It all depends on your taste for finishing and decorations.if you want a standard and quality materials that 50m will not be enough...the following factors actually determine how the money will be dispense 1. Go for material that are not too expensive but has durability confidence, example for doors instead of going for high yield steel or aluminum door go for well finished wooden doors, also instead of going for marble tiles go for ceramic tile will nice design,instead of going for conduit electrification laying, transverse you cabling internally in the ceiling and walls.,for the roofing minimize the taper angle and height of the kings pole,you can even settle for flat roofing ,so many ways to reduce cost. 3.avoid giving your project to bricklayer handle ,you will end of spending unforseen expenses trust me...I have handle so many projects that was initially handled by those bricklayer,some out of pity to the client I prefer solution without complete alterations to the already done project... imagine a client call for urgent help on his already built house due to excessive water sipage from the foundation,,the foundation was so bad that differential settlement of the build load( weight ) casing crack on the walls.definite such project need total reconstruction but client are are always sober because of the double expenses. This one is not land slide nah OP,tell your governor to always engage good contractor for any project...a good contractor and engineer knows what to do in an erosion prone terrain...is a simple logic, south east terrain is actually up of poor resistance laterite, so any project that need to be executed in that region the top soil as to be removed totally before good resistance sandfill is made but no,they will engage contractor that will do a shaddy job maybe because before the contract is issued they would have cut and cut the contract sum to the point the contractor will not see any money if he is to do a good job..that pics show the road is not properly designed,no good compacting, no good drainage system... 1 Like |

Military high command should endeavor to put an end to the way this small small recruit soldiers maltreat civilians.. why wouldn't they beat soldier when a yahoo boys will go hire small small soldiers just to maltreat and embarrass civilians like them. The solution you seeks could be classified into two. 1..short term measures 2.. long term measures For what we need now is actually both a bit of short term measures and a bit of long term measures. The short term measures include but not limited to ensuring the right policy that regulate the distribution of FX within the country... Those in actual need of FX should be the one to seek for FX not the one they are issuing FX to their colony who will now hoard it for selfish exploitation.. FX requirements should be process by CBN only. If you need FX your application should to pass through the CBN desk so this will regulate the actual FX going out and coming in...( You might want to say what about the commercial banks and BDC on Street, yes in situation of emergency like this if they can't regulate their activities sincerely then the bulk of the load should be on CBN... Example. If I need FX., I apply through my bank my bank verify my application and forward it to CBN agency that will regulate FX inflow and outflow.. once they verify the application you secure your request with evidence for the needs. All this process look easier if only the country has a good database but alas 9ja na scam where our leaders deliberately make things not to work so they can be able to steal . With good database , there are algorithms that will arrays your request withing 5minute , it will verify and apply for your FX. Because if for example I need FX for business there will definitely be record of payment requirements that record is just what CBN need to verify if truly the FX is needed then they will apply it . Then they will communicate my commercial bank to issue the require FX to me on a spot. This will eliminate hoarding of FX, it will also eliminate the exploitation where CBN issue FX at normal rate only for bank to sell it a higher rate just to exploit the mass.. 2. There are some transaction that actually dnt ned fx but people or business request for the FX equivalent. Example if Nigeria and Ghana have a bilateral agreement on FX trade. While will I pay for goods in Ghana in dollar instead of Ghana cedis. The same measure too will be done in Ghana. I trade in Ghana cedis for transactions between Ghana and Nigeria likewise other countries that the country has bilateral trade agreements. This will reduce pressure on a particular FX. Such as dollars and other hard currency. 3.proper investigation to organization, schools billing in FX with the shore of the country, why will a school in Nigeria be billing student in dollar of other FX. These are what put so much pressure on FX... For the long term measures 1. The country should endeavor to increase her export trade by depending less on foreign goods. Create an enabling ground for local production. If there is ned idea for a production incentive and sponsorship should be available. Example if I m producing wine, and my country find it productive they should be able to sponsor the product outside the shore of the country.. the country only help in marketing the product by using the bilateral agreement between country to market my product. This come as a grant to my company I produced , then my country creat enabling ground for market outside the country... In return I bring the FX to my country and convert it for my country as reserve. I get my naira equivalent then my country get the FX in return. If 2 or more country is giving that privilege fx will be surplus and reserve will be high too. But our leaders only know how to render that benefit to other country but they can't demand for same benefit for her citizens... |

Well , I think a proper investigation should be carryout before any act of labelling as criminals. Cos I dnt trust this gender with hole in between there legs.... If you see where girls they rope man you will think all she is accusing the man is true.... I have actually witness where 2 runs girls boarded a cab , only for them refusing to pay the driver just because the driver didn't dropped them where they asked him to drop them( by normal sense where they wanted to dropped was very bad for parking as if the driver should park his vehicle could get damaged due to the area).instead they start abusing, insulting the driver. One of the girl even take picture of the driver and say he will post his face on Twitter and tag him rapist and kidnapper.i was so astonishing by the way they were even insulting the young driver even though they were the one at faults... The driver didn't see his money from them and I m very sure the stupid girl would have posted the driver pictures too and tag him as she say she will on Twitter.... Imagine people now seeing that man pics they will conclude the girls are victims were as nah stupid and mad girls they at fault... High roof top is actually an artistic purpose more, but there are some benefits too. 1. If properly design with all features in place, it helps in cooling the lower living space. A high roof with proper vent will definitely cool the room, because there is enough space to contain the hot air in the space., but if improper vent is not put in place it actually heat up the living space below. Most country with low extreme temp, usually use this design to hold up the heat during the day, some even create a living space within the roof space just to get some warmth. 2. Water run off on such high roof is good , because it prevent water sipping through weak point or dent in the roof. That is why flat roof are really prone to leakage easily so the more the roof slope the better it run off water due to free fall under gravity . 3. It has more stability than any other form of roofing, yes that very true. The higher the roof top the more is difficult for such roof to be blown off by wind or hurricane if well designed. This is because the air from above the surface during wind turbulence will be more and it will counter the air flow below the roof round the building .This type of roof design is actually meant for low high buildings course the roof serve as wind breaker, reason why it also helps in cooling. Because all wind directed at it,hit on the surface of the roof. So the more the surface the more the wind, so if the vent are in place more airflow will cool the surface of the living space. ( Note some design even direct the vent air flow back into the living space below the ceiling for heating and cooling the room instead of using burning fuel to heat the room, the heat gather in the roof during the day is allow to flow through the vent into the room .) But such design are only meant for country with extreme low temp.. So high top roof actually have important apart from it artistic view or beautification. The disadvantages may include, 1. Required more materials to use up for a limited budget individual, the number of materials both the wood lengths and the roofing sheet is more compare to just moderate or flat roof 2. Excessive dead weight on the building, yes the number of truss that will linked up to complete the structure will add more weight the block work below |
