Hmmm

Peter Obi is PDP's strategy lol
Even the PDP online noise makers are so daft that they can't read plan of APC, APC just needed to fulfill constitutional requirement from SS and SE so as to avoid rerun that why they are drawing Jonathan to give them the number

APC is ahead of PDP in this chess game

You think I started speaking English yesterday? Are those two the full list of the meanings of betrayal. Oxford English Dictionary definition:
“ betray somebody/something to hurt somebody who trusts you,…”

Oshinbajo is a betrayer. No doubt about it. He was nobody near the high seat when Tinubu offered him to Buhari. Now he is using same seat of power to seek what he knew that Tinubu wanted in the first place. It’s not a crime but it’s a moral burden to seek to contest for presidency by betraying your benefactor. You have to learn to accept the truth. No amount of acrobatics can change truth.
If betrayal means hurting someone interest then all politicians are betrayal including Tinubu, your emotional stands will not help Tinubu's aspiration many people who support Osinbajo can still vote Tinubu if he wins the primary, stop making it a final context when it's just the beginning

Is Jonathan now an APC member? This game is becoming interesting

Edited: PDP is a lazy party with zero strategy to win election. Drawing Jonathan into APC is a plus for every APC member, it is a win win for Tinubu and other aspirants from APC if Jonathan bring his supporters in PDP from SS and SE into the camp of APC

Dey there dey abuse Tinubu until APC finish their plans on you morons

The only grudge we have with Oshinbajo is not his religion at all. It has to do with betrayal which is obvious to everyone observing events in politics. And we don’t want a repeat of what happened to Awolowo to happen again. And he is married to Awolowo’s grand daughter, so he should know the story very well.
You seems not to understand the meaning of betrayal

This is the definition of 'betray'

Please how has Osinbajo exposed Tinubu to danger or what information has Osinbajo passed to the enemies of Tinubu that makes him a betrayal.

When did it become a crime for someone to pursue his aspirations?

Was there any agreement between Osinbajo and Tinubu that Osinbajo should not seek higher office?

You haven't answered my questions:

How is "Osinbajo a departure from that pack of ruthless and senseless leaders that abound in Nigeria"?

How is osinbajo different from buhari and Tinubu?

How did you arrive at this conclusion:

"His performance as VP and acting president stands out among all the VPs Nigeria has ever produced."

What comparative analysis did u do between osinbajo and predecessors? Can u pls share that comparative analysis u did and the various criteria u used?

How did you come to the conclusion that "the generality of Nigerians have soft spot for Osinbajo"? Did u interact with the generality of Nigerians?
I don't really get your point, I have given answer to your questions, the onus lies in you to state why you think my response doesn't answer the questions. That's how an intelligent discussion is being carried out.

You will shocked that your barbaric policy of divide and rule using religion will not work. Most Yorubas are behind Tinubu, whether Christians or Muslims. We have a vision, unlike the IPOBian southeast.
But you are attacking Osinbajo an APC member from SW on a social media. Is that how to support your candidate, what happens after the primary?

Your position here doesn't conform with party tenets neither does it goes with Yoruba believe of 'live and let live: rather it shows your support is borne out of religion sentiments

I hope you won't run or result to banters when faced with hard truth.

As a partyman I won't pitch Osinbajo against Buhari neither will I absolve him from failure of the party. But I will only inform you that Nigeria as presently being constituted stands little chance of progressing under any strong candidate until the institutions are strengthened.

Osinbajo demonstrated his capability to strengthen Nigeria institution by taking a decisive decision in relieving the DSS boss that tried to intervene into National assembly issue. That act was a signal that offenders cannot go unpunished under his leadership and that would strengthen our institution, promote rule of law and maintain separation of power.

His performance as VP and acting president stands out among all the VPs Nigeria has ever produced."

Osinbajo remain the most popular VP despite the handicapped role of VP in Nigeria constitution. Oppositions have attested to his capability. Reno Omokri a staunch supporter of PDP and hater of APC confirmed this in his article.

What comparative analysis did u do between osinbajo and predecessors? Can u pls share that comparative analysis u did and the various criteria u used?

Osinbajo was assigned to attend international functions that were solely performed by the president of previous government while their VPs were reduced to attend few local functions

How did you come to the conclusion that "the generality of Nigerians have soft spot for Osinbajo"? Did u interact with the generality of Nigerians?[/quote]

The generality of Nigerian regardless of party ethnic or religion divide have staged campaign for Osinbajo, many of the stories are abound in Nigeria news paper

Osinbajo belongs to Tinubu camp, giving Osinbajo will solve any problem that may arise from that camp
Politics › Re: I Have Total Confidence Osinbajo Will Succeed Buhari - Senator Kabiru Gaya by Ttalk:
The generality of Nigerians have soft spot for Osinbajo having tested most of the politicians and discovered that they are the same with egocentric and corrupt inclination. Osinbajo seems to be a departure from that pack of ruthless and senseless leaders that abound in Nigeria.

His relationship with youth and the masses through cash transfer that was handled by him in the first tenure of their administration is a pointer to his understanding of the needs of the people. Such initiative over the years have been corrupted by politicians who diverted palliative of emergency victims and refugee victims into their pockets.

His performance as VP and acting president stands out among all the VPs Nigeria has ever produced.

