No insult. The best PDP have to do now is choose Atiku as her flag bearer while Obi will function as his vice, then come next election Obi will take a shot at presidency.
Augustwife: I had to open a new moniker so I can rant in peace. My head is full, so it's going to be a long post .
I got married to the love of my life 2017 (we started dating 2009) and we have two wonderful children. He loves me (I know for sure), doesn't cheat too and my in-laws are the most wonderful people on earth ( my mil especially).
We have a joint business but the bad part :he is addicted to alcohol.
He wasn't like this before we got married, he used to drink occasionally so I can't really tell how we got here.
It's so bad that he can't go a day without it. Once he can't lay his hands on alcohol he will begin to shiver like a malaria patient.
This addiction has gotten us into debts that I had to pay with my savings on several occasions.
I'm talking of debts of 120k, 167k, 136k e.t.c. He's takes several loans from loan sharks , drinks like no tomorrow.
He has wrecked ourbbusiness and only with the help of God was I able to rebuild It by taking loans and paying back.
We even decided he gets a job so he can be more responsible but after working for a year he had nothing to show for it.
Twice his parents had to take him to a therapist but it was all in vain as he would go back to drinking.
My head is scattered,I can't think straight, it's making me hate him. I tried leaving a few weeks ago , I went back to my mother's house but trust my mama, she begged me to go back and my mother in-law too.
I don't even know what to do, my mental life is zero, I have withdrawn from everyone, I'm practically in poverty due to this addiction He is a wonderful man BUT this addiction is a very big problem. We have prayed, fasted, gone to doctors but it's still there.
I don't know what to do .
God bless you and keep you strong. Please, do not leave him at this point, believe me he needs you now more than ever. I do not want to believe that his addiction to alcohol is ordinary going by his previous disposition. It is good you have prayed, keep on praying and take him to a Bible based faith and deliverance ministry like Mountain Of Fire & Miracles Ministries(MFM), for more prayers and deliverance. By the power of God he shall be set free.
Do not panic, my friend had similar fungal skin infection years past which he took care of with consistent intake and application fulcin tablets and fulcin ointment concurrently, though it took a long time to clear away. However,I believe with advancement in science and medicine there can be better medications to clear it in shortest possible time, meaning you need to consult a medical professional.
tempest2019: Someone got a job of 150k in lagos and got another job of 90k in lagos. The problem now is that the there is no room for increment of salary for the 150k job while for the one of 90k the company increases salary with 3k every year. In addition to the increment the 90k job pays 40k incentive every 3 months
It will take you like 20years before you get to earn up to 150k in the 90k job with the 3k yearly increment. The 40k incentive is just like additional 13k to the salary which sums it up to 103k per month. Open your eyes and make your decision.
Peter Obi Rejects VIP Treatment, Assists Stranded Nigerians At Abuja Airport (Photos, Video)
Former Anambra State governor and 2023 presidential aspirant on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, Peter Obi, came to the rescue of passengers who had been kept waiting for over 24 hours at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, IGBERETV reports.
On Monday morning, Peter Obi refused to board his flight at Abuja airport in order to assist stranded Nigerians.
Obi who has been traveling across the six geopolitical zones to consult stakeholders and party members over his presidential bid, was reportedly moved by the plight of the travelers.
Mr. Peter Obi is not acting or playing to the gallery because of political aspirations, this is his unique and innate disposition.
IGBERETV gathered that Air peace, for unknown reason delayed Abuja-Benin flight for 24hrs, since, Sunday. On Monday morning, they reneged on the 7am rescheduled flight, for no reason. This led to argument as the situation got rowdy.
While the argument was going on, Peter Obi arrived at the airport enroute to Jalingo.
IGBERETV also gathered that Air Peace officials offered him a VIP treatment by attempting to pass him through a different boarding but Peter Obi declined, and went further to question why ordinary Nigerians like him were stranded at the Airport.
But Obi decided to stand amongst other travelers. He immediately made some calls and all the stranded passengers were boarded.
The over happy crowd erupted in chants of Obi! Obi! Obi! at the airport. Many snapped photos with him.

DECLARATION SPEECH BY REP SAM ONUIGBO (ODOZI OBODO) DURING HIS OFFICIAL STATEMENT OF INTENT TO RUN FOR THE ABIA CENTRAL SENATORIAL ELECTION WHICH HELD AT HOTEL ROYAL DAMGRET, UMUAHIA, ON FRIDAY, MAY 6, 2022.
