I noticed that the number of Rosicrucians is increasing daily. Though this is encouraging, I am yet to see and feel significant impact towards the betterment of Nigeria. It is on records that great scientists, physicists, astronomers, politicians, inventors e.t.c were either Rosicrucians or stumble upon Rosicrucians teachings or enlightenment. I wonder why Rosicrucians in Nigeria decide to be dormant, inactive or less concerned about the development of this country. I am of the opinion that for a society to progress, it would need great and enlightened men to take the driver's seat. This thought of mine makes me skeptical. Is it that the teachings of the Rosicrucian can not be implemented in this country? I sincerely do need answers

Good philosophy but most of the teachings of AMORC lack concrete evidence eg reincarnation, aura, life after death, soul, astral travel etc. it's a lifetime of superstition, self criticism, deprivation, secrecy and magical thinking for its members. I have read some Amorc books to judge for myself .They contain a lot of brainwashing tactics to make the reader swallow some info they contain ,without critically analysing them .

. Each time I come across those nonsense
brainwashing tricks while reading (ican easily spot them ) ,I just laugh and tell myself ,"this Amorc people are very stupid" .

Most of the books written by the con - man Havey Spenser Lewis are replete with that .

3 Members must voice their opinion against writing that are critical of AMORC (the reason given for this last one is that if a member is not willing to voice opinion against writing that are critical of AMORC, it means that they do not believe deep inside in the teaching of AMORC and is therefore not worthy of the protection of the egregore of AMORC.)
And this is the dilemma. You cannot read a book that is critical of AMORC and you must take position for AMORC against such book. This smells fishy to me.
So fear is the force that push members of AMORC into criticizing so harshly Pierre Freeman for his book “The Prisoner of San Jose”.
I welcome any feed back about this dilemma.
