Making 2023 a Tinubu project rather than a SW project would spell doom for Asiwaju. Tinubu requires maximum support from SW just like any other candidate from SW needs such support for him to defeat the opposition in the general election. Creating a division between Osinbajo and Tinubu which could produce bitter taste that may linger beyond the primary would not do either of the candidate any good.

The goal is for SW to produce a candidate that would flag the party's ticket and not that Tinubu must flag the ticket on behalf of the entire SW. SW made Tinubu, Tinubu does not made SW