[Protocol]
I have always lived a life of service. It is very important that I begin by restating this. This life of service has remained a constant in my life, since my early adulthood when I was a student of Alvan Ikoku College of Education, Owerri. Thus, I am most satisfied when I am fully engaged in serving my people. It is a lifestyle anchored on deriving the ultimate satisfaction from performing impactful services to my people—one framed by the fact that the ultimate reward for service is the happiness on the faces of your people when you have impactfully served them.
2. When I began my political journey, my innate love for service was further framed by the principle of EAR— Effectiveness, Accessibility and Responsiveness. At the core of this is the simple belief that leadership that endures is anchored on a genuine desire to impactfully serve the people, further underscored by ensuring that such services are tailored according to the legitimate needs and yearnings of the people. That way, every step taken by the leader is prompted by the need to satisfy a specific legitimate need of his/her people.
3. This was why in my service to the good people of great Ikwuano/Umuahia North/Umuahia South Federal Constituency, every action we took was tailored to address a specific need. When I was sworn-in in June 2015, and we had to immediately begin the process of finding a temporary solution to the totally dilapidated and failed sections of the Umuahia-Ikwuano-Ikot Ekpene federal road. By that time, the road was totally impassable and there was an urgent need to provide temporary reprieve for the people before finding a sustainable solution. So, this legitimate yearning of my people, became a huge burden on me, and I did not sleep until palliative works on the road were completed in early 2017. We followed that up by calling for a total reconstruction, which is ongoing. This philosophy of service centered around being effectively responsive to the core needs of the people, gathered by being accessible to them also led to the construction of many classroom blocks and provision of educational support in the three local government areas to address educational needs; electricity projects to address energy issues; water projects to address potable water issues; erosion control works to safeguard our people and their livelihood sources; trainings and empowerment to address livelihood issues; hospitals and medical outreach to address health issues; motions and Bills to address myriad issues affecting our people; and interfacing strongly and boldly during oversight functions on issues that demand immediate and urgent attention. In essence, the entirety of my representation for the good people of Ikwuano/Umuahia North/Umuahia South federal constituency was structured around being a representative of the people, who was guided by the voices of the people.
4. A great example of my representation being led by the clamour of the people is the effort we made in ensuring that efforts were made to restore the delisted courses (mostly management) at the Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike. Not only did I move a motion on the floor of the House on this issue, I followed it up with massive media campaigns and personal meetings. Two things were paramount on my mind while doing this: number one is the importance of ensuring that our children do not lose the chance of being educated in courses of their preferences which were already being offered by the university. The second thing was the need to ensure that businesses around the university boosted by the presence of a large number of students offering the delisted courses, were not affected. I am happy today that most of these courses have become accredited. This, for me, is what representation is all about— paying attention to the voices of the people and amplifying those voices, as their representative.
5. It is important to place on record that I have conceived and implemented mammoth/colossal projects for the good people of great Ikwuano/Umuahia North/South Federal Constituency of Abia State during my time as their representative at the House of Representatives. These projects include:

6. Having set a standard and positioned Ikwuano/Umuahia North/Umuahia South Federal Constituency on the path of legislative excellence, my yearning to ensure that purposeful, visionary, and people-centered leadership is firmly enthroned in our country, one corner at a time, compels me to answer a higher call and take this gospel of effective, accessible and responsive representation to a larger sphere.
7. It is in view of this that I hereby make myself available to serve as the Senator representing the great people of Abia Central Senatorial District at the Senate of Nigeria. My motivation is simple: it is time to redefine representation in Abia Central and make it more people-centered. In doing this, we will replicate the principle of leadership-as-service, imbued with the EAR political philosophy. That way, our representation will be given life by the legitimate needs and aspirations of our great people. As usual, no one village, clan, LGA, will be supreme to the other. Every step taken will be on a needs-basis and in accordance with available resources. And together as a people, we will again redefine representation for this great Senatorial District at the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and put in place a standard that will grow our district decades after we are done.
