The devil loves praise and he is getting it from gullible souls that are slain from the foundation of the world. |
ItzChinnex:There are of course fake Pastors but who ordained you to be the judge? As the Scripture says, Romans 14:4 Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand. |
frosbel2:He is coming back. If the grave could not hold him down, the wicked spirits in high places cannot stop him from coming back. He is only waiting for people like you to repent but the grace will soon expire. |
John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. |
The message you hear moulds your life. They are just a reflection of what they are being fed with. |
ahiboilandgas:He is part of the government as well as you and me. |
The last Nigeria President to rule when the economy was still very strong. When Naira exchange to dollar was relatively low. When our federal universities were almost tuition free. He was a perfect gentleman not like the dictator we currently have. RIP. |
We are regretting already. We don't want more regrets. Too many blood shed in your government. Too many suicide committed in this regime. Too many job losses in this regime. Too many babies dumped in this regime. Too many abortions in this regime. Too many divorces because of financial challenges in this regime. Too many lies told by the government in this regime. Enough is enough. |
Kylekent59:Why have they not arrested herdsmen killing indiscriminately? Useless police. |
ahiboilandgas:It is not in Dino to attend to our complain. It is in you and me voting out useless government who are indifferent to the need of the people they lead. |
Smile4daddy:Then you are the most useless human on earth to praise a government who supervises the killings of Christians. You are a Jihadist. You and your useless APC must go in the name of Jesus. Amen |
Smile4daddy:Please, tell us how useful you are to Nigeria. |
yarimo:Are you using free basis to browse. Can't you see the pictures above? Or you think they will permit you to take pictures from an angle where you can see the scene well. Evil prevails in the land because of people like you. |
ahiboilandgas:Don't say we. Rather say you because so many people are complaining. |
MOHSHESHI:Because he is putting courage that people like you lack. It is better to die as a hero than to live like a coward. |
ahiboilandgas:One day, it will be your house. That is why it's your business. |
Firstfruits offering is Scriptural but it is not the whole of your first salary but the best. |
truefact:That's not the main agenda. They want to deplete the numbers of southerners and Christians in the force to make it easier for them to launch out their jihad against Christian when the time comes. This is the reason for the killings of soldiers. If they publish their list, I won't be surprised to see that the majority will be Christians and southerners. |
HappyPagan:It was permissible under the Old Testament but it's no longer permissible under the new testament. Tell me any of the new testament Saints who killed. How many people did Jesus killed. We need to understand the dispensation we are living in. Our battles are no longer against flesh and blood. We do not war after the flesh. If you kill, you are a murderer and no murderer has eternal life in him. These are some of the instructions given to us in the New Testament. Matthew 5:43-45. 43 Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. 44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; 45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. Romans 12:17-21. 17 Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men. 18 If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men. 19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. 20 Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. 21 Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good. Those engaged in the act of killing through prayers are walking outside of the will of God and are rebellion against the commandment of our Lord Jesus Christ who will judge the living and the death. Stop the killings. It is demonic and not consistent with the teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ and his Apostles. |
Samostical:First, ensure you are not engrossed in lustful thinking or watch porns. The next step is to just take authority over the sex demons or whatever you call them. Command them to stop in the name of Jesus and they will stop. You don't need any special fasting and prayers for this. |
Obj is invariably confessing that he is part of our problems. |
baliyubla:They are not losing any war. It's the game plan. Ask yourself, why all the surviving soldiers are from the south. They want to wipe out the soldiers from the south so they can establish their Islamic Agenda. The only way to stop this is to vote out this government. I am even afraid Atiku may not change anything because the average Muslim reason alike. But we will pray for God's divine intervention. But those of us from the south still supporting the ruling party are the biggest fool because when it happens, they will not be spared. Not even Osibanjo will be spared. |
LuciferCatholic:It's part of the Islamization agenda. Open your eyes now. Even most of the soldiers killed so far are from the south. They should publish the list. By the time the numbers of southerners are reduced to the barest minimum, they will kill the rest and take over Nigeria. Christians will be killed and the nation will be declared an Islamic state. If our leaders at the top don't wise up, there will be no Christianity in few years to come. |
