Yes, we have recently found out that butter is healthier than margarine.

But don't for one second believe that one is natural and the other is not. Both are chemically processed, the difference is that butter has more natural ingredients.

A good quality butter from organic grass fed cow is actually a better oil option for food. Even better than the much touted Extra Virgin Olive oil.
The process of making margarine (vegetable oil) is bad for human consumption . It is highly hydrogenated, full of trans fat and can cause havoc to our health (oxidization etc).
A good quality Cheese from grass fed cow is also a rich source of absorbable protein. However there is debate on the effect of the high acidity level of Cheese or if dairy is even as good for us as promoted.
For me I try to eat food the way God (nature) intended. Good old fashioned organic food that we have in our local farms, and not the Lab food introduced to us from the western world.

That journalist was unprofessional and more like an attack dog paid specially for that part. It looks it had been planned beforehand to humiliate him. The action suggests it wasn't meant to be an objective step to examining any issue.

Imagine you as a father isn't in best of relationships with a colleague because of his views/opinions differ from your. But being business colleague, he is bound by courtesy/diplomacy to attend a ceremony at your home. And then your little daughter strolls out of her room, hauling insults at him while everyone looked on. Such embarrassing little child, praise her as a hero if you like.

It was a clear breach on security protocol of a visiting Head of State. Imagine her an assassin posed as a reporter? This is very embarrassing for Nigeria.
Barbaric, savage, low-life and crass behaviour!

REPORT THE NEWS. DON'T MAKE THE NEWS
Freedom of the Press does not mean freedom to harass and throw insults to whom you disagree.
Political Activisim is not proffessional Journalisim.
Showing respect to a visiting President does not stop SR from asking him tough questions.
Insulting the interviewee will definitely not get your readers/viewers any responses or information.
So what was their point. For whatever it's worth. I as a Nigerian apologize on behalf of my country to all our guests. SR should apologize to her readers/viewers for such crass behavior. But that will be asking for too much. How do you give what you don't have .

Well, this is a very good question and one which reeks of someone who is a Nigerian first.
I sat today and reminisced about my actions since the campaigns started. And I discovered that am loosing myself; as a Nigerian. Before now it was very easy for me to condemn this government and also praise them. I am a PDP man. But I discovered that my APC friends never said anything good about Jonathan and likewise every member of their own party. Even when that member just left the PDP a day earlier. He/she would suddenly turn to a saint. And so I also decided that no matter what Jonathan did; whether good or bad, I was going to support it.

And I think that is the story of some of these political supporters. For some though, it may be because of religion or tribe or even because they have benefited from this government.

But in truth, Obanikoro doesn't have the moral standing to be a minister of this country. Imagine the President on a foreign trip alongside Obanikoro to discuss important issues of government. Do we actually think that government would take that entourage serious? He should have cleared his name before being asked to take a bow and leave.

That said, I also believe the practice of asking ex-senators to take a bow and leave is obscene and inimical to our development as a country.

Hypocrisy is just running a mock in Nigeria. Unless we are in self deceit, the moral makeup of the average politician is not that of a saint in Nigeria and the rest of the world. The disbelieve about Koro's confirmation is misplaced if there is no disbelieve in the fact that in a country of 170million people the opposition to the ruling party's pick for their presidential candidate and answer for change is a 72year old ex military dictator who carried out a coup on a democratic elected government. The Stockholm syndrome is so much at play, that his supporters even still mention his former rank General (GMB) as term of endearment . Very corrupt Recycled Politicians running between the major parties for their own selfish interest and use the masses ethnic religious and economic differences as tools to advance their goals.
With regards to foreign countries, George w. Bush was not really suppose to be president but for election improprieties in Florida. An ex dictator who Britain condemned when his kidnapping attempt failed in the U. K was given an audience in Chatham house recently. Let us Tone down the loud hypocritical noise and make the issues fact based.

Talking from a neutral point of view (though I'm not neutral, I support Buhari) I think GEJ is playing all his cards to early.. Who da fuq are his advisers?! You have almost 4 weeks to go and you've visited Lagos twice, spending a total of almost 1 week in the state.. For God's sake, APC still got 4 fuqing weeks to neutralise every campaign/"money" you think you have done/"shared".. If I was part of Mr. President's strategy team, I would have told him to chill till like a week or 2 before the elections before storming large voting areas like Lagos, Kano, Ibadan, etc.. Nigerians are quite easy to convince, you don't need a month to do it, rather a month gives you opponent enough room to counter all your moves.

On the contrary it is an effective strategy to take the fight to the opposition's nerve and financial center. The opposition has to retreat some or all the way to protect their Honey Pot (in this case Lagos). Thus you have this proposed million man march, they will have to spend money defending not just attacking. With regards to GEJ spending, my brother, that's the advantage of incumbency. You have access to unlimited supply of fund and patronage . On a side note must we follow everything American ( a la Million Man March etc), wether it makes sense or not ?

It is a Good idea to use PVC if it available to all. However the constitution supports the voters right to vote as against the compulsory use of PVC

I like Chiamanda, but on this issue , I agree she was dead wrong. It was widely reported a good amount of people did not receive their PVC. For her to reach her conclusion was baffling .