8. My great people of Abia Central, 2023 presents us with the most viable time in our lifetimes to begin the process of all-round development and growth, anchored on visionary leadership and representation. We cannot afford to make mistakes as doing so will set us back decades and harmfully impact on our children and children's children. That is why this election is critical and one that we must approach devoid of sentiments. Practicality and a keen eye on our futures should guide our actions. In all modesty, I am the best candidate for this job. Not only am I visionary, effective, responsive and accessible, my wealth of experience in progressive leadership makes me eminently qualified. and because the vision that will be implemented will not solely be mine, but a combination of all our visions, it makes my representation people-centric. And together, we shall collectively reshape our futures.
9. As we commence this process, by first participating in the party primaries and going beyond that to campaign for votes in the general elections, I urge us all to let peace and brotherly love guide us.
10. I thank you for finding the time to attend this important event

Correct! Ujuju is the name in Igbo language but the English name I do not have idea.
Daytonbale: Am running a POS business as side hustle here in Lagos, so yesterday one lady in her thirty came to withdraw money yesterday around 8 pm , she withdrew 6000 and I gave her she left. So today by 6:27pm she came with one man telling me that the money I gave her yesterday was all counterfeit , she brought fake 6000 note to me. I told her that the money I gave her was not counterfeit, they were shouting and ranting telling me to give them another Money I refuse I told them I didn't give them any fake money yesterday.
Since I start this business I have not encounter such before and no one has ever gave me counterfeit before and I know counterfeit very well,
my Neighbor gather , people gather telling them that I don't gave people fake money and I still insist that I will not gave them any money.
So elderly men and women now told me that I should see it as lost for peace to resign that I should gave them the 6000 then I transfer 6000 to them.
Please pos operator be careful this a new trend.
Install mercury fluorescent bulb in your office and encourage your customers to confirm cash given to them with it. Failure to do this, the customer should bear the consequence.
xcelpro: Good day Nairaland. Please how do I recover my money from Union Bank? On 19th April 2022, I went to use their ATM at about 8:10 a.m and I was debited N20k without cash dispense because the machine went off while counting the money due to power failure from the bank's generator house. After 24hrs I went to their branch to lay a compliant and they acknowledged the dispense error and started that it will be reversed after 24hrs which did not happen. I called their customer care line 2 days later and one of their agent told me that it will be reversed after 24hrs and that she has sent It for manual reversal. Despite this I didn't get the reversal.
I again went to the bank last week Friday, 23rd April and the customer service apologized that it must be reversed that day which did not still happen. I chatted them up on Twitter, and they claim that it has been reversed, and after proving that nothing has been reversed they stopped responding to my messages on Twitter. I sent them a mail and they didn't respond till yesterday, where they stated that the issue will be resolve within 48 hours. Nothing has happened yet. I tried calling their their customer service now and I noticed that I can no longer reach them with my two lines, probably they blocked my line.
P.s; I am fully aware that they have breached their obligation in respect to banker-customer relationship and that I would be entitled to damages if I sue them for this. But the truth is, instituting a legal action now would be too expensive for me coupled with the litigation process.
Please what do you suggest I do apart from litigation?
If you are not too busy, go back to the bank and asked to meet either the operation manager or branch manager. Explain what had transpired all these while to either of them and make them understand you are not leaving the bank until the reversal is effected.

Chief Mrs. Christiana Njideka Ezeife, wife of the first Civilian Governor of Anambra State, Dr Chukwuemeka Ezeife is dead, IGBERETV reports.
Anambra State governor, Professor Charles Soludo paid a condolence visit to the Ex-governor. He shared photos from the visit on his Facebook page with the caption;
Dr. Chukwuemeka Ezeife was the first civilian governor of new Anambra State. Chief Jim Nwobodo was the first civilian governor of old Anambra State comprising now Enugu State and Anambra State.
chatinent: 1. Even if your father is the first son, it doesn't mean he'll inherit the whole property of your grandfather if he has brothers. Get it right. I don't know your tribe but I suspect Igbo. Understand that being the first son gives one a privilege to choose first or have the bigger share in property sharing but not taking all. Every male child MUST inherit a share, unless he was disowned. Now, why did your father claim all the property to himself when he had brothers?
2. If the property of your grandfather hasn't been shared rightfully to his sons and your father says he inherited them, it is wrong. I mean, it is very wrong. That's why they are back. And it may be that they've been waiting for this hour to strike...and sadly, you may not get any share...judging from what your father did to them. They are bringing payback in a platter of bronze.
I may be wrong with my conclusion of things if you are not Ibo tho..but..
