I lost my phone last year and this was what i used to keep abreast of things like time for classes, assignments and stuff like that. I make my money online and since then i have lost so many opportunities due to my lack of a phone. I am not lazy and i dont like to beg but i am just compelled by this situation to ask any goodhearted nairalander to help me. If you have any smartphone, or laptop no matter the condition I'll manage it. I can even give u the 5k that i have saved as appreciation. I no fit use am buy phone so i go give u make e no be say i no do anything. If i have a phone or laptop i can enough money to buy a good phone in just one month. And for those who might think its yahoo business i do, its not. This is my nairaland account of over nine years now, i have not created a new one just to show my sincerity. Thanks.

OP: if you can get a 2015 Macbook Pro with i7 cpu, 15gb ram and at least 512 gb of storage, you should be ok. Budget is around 350k. You can add 100k and get a Macbook Air M1 base model. Make sure it is M1 and dont let any fool tell you the non m1 version is the same thing.

Yes Apple still copies Google, they modify the codes, compile it with a different name. Mind you, any feature you ever used/use on the iOS platform I've long used those features before, so there ain't new to Android users. Google runs a better Ecosystem which doesn't rely on third-party manufacturer like Apple does. Samsung comes to mind.

If all the gadget you can afford is a phone, then maybe an android is enough for you. If you can afford to buy high quality headsets, smartwatches, laptops etc, then you would want them all to sync together without you having to worry about extra softwares or processes. This is where the Apple ecosystem triumphs.

If you have ever owned an ipad, an iphone, a macbook and an apple watch all together, you would approve Apple. If you have not, then you cannot speak of what you don’t know.

An individual who cannot push himself beyond his personal limits and more cannot excel as a programmer. He or she might end up maybe building all those N15,000 websites that look like the first AOL website but he would never be able to build projects that would rival those of serious individuals.

Your training approach might encourage people to flow at their steam and you might have designed your curriculum in such a way that even the most naive of individuals would be able to find their footing, I still believe that if they want to become great programmers in life, then they should be ready to dedicate at least an average of 1000 hours to learn any basic stack.

They can decide to share the 1,000 hours to one minute every day, using the lazy man approach (that's 164 years) or they can dig in with all they've got.

16GB ram no reach 40k oga especially DDR4. I bought my DDR4 8GB on Aliexpress for 12k.

@OP check your RAM info, If you wanna get an 8GB or 16Gb ram to add to the ram you already have on your system you have to make sure the Frequency match with the one on your system. mine was 2400MHz DDR4. How to check Ram info on windows? i don't know I use Linux so check google for that one.