MrBrownJay1:It's not a contradiction but he only put a clause in the honour you give to your parents. In other words, honour your parents but if it conflicts with your loyalty to God or Christ, then you are not under obligation to honour them on that issue. In other words, the love you should show to Jesus must be above the love you show to your parents. Concerning the second issue, let's read from the first few verses of the chapter in question. Ezekiel 18:1-3. 1 The word of the LORD came unto me again, saying, 2 What mean ye, that ye use this proverb concerning the land of Israel, saying, The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the children's teeth are set on edge? 3 As I live, saith the Lord GOD, YE SHALL NOT HAVE OCCASION ANY MORE to use this proverb in Israel. The issue of the father's sin visiting their children became a proverbs. But God through Prophet Ezekiel said it will no longer be that way. Then, he continued, Ezekiel 18:4-20. 4 Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: THE SOUL THAT SINNETH, IT SHALL DIE. 5 But if a man be just, and do that which is lawful and right, 6 And hath not eaten upon the mountains, neither hath lifted up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, neither hath defiled his neighbour's wife, neither hath come near to a menstruous woman, 7 And hath not oppressed any, but hath restored to the debtor his pledge, hath spoiled none by violence, hath given his bread to the hungry, and hath covered the naked with a garment; 8 He that hath not given forth upon usury, neither hath taken any increase, that hath withdrawn his hand from iniquity, hath executed true judgment between man and man, 9 Hath walked in my statutes, and hath kept my judgments, to deal truly; he is just, he shall surely live, saith the Lord GOD. 10 If he beget a son that is a robber, a shedder of blood, and that doeth the like to any one of these things, 11 And that doeth not any of those duties, but even hath eaten upon the mountains, and defiled his neighbour's wife, 12 Hath oppressed the poor and needy, hath spoiled by violence, hath not restored the pledge, and hath lifted up his eyes to the idols, hath committed abomination, 13 Hath given forth upon usury, and hath taken increase: shall he then live? he shall not live: he hath done all these abominations; he shall surely die; his blood shall be upon him. note 14 Now, lo, if he beget a son, that seeth all his father's sins which he hath done, and considereth, and doeth not such like, 15 That hath not eaten upon the mountains, neither hath lifted up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, hath not defiled his neighbour's wife, 16 Neither hath oppressed any, hath not withholden the pledge, neither hath spoiled by violence, but hath given his bread to the hungry, and hath covered the naked with a garment, note 17 That hath taken off his hand from the poor, that hath not received usury nor increase, hath executed my judgments, hath walked in my statutes; he shall not die for the iniquity of his father, he shall surely live. 18 As for his father, because he cruelly oppressed, spoiled his brother by violence, and did that which is not good among his people, lo, even he shall die in his iniquity. 19 Yet say ye, Why? doth not the son bear the iniquity of the father? When the son hath done that which is lawful and right, and hath kept all my statutes, and hath done them, he shall surely live. 20 The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him. Please read the entire passage. God said he will no longer punish innocent children on account of the sins of their fathers. So, there is consistency. Laws are subject to ammendment and this is what was done here. |
MrBrownJay1:To properly interpret the scriptures, you have to read within context. For instance, the first example you cited, the instructions to honour your father and mother still stands. What Jesus said in the second one is not a contradiction. He is not talking about hating your father and mother but about relative love. The love you have for him must supercede the love you have for your parents. If your parents ask you not to go to church, you don't have to obey them. This is what he is trying to teach. He used a figure of speech. Concerning the second, yes it is true that the sins of the fathers is visited upon the children but the Prophet said it will no longer be that way. It is the soul that sins that should die. In other words, the first instruction to visit the sins of the father upon the children no longer holds. So, they are not contradictions. |
MrBrownJay1:The Bible cannot contradict itself. It cannot say one thing in several verses and nullify it with just one verse of scripture. You have to seek understanding by the Spirit of God of what it is really saying. There are scores of Scripture that points to the fact that the law has indeed be abolished. I will quote a few of them after which I will reconcile it with what Jesus said in Matthew 5:17 and other similar verses. Christ HATH REDEEMED US FROM THE CURSE OF THE LAW being made a curse for us (Jews), for it is written, cursed is every man that hangeth on a tree. That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise OF THE SPIRIT THROUGH FAITH HAVING ABOLISHED in His flesh the enmity EVEN THE LAW OF COMMANDMENT contained in ordinances for to make in Himself of twain, one new man, so making peace. BLOTTING OUT THE HANDWRITING OF ORDINANCES (LAW) that was against us which was contrary to us nailing it to the cross. FOR CHRIST IS THE END OF THE LAW for righteousness to everyone that believeth. FOR THE LAW WAS GIVEN BY MOSES, BUT GRACE AND TRUTH CAME BY JESUS CHRIST. BUT NOW WE (JEWS) ARE DELIVERED FROM THE LAW that being dead wherein we were held, that we should serve in the newness of the Spirit and not in the oldness of the letter (law). Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free and BE NOT ENTANGLED AGAIN WITH THE YOKE OF BONDAGE (LAW). For sin shall not have dominion over you, for ye (the New Creation) are NOT UNDER THE LAW but under grace” For there is verily A DISANNULLING (CANCELLATION) OF THE COMMANDMENT going before for the weakness and unprofitableness thereof. And for this cause, he is the mediator of a New Testament that by means of death, for the REDEMPTION OF THE TRANSGRESSORS THAT WERE UNDER THE FIRST TESTAMENT, they which are called might receive the promise of an eternal inheritance. Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. HE TAKETH AWAY THE FIRST (LAW OF MOSES) that he may establish the second. For the priesthood being changed, there is made a necessity a change also of the law” (Gal. 3:13-14, Eph. 2:15, Rom.10:4, John 1:17, Rom. 7:6, Gal. 5:1, Rom. 6:14, Heb. 7:18, 9:15, 10:9, 7:12). Please go through these Scriptures and let me know if there are other ways it can be interpreted other than pointing to the fact that the law has been abolished. Now let's look at Matthew 5:17 - 18which reads 17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. 18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. The word fulfill has several meanings depending on the context it is used. But two of such meanings fit into this context. They are 1. To carry out a promise. 2. To comply with conditions. The coming of Jesus was not accidental. It was planned for. When God called Abraham, he promised him that through his seed, families and nations of the earth shall be blessed. Apostle Paul let us know that that seed is Christ. And this promise was given before the law of Moses. The law of Moses came in about 430 years after the promise was made. The law had nothing to do with the promise. It was put in place to regulate the life of the Jews until the promise comes to fulfillment. And that is why Jesus came. He came as a fulfillment of that promise. And for the promise to be fulfilled, the law has to set aside otherwise it is no longer a promise. Having this understanding, how then do we explain Mathew 5:17-18? I will attempt to paraphrase it to make it clearer. “Think not that I am come to end the law or the prophets unjustly, but to carry out the promise God made to Abraham, contained in the book of the law. For assuredly I say to you, you (the Jews) must still obey all that the law commands until the promise comes into effect.” And this promise came into effect with the death of Jesus, Hence the Scripture says Romans 10:4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth. The second meaning of the word fulfill says to comply with conditions. The law said that the soul that sins must die. Jesus died and met that condition. Galatians 3:13 Christ hath redeemed us (Jews) from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: There are many more references time will not permit me to state here. If Jesus really came to endorse the law, he would have permitted the woman caught in the very act of adultery to be stoned to death. He shouldn't have healed on Sabbath day. One of the reasons he was crucified was because they accused him of constantly breaking the law. If this explanation is not enough, please ask a follow up question and I will be willing to answer. God bless you. |
Polygamy was permissible under the old Testament because of the weakness of their flesh but it is not under the new testament. Even Bishops and Deacons where instructed to be the husband of one wife. Also remember that fornication was never mentioned as a sin under the old testament but it is a sin under the new testament. So, upgrade your knowledge and live by the new testament teachings. |
zombieTRACKER:You are very correct. Those who still support this government that has nothing to offer us are just wicked and selfish. This party do not have any moral right to seek re-election. |
He that kills with the sword will also die with the sword. Christians in areas affected by herdsmen attack should be more prayerful and never go to farm alone. Go armed with whatever you can use to defend yourself. Enough of the killings. This government is indeed useless and those who want to re-elect them are very wicked and stupid. |
Obasanjo is the first to be blamed for being a coward all this while. |
So, some people still believe the man at the top is the real Buhari? Or they just pretend not to know? May God deliver this country from deceitful men and women. |
finalboss:Yes ooo. For example, the Christian life is an indestructible life. I can't die by food poisoning, sickness, accident or any other way. In fact, I will not even die. I will sleep in the Lord when the time comes. Death is when your life is cut short without your permission. You might want to ask, what about several Christians and even Pastors who have died? If depends on what they believed and the life they lived in the secret. Secondly, you have the ability to see things ahead even your future. This will guide you in the steps to take to actualize them. I can go on and on. It's indeed a higher realm of glory. It's unfortunate so many churches don't even know this truth. |