3. Go ahead and bury your father...that's if you understand the force in what I infer. The dead must be buried, with or without their consent.
Anyways, I am available for thesis and dissertation writing. I submit with a Turnitin report.
The above statement is true in Igbo tradition, and to add to it if your late father had not shared your grand father's property with his siblings prior to his death then it is unfortunate that you will inherit nothing from your grand father property. The reason been according to Igbo tradition, grand children do not partake nor get anything in the sharing of their grand father' property. Only the immediate male children do inherit their father's property. However, if your uncles are kind, they might allow you get what your late father would have inherited had he been alive.
presidency: Last week on this platform, focus was on the fact that adversaries of the Muhammadu Buhari administration were hiding behind the smokescreen of insecurity to vent their spleen.
We stressed that security was everything, and noted that while robustly confronting the monster of insecurity, President Buhari was equally taking giant strides on many other fronts, which the caterwauling crowd deliberately ignores.
Today, let’s dwell on something they have deliberately refused to see, hear, and chose not to talk about. But whether they see it or not, talk about it or ignore, it is there, as conspicuous as a tiger in a tea shop.
A fortnight ago, members of the Fertilizers Producers and Suppliers Association of Nigeria (FEPSAN) visited the President at State House, Abuja. And among others, this information came out from Mr Thomas Etuh, President of the body:
“Mr President, before you created the Presidential Fertilizer Initiative in 2016, Nigeria’s fertilizer production base was almost zero. We had less than 7 companies producing at 100% of their installed capacity. Nigeria’s Urea output was reported at less than 300,000 tons.
“Today, Nigeria can boast of having some 70 NPK blending plants. 95% of this investment is from the private sector. This is a clear sign of the confidence investors have in Mr President’s policies and programs.”
From 7 to 70 blending plants just under Buhari! But why are they not talking about it? Because it doesn’t fit into the narrative they want Nigerians to buy and imbibe. The country is broken under Buhari. It is divided. He has made a poor job of leading the country. That is what the poor salesmen sell.
I hear! When you hate a baby, you claim that the midwife that begat him is a witch. What has that got to do with the innocent tot? Their snouts have been yanked from the honeypot, so they are throwing tantrums. Politicians, so-called civil rights activists, priests, talk show hosts, and many others. All they want is to have the illicit bread back. So they must create the impression that Buhari did nothing.
From 7 to 70. Why are they not talking about it? No, it doesn’t serve their interests, so they would pretend it didn’t happen.
The FEPSAN boss had many other things to say:
“In the past 2 months alone, you officially commissioned the Barbados NPK blending plant in Kaduna and the Dangote Urea plant in Lagos. ..Such an honour in a very short period clearly shows the love you have for us and your desire for FEPSAN to succeed. For many of us, we still cannot believe that a President would honour the invitation of not one, but two of our members within a short period of time. It is such open support that encourages our members to continue investing.”
But they said Nigeria was broken, and that the only thing happening was insecurity. How then did the 63 new blending plants spring up? If the investors didn’t believe in the country, would they invest such humongous resources? Would you put several millions of naira in a polity that could go up in smoke at the next minute? No, you wouldn’t. So, the fact that investors continue to put their funds here belie their narrative that Nigeria was broken, and nothing was working. They lie through their teeth just because of the lust for power, and filthy lucre. They pine and hanker after those days that you did nothing, and government just brought bags of money to you at home. Buhari wouldn’t do that, so they must badmouth him, paint him black, and run him out of town, if possible.
From 7 to 70 fertilizer blending plants in 7 years. Why are they not talking about it? No, they wouldn’t, because they want a return of those days when the country earns billions of dollars from oil, and it is used to oil their pockets. The rich get richer, and the poor gets prison. The new order pains them like mad.
Hear how Etuh described what used to happen in the country: “The low base reflects the adverse impact of historical Government policies that promoted the dumping of all sorts of imported fertilizer blends in Nigeria. Our farmers were forced to use imported fertilizers which in most cases are not compatible with the nutritional needs of our land.
“All this is now past. By the special grace of God...Nigerian farmers will never go back to those dark days.”
A resounding amen, somebody! Whether they acknowledge the good things going on or not, this country won’t return to the rent seeking era, where you sit idly, and because you are a priest, critic, social activist, media personality, politician, or what, they just bring loads of cash to your house to curry favor. Buhari hasn’t done it, he won’t do it, and we shouldn’t do it as a country.