He is a bridge between the old and the young as he possess such agility and energy as seen displayed in the conduct of his duties which can only be found in a sportman and person under 40years.

Osinbajo remain the answer to religion dichotomy that exits and would calm the suspicion raised by many of Muslim dominance in government.

He is the only candidate from the South that is capable of winning a credible election for APC a party that the people perceived to have performed below expectation

Small children typing rubbish.

Europe got developed, not because of 'winter', but because, in a world that had used iron weapons for millenia prior, their greedy leaders deviated from the norm around the 17th century, and used Chinese gunpowder mixtures to build FIREARMS which they used to conquer whole continents and loot their resources. Simple. Prior to this, Europe was the poorest region on Earth, with widespread hunger and starvation.

So it was greed and desperation that drove Europe, not 'winter'.

"Whatever happens we have got
the Maxim gun and they have not".

- British colonial looting thug in West Africa.
Though I it's your opinion but I hate reading all these useless history that add no value to Africa.

So, because Europe steal Chinese gun powder is the reason Africa is underdeveloped? What about countries colonised by Europe that are now developed country?
Was it not African kings and slave merchants that sold our forefathers to the white in exchange of cigarettes, mirror and umbrella.

It sucks to blame others for your problems that have been ingrained into the skin like enzyma

Politics › Re: Why Lagos Should Produce Its Own Electricity ? by Ttalk:
As it is today there is no motivation for any state to generate electricity because whatever your state generated would be send to national grid for national use. The implication of this is that such state would not have better electricity than other states who do not invest in it.

However, the law allows individual, corporation and state can generate electricity to meet some peculiar needs such as power plant at Alausa, Unilag and Redeemed Camp.

The right to generate power is in exclusive list of 1999 Constitution and in situation where a state generate more than the above allocated kwh, the excess would be transfer to national grid for national use.

Coming to your concern about Lagos state generating power because of it need and financial buoyancy, Tinubu took the bold step during his first tenure when he embarked on Enron Project in conjunction with Egbin Power Station that presently supply national greed. The frustration experienced by that government made Fashola to narrow his power generation agenda to certain institutions like Secretariat ,Lagos Teaching Hospital and other few sections of the state.

In summary, Nigeria problem largely lies on wicked constitution given to us by the military and supported by the north at the detriment of the entire country. The recent ongoing bill to move power generation, transmission and distribution to the states is yet to reach the 3rd reading at both chambers, passing it at the first reading doesn't mean it would scale through other readings as Nigeria politicians always take national development from the point of ethnic and tribe. Even when it is passed we hope the president would accent it and hope to see him accent a version that has not been watered down by ethnic and corrupt legislators
Politics › Re: Nigeria Would Have Been Developed If We Had Winter by Ttalk: 2:11pm On Apr 21, 2022
Seriously necessity is the mother of invention, Nigeria is so blessed that we take many things for granted and the leaders and the citizen have become so complacent that we resolved to destiny and God for ordinary efforts that would better our lives.

Imagine a northern governor sending 1000 men to Hajj to pray against Bandit.

The next thing is how to reveal his preference candidate. But his message has said it all if you can decode.

Imposing unpopular candidate refers to Amaechi
Forming a clique within the party refers to Tinubu
Ensuring winning the popular vote (general election) refers to candidate that is acceptable among different ethnics, party stands and religion divide.

If you know that candidate you know his choice

The handwriting on the wall is clear enough except we just choose to pretend
That why I asked you to bury your emotion, Tinubu's ambition becomes secondary if it can't guarantee winning the general election. APC needs a generally acceptable candidate to compete with PDP because of their poor performance while election rigging would be reduced as a result of the electoral act

Time will do the explanation. Wait for it
The odds favour SW with the situation on ground.

On what basis will APC microzone to other region? Politics is a serious game of interest and not just gambling or casino.

You do everything to win election and pacify the aggrieved later.

NW has the highest numbers of delegates followed by SW.

In fact the numbers of delegates in Kano and Katsina in more than the total number of delegates from SE. We all know where those delegates from the north would likely cast their votes.

Now the party leaders would influence the delegate to vote a candidate from such zone who can deliver at the general election. This is another area where it favours SW who has 5governors from the APC which will translate to huge number of votes for the party and boost it strength as having the largest numbers of registered voters after NW.

The role played by ACN headed by Tinubu cannot be ignored now that there are high distrust among various ethic group.

Now that there are different ethnic agitations and SW seems to be the only region that has been able to suppress its agitator is a factor that would count in deciding where the candidate would emerge.

Buhari/Osinbajo relationship is another factor that would count as he stood with his principal despite attempt by some northern governor to lure him to take the leadership while Buhari was on medical trip. The antecedents of Buhari show that he always carry his loyalist along as all members of CPC outside his region are well catered for in this government.

All these are pointers that the ticket would be given to SW, picking the right candidates within that region is the mystery that is about to be revealed

Tinubu won't even buy APC presidential nomination form with what I am foreseeing. Its either going to be microzoned outside SW or a consensus candidate will emerge.

End of story...
Tell us how it's going to be microzone outside SW. Analyse without emotion, it won't kill you.

As it stands today indirect or consensus favours SW more than any other zone, there are fact and evidence to back up this.
