The issue, according to the Lord Jesus Christ, is not about “growth” or anything “to show” for going to church.

The main issue of today is whether the ‘church’ is a church of Christ and whether the Lord Jesus Christ recognizes the attendee as His child.



Mat 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

Mat 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.



Is there anything better than listening to what Christ Himself said!

He warned of the church being taken over by false teachers and false prophets, basically calling themselves Christ, in the last days.

The MAJOR ISSUE most people are overlooking is the appearance and preponderance of false teachings and false prophets in the church.

DECEPTION
Mat 24:3  And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? 
Mat 24:4  And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. 
Mat 24:5  For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. 

DECEPTION
Mat 24:11  And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. 

DECEPTION
Mat 24:24  For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. 
Mat 24:25  Behold, I have told you before. 


Christ repeated the issue of DECEPTION by false teachers and false prophets so many times as He answered the question of what signs men should look out for.

The world has never seen DECEPTION on a scale grander than what we have now, where occult preachers and false prophets in Word of Faith and prosperity churches have seized the religious space and are now regarded as 'Christian' leaders!

The Lord Jesus Christ was the Object of the passage being twisted by the writer, not you.

Christians take their place in the victory wrought by Christ, not ever presume they can achieve their own victory by themselves by the use of their mouths. Those are Aladura shamanic teachings, never Christianity.

It is spiritual pride, fueled by Satan, for any man to think he can face the Devil or achieve victory on him by any means, apart from hiding IN CHRIST


Jud 1:8  Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities. 
Jud 1:9  Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.

As can be seen from above passages of the Bible, the writer is misled.

The main problem of the world today is the sheer number of false teachers and workers of the Devil masquerading as G.O., Bishops and pastors in the church:

The most important issue anyone must consider about the RCCG is, "Does the RCCG teach what the Lord Jesus and His Apostles taught or is it an occult body masquerading as a church of Christ?"

In a case where people pray to rods raised by its G.O., worship the G.O.'s chair, the G.O.'s prayer room, the G.O.'s agbadas, anyone calling the RCCG a Christian church is in self delusion.

Using the phone inappropriately in the church may well be bad, using the pulpit to
teach what the Bible calls doctrines of demons is far worse.

Sadly that is what most pastors in Nigeria teach as Christianity.

They are either issuing decrees to God or commanding the Devil to bring prosperity to them!

What do you think of the various evil teachings you have spread in your time on earth?

What do you tell Christ about the source of the occult, New Age/New Thought, Christian Science, Hindu teachings you have rammed down people's throats as Christianity?

What do you say about the satanic John G Lake, Kathryn Kuhlman, John Dowie, William Branham you have promoted as role models for people to emulate?

What will you say about your teaching that men could issue decrees to God when you see Christ?

Unforgiveness is not really subtle: it is at the core of true Christianity.

That is what Christ taught in Matthew 18:21-35, among so many other places.

It is also wrong teaching that doing God's will is onerous or difficult. That is a sign that the
person has not experienced Christ's forgiveness, himself.

Which "jesus" is worshipped in your 'church'?

Is it the "jesus" your pastors issue decrees and commands to or the Jesus of the Bible: God, the Son, Lord of lords and King of kings?