From 7 blending plants to 70 under Buhari. Why are they not talking about it? It doesn’t favor their selfish intentions. It is said that in over 12 years, Nigeria has seen its highest consumption of fertilizers at 1.8 million tons per annum in 2021. But does it interest them? Never! They don’t care, and can’t be bothered.
“Today, many nations who rely on fertilizer imports are facing acute shortages as a result of the events in Eastern Europe. However, Nigeria remains one of the few countries in Africa and indeed the world, where fertilizer availability is not an issue,” Thomas Etuh said.
Truly, President Buhari is a man who saw tomorrow. He focused on agriculture, funded it massively, encouraged people to go back to the land, and we have a lot to be thankful for today.
In the wake of COVID-19 and the attendant global lockdown and food supply challenges, how would 200 million people have survived, if we were not producing what we eat locally, as encouraged by the President? But they won’t talk about it, because it doesn’t fit into their narrative. They only allege that the country is broken, divided, not recognizing that they were the very people breaking and dividing it with their mouths.
Central Bank Governor, Godwin Emefiele, disclosed at the FEPSAN meeting with the President that cumulatively, a total of N114.09 billion has been disbursed to support the fertilizer industry in the last five years. The interventions are long-term loans at concessionary interest rates. That’s what you call putting your money where your mouth is. In the past, such funds would have ended in the pockets of government officials, and in those of some priests, critics, and other jobbers. From 7 to 70 blending plants under Buhari. That’s why they are not talking about it.
Hear this information that came as I was concluding this piece. According to acting Comptroller of the Federal Fire Service, Dr Karebo Samson, in 2015, when Buhari came to office, there were only 3 functioning fire trucks in the country, two in Lagos, one in Abuja. But today, there are 189 brand new fire trucks in the Service, apart from new ambulances, water tankers, etc. Why are they not talking about it? It doesn’t serve their interest in portraying Nigeria as broken and divided.
They live their lives perpetually on the complaint counter. But with the realization of the progress being made by patriotic Nigerians, they will be soused and marooned in that inglorious place for a long time to come. The people are not ready to return to the dark past, whether those tiny but vocal minority talk about the good things happening or not. Forward we move.
*Adesina is Special Adviser to President Buhari on Media and Publicity
7 to 70 fertilizer blending plants in Nigeria, good development at least it creates employment for our citizens. Yet citizens are blind to observe and acknowledge this fit for the fact there is hunger in the land . Despite the increase in fertilizer blending plants, cost of food items are on the increase occasioned by the high rate of inflation and exchange rate. Farmers cannot utilize the produced fertilizers due to insecurity in the land even in the field, cost of moving these items from one point to the other is high because of increase in the price of diesel. In short, Mr. Special Adviser, governance demands holistic approach to problem solving for citizens to appreciate and enjoy government policies and programmes.

No government administration is perfect, to label Jonathan's administration failure is a perfect lie. Nigeria would have been way better off had we voted in GEJ in 2015.
No Local Government Area in the North-East or any other part of Nigeria was under terrorist control before power was handed over to APC government in 2015, that was the reason why elections were successfully conducted and concluded in all the L.G.A nationwide.
1. Atiku is far more educated or exposed than President Buhari. By this, I do not mean the possession of college or educational certificate but having a broader outlook to life. So he would certainly have been less nepotistic and would not have inflicted this level of disunity on us.
2. But he was NOT a nice guy. OBJ made us to know that. He was a crook from his mother's womb:
Just imagine the following:
**In those days when forgery was alien to us in the 1960s, he 'wangled' his way into Police College without the requisite WAEC qualifications. Certificate checks later found him out. He had failed Mathematics, a prerequisite, and was therefore sacked.
**He thereafter went for training as a Sanitary Inspector. He became one but stole a litre of 'Izal' and got sacked.
**Somehow he became a Tax Collector. It was found that with appropriate gratification, he halved the taxes due some people. He got kicked out.
**No record that he ever repeated his WAEC but he got a place in ABU to study for a Diploma in Sharia Law.
**Recruitment Agents wanted some people in the Customs. They found that he was once a Tax Collector and was a student in Police College. Good combination. He got the Customs job. He rose fast.
