ruhun-minhu, “ A SPIRIT FROM HIM.” thus the quran clearly say Jesus is A spirit from God, NO other prophet is adress like this in the quran, what is the reason Jesus is called " A SPIRIT FROM HIM"? See, if you said so, so be it. QURAN recognizes superiority of men and their strength at some point. This goes the other way around as well. Take Jews for instance. Practicing Jews don't even marry outside Jewish clan. And have never seen devout and pacticing Jewish women marry non jew. Very rare. If christians follow strictly their law, I tell you, you would notice the same. But they are far from teachings of Jesus. A muslim woman marrying Christian man is liable for cooking and eating pork for example which is forbidden in Islam. Devout muslim woman will disagree with you, sir.

A practicing muslim woman will disagree with you. You are looking at it from entirely different perspective. Such women will feel uncomfortable in the relationship where they have to prepare pork, bacon, or meat slaughter inappropriately (for example) for their husbands. Christians have abandoned these tenets.

It does not in anyway deprived them of happiness. But I wont argue about nominal or secular muslims. Mind you muslim men also do not have free pass to marry just any Christian women. This is really a case of ijma (consensus).

Scholars of islam on different views have said that Christians of today no longer adhere to message of Jesus. Therefore they are technically not people of the Book of old expect few.

If you want to confirm my point just bring up gay issue and see worldwide percentage of Christians who either agree with it or see nothing wrong being gay. The percentage would be high. This is contrary to Jesus' teachings.

Well, this is very simple. But my explanation may not go down well with you. It's simple fact even though you may disagree. But if you can apply wisdom, you will know that it makes sense.

Muslims believe in all prophets and messangers of God. From Adam to Muhammad (peace be upon them). We deny none of them. But Jews, while they believe in some prophets and messangers, they reject Jesus the son of Mary and Muhammad as messangers of Allah(peace be upn them). Christians however believe and accept Jesus. Christians also reject prophet Muhammad(peace be upon them). So for a muslim woman to marry Christian man has no protection of her religion. Chances of being harassed is very high. Her christian husband may say inappropriate things about Muhammad(SAW) delibrately or not but a muslim man or woman will NEVER ever say anything derogatory about Jesus and Moses (peace be upon them). This is one of the simple logics. But there are other reasons that need in-depth explanation.

Take NL Christians for example. See how they talk trash about prophet Muhammad (Allah's blessings and peace be upon him). Did you ever saw any Muslim here said rude things about Jesus?. NEVER!!!!!. Exactly the way this Christians behave here is the way Muslim woman who marries christian man would behave. Quran and Hadith teach that wherever Allah and His messanger are being mocked, Muslim must leave the area immediately because curses of Allah and His Angels descend in that arena. This is why I reluctant sometimes to engage these folks should they not engage in scholarly discussion.

This is contrary if a Muslim man marries a christian woman. She keeps her christian faith and may revert to Islam at her own will. Her religion security is guaranteed. Her sincere Muslim husband will never harass her and will never and can never say anything unspeakable about Jesus (peace be upon him) because this may take him out of the fold of Islam.

Note: This Christians of today are not the same people of the time of Jesus and Muhammad. These Christians today are polytheists. This is another subject to be discussed.
