaged in the sexxx? I'm not too sensitive... Okay have u been in a relationship with a man who doesn't think with his dicck before?

Thank you, women are indeed our our worst enemies. So 2 adults have unprotected sex and someone is trying to put the blame on the woman alone like the man has no brain. By the way in today's world the women with kids outside marriage also get married later like their male counterparts. Ultimately it takes 2 to bring a child into this world and once a couple has unprotected sex and it results in pregnancy their is little a woman can do except she is proposing abortion which is worse. Making excuses for men not thinking is crap because the same way he can end up with an unwanted baby is the way he can end up with STDs , so abeg both the men and women need to be smarter.

You are either a jobless single lady or a housewife.
Women who work have good reasons for seeking help for their homes since most men see it as a taboo to do chores in their own home.

If you need help employ an adult! Tha adult doesn't have to live in your home if that makes you uncomfortable, have someone come in the morning and close in the evening. Either way there is never a reason to use children as maids and stop suggesting that another woman is unable to manage without help because you can't. There are women who are able to manage without maids, maybe if you don't have maids the lazy husbands and older kids will learn to pitch in and help.