**One day, while on duty heading a Unit, a beautiful Yoruba girl, Atinuke Titi, had crossed Seme Border to Republic of Benin (then Dahomey) and smuggled in some 'ankara' materials. On her return she was caught by the Customs and dragged to their boss, Atiku. WAO! Atiku loved what he saw. He decided to give the law a human face. He asked his boys what the Customs charges would have been if not smuggled. They computed it and gave him the figure. He paid on her behalf and 3 months later married her as his first wife. Two of a type.
**Atiku continued to rise in the Customs. He was moved to a Unit where it was their duty to open all containers that were imported into Nigeria so as to ascertain the contents before charging appropriate duty. It was a lucrative posting for him. He made friends and money. How? He would for instance open a container and find a car inside that could attract some millions of naira as duty. He would declare that the container contained Panadol tablets that attracted no duty. The owner would share the gain with Atiku. One of the beneficiaries was an Italian. They became good friends via partnership in crime.
**Atiku soon recommended that the job in the Unit was beyond the staffing and that there was need to outsource to a conducting firm to carry out that duty on behalf of the government. The government accepted the recommendation. Very quickly, Atiku and his Italian friend set up INTEL. Yes, the famous/infamous INTEL still doing business with the Federal Government till today.
**Soon Atiku thievery became too much and the Government of IBB decided to sack him. Someone pleaded on his behalf. IBB gave him the option to retire. That's why Atiku got out of Custom as an Assistant Comptroller of Customs.
**He got into politics. We know the rest of how he became the Vice President to OBJ.
**His problem with OBJ was because he had already engaged a marabout who tells him what political moves to make. In spite of having won the governorship of Adamawa State, the marabout told him he would not rule as a governor. Something bigger was coming which he must take because that would lead him to be President of Nigeria. Soon OBJ offered him the position of Presidential running mate in the 1999 Presidential election. The marabout had already told him to accept the position. So he jettisoned the governorship position and ran with OBJ and won.
**His trouble with OBJ started because the marabout told him that he would from that position become a President. He did not care to ask when. So immediately he became the Vice President, he assumed that OBJ would do one term. So he immediately started working on replacing OBJ in 2003. OBJ got to know all about the marabout and then swore that Atiku would never get there.
*Lest we forget, once Atiku became the VP, in 2001, he extended the contract of INTEL for 20 years.
**Atiku was a devout muslim. A Muslim has a right to have up to 4 wives, if he has the means to maintain them. Surely, Atiku has the means. In those years as he struggled to be the State Governor of Adamawa State, it became expedient to expand his connections. So he married Rukaiyatu, the daughter of the Emir of Adamawa as his third wife. He would later add a fourth wife.
**As a Vice President, Atiku met an Igbo lady in NTA who came to interview him. He liked the girl because she was brilliant.
** Atiku expanded his business to the US. He was now collecting money from US businessmen promising to open business opportunities for them in Nigeria. He needed someone to handle the US front. He remembered his Igbo TV girl friend. He pulled her out of the NTA and sent her to handle his US businesses.
**The two did so much muddy business together that they were both later banned from entering the US.
**Atiku continued his struggle to be President. He already had one Yoruba wife and 3 Northern wives. He needed Igbo votes too so as to tell Nigerians that he is a total Nigerian. He needed an Igbo wife for this. But he already had 4 wives. So he sacked the second wife to create a space for the same TV girl who is an Onitsha girl!!!
A rundown of Atiku's wives:
**1971, he had to secretly marry his first wife, Titilayo Atinuke Albert, in Lagos, because her family was initially opposed to the union. She adopted the Muslim name, Amina after their wedding. His children from her include: Fatima, Adamu, Halima and Aminu.
**In 1979, he married Ladi Yakubu as his second wife. He has six children with Ladi: Abba, Atiku, Zainab, Ummi-Hauwa, Maryam and Rukaiyatu.
**In 1983, he married his third wife, Princess Rukaiyatu, daughter of the Lamido of Adamawa, Aliyu Mustafa.
**Abubakar later divorced Ladi, allowing him to marry a fourth wife, his TV girl, Jennifer Iwenjiora Douglas who had to take the Muslim name, Jamila.
However it was Ladi the second wife he divorced not Rukayatu
Altogether, with the 5 wives Atiku had 26 children!!!
Recently, the Igbo wife, Jennifer/Jamila deserted the marriage after Atiku married yet the sixth wife, a Moroccan with whom he now has the 27th child!
