In 2 years, you will have an additional 3million making 6million in total. You shd live with ur side hustle all along and not try touch the savings except if the interest is stably high or when necessary

With about 1.5million get a plot of land where people ply often(not necessarily in lagos), begin to build a hall or event center. In abt two years, with the interest on the remaining 4million, you would be renting out ur hall for 200k per event. Imagine renting it out 2ce in a week, that's 400k in a week and 1.6million in a month and in a year that's about 19million