There are elements of falsehood in this write up, as at the time Atiku was in the services of Nigerian Customs Service no vehicle pays duty up to fifty thousand Naira. Atiku's face off with his former principal OBJ was due to the OBJ 3rd term agenda which he objected to.
simpleseyi: Yes keh. A lawyer to manage the already dead Economy instead of an Certified Public Account, former Chief Account and Treasurer at ExxonMobile. If it is your personal company, will you employ a Lawyer to manage your finances instead of an Accountant?
A lawyer that is trustworthy and accountable is far better than a qualified accountant that will siphon the the treasury in cause of managing the economy.
In as much as I do not support the said teacher's action, but how come the female student accompanied him to a hotel, alight from the car, majestically walked to the reception and finally end up in one of the hotel rooms where she claimed she was raped if not with her consent. I did not get it, may I need a little clarification here.
I do not know if she is trying to exploit you or not, but I understand that the pre-ejaculation fluid can get a woman pregnant. Therefore, the issue of withdrawal is not a guaranteed guard against pregnancy. However, most she travel to UK? Assuming she is truly pregnant I think the best you can do for her is to set up a good business for her to manage and take care of herself and the baby. Do not allow her come to UK to cause problem in your home, after all you informed her earlier that you are married.

Good day all, I was working in Lagos as expatriate. I am married and she was fully aware at the beginning of the relationship. I had sex with my gf on the 6th day and I pulled out. I told her that month that my contract has been terminated by my company and I have to go back to my country. On 27th day I met her (5 days before leaving the country) and she asked me if I am sure that I pulled out on time when we had sex last time and I told her yes and she told me that she is asking the question because she has not seen her period. When I left the country 2 weeks later I chatted her and I asked if she is doing well. She told me that she is not fine. I asked "why ?" And she told me that she is pregnant. I was very surprised and I called her. That day she told me that she was just joking with me she is not pregrant and we talked about everything. Last week she told me that she is pregnant. She shared with me a test results on a paper where the date of the pregnancy perfectly matches with the date we had sex. She told me that if her family is aware of the situation they will disowned her and she immediately shared with me some requirements to apply for a job in UK where 2 million NGN are required and she asked me for support. She also deleted the image of the tests results. When I asked her to share with me she told me that she does not want me to be in trouble if my wife see that document in my phone. I insisted to get a copy and I told her that she can be assured I will not keep it in my phone. She shared back the document after cropped the letterhead. I insisted to get the full copy and she sent another one after striketrhoughed on her name. I told her that I don't think in Nigeria the only option available for a woman who gets pregnant is to travel to UK even if her family will disown her. I understand that the situation is not comfortable but there could be other options. Even this process to go to UK can be unsuccessful, and if it is the case, this amount of money would have been lost. I am not from Nigeria and this story seems suspicious to me. I am currently abroad, there is no way I can verify what she is telling me. I don't also want to open it some of my friends there. To be honest, I never planned after I left the country to cut communication with her or to support her. But I prefer to support her whenever I have the opportunity to do. I don't know now if this story about the pregnancy is true or not. If you have any experience in this kind of situation please share with me. Any advice is also welcome. Please don't judge me.
Solofresh2: Hello Nairalanders, there is something bothering me I would like to share here. There is this lady have been dating since last year.Though,I have known her for long before we started dating and I never knew she had a child. I loved her so much. I found out last week that she had a child (a girl) who is not staying with her.The child stays with her sister in Canada.I got to know all this when i went to her apartment to see her.She was making a call with the sister but unknown to her,i met the door open so I heard her conversation on the phone asking about her daughter. Then I challenged her but she denied.I later checked on her close friend, though, they are not in good terms at the moment and she reveal to me that she has a daughter after I bribed my way in her.She even showed me a picture of the girl on her phone. I collected the pics and challenged her with it and she was shocked. I thought she was a very decent person because of her good behavior. She started crying, telling me she was afraid I will break up with her.She has been calling me since last week but I refused to pick her calls. She came to see me over the weekend,I told her I don't want to see her.Even a non Nigerian number called,I pick and learnt it was her sister. She apologized but I don't feel interested. Am confused what should I do
What she did is not good but not unpardonable. If you really love her use this opportunity to sit her down and let her tell you all you need to know about her which she is hiding from you. Never ever use whatever she will disclose to you to speak or act against her, she will respect you for that.
