Let us be guided my fellow Nigerians, not everyone who is die hard of a particular politician is really in support of the politician. The rate of poverty sometimes actually makes people to choose a choice them know is wrong. All these celebrity supporting a candidate will never tell you they have collected money for the candidate praises. They will only come out to convince their follower because that is what they have been paid to do. I only pity the fools that support the wrong candidate blindly because someone convince them to support the candidate.. the question we ought to ask this people is how much are they paid or what benefit or promise are they given .this one that comes out naked now might have pocketed millions as rewards where as his foolish follower will be following their words blindly. At the end when the heat of their choice or decision start coming they will be silent cos they dnt have the gut to judge.. in 2015 election all the celebrity that trooped out to campaign for Apc in lagos street where are they now. Jide kosoko and co, where are they now. This idiot very soon after he spent the money they paid him will also go mute. And we will suffer it together . |

Wrong Policy at wrong time.... The phenomenon happening in Northern part of the country will spread soonest. The best and easiest time to learn is when you are still young. If your mother tongue and host community language is being spoken at home what is the essence of taking it to school?. This so call policy makers are taking their children abroad for better learning but they are planning and making policy that will crumble the masses children so they will not be able to compete with their children that have study abroad. Imagine a mathematics teacher teaching a class with Igbo language only for the student to now go outside the country for competition and the level ground is English, how will the student Excel. Or you are teaching an English subject using hausa, how will the students familiarize themselves with what you are teaching them . That policy can only work well in a country that is self reliance (technological wise, innovation, academically) .if you are copying India, a lot of academical books are written in their native language so they have the innovation and technology already... Maybe they should first start by making sure Instructional materials are ready and available before making such policy otherwise they are only making students lazy more. Now that most graduate can hardly write or speak correctly written sentence without error. Imagine what it will now become in few years to come when this policy would have done so much damages This policy will only be good if the instructional materials are also available in all mother tongues. So there wouldn't be need to read with language A and learn with language B. Do we have any mathematics or chemistry or physics text book written in any Nigerian mother tongues yet so why passing such policy. Is only in Nigeria we make silly policy without doing the necessary steps first, all this country we intend to copy have this text written in their langues so English language is just an alternative to them but us here in Nigeria, English language is not an alternative is a compulsory because a lot is written in english 1 Like |

But fact be told, why do they accept to host the world tournament when they know different people from all works of life we come either as tourist or athletes. They should demarcate a region where such alcohol will be tolerated and accepted . That is the norms. Assuming an athletes who is addicted to taking alcohol should come for the tournament they would have succeeded in killing such athletes emotionally. I blame FIFA for any event of harassment or detention on any tourist or athletes. Because the safety of everyone attending the tournament should be their number one priority... Maybe they should only be considering this kind of when world tournament for religious game is to be hosted not something like secular tournament. |

In a normal situation the security of all athletes participating in the world cup should be the priorities of the Qatar government. Also fans and tourists coming , so Qatar government will likely relax all there stricken laws( no drinking alcoholic, etc).so there is nothing to fear about but alas the people of religion of piece don't know and respect all this . They may want to use the opportunity to make some crazy fuss maybe that is why Israeli government are alerting their citizen going for the world cup either as athletes or tourist to watch their back. Russia and Ukraine war is a war puttin must never loose otherwise, anything that make puttin loose the war and NATO agree to accept Ukraine as NATO member. That will be the end of Ukraine intimidation by Russia. Puttin know this so well, so he is going to used every thing he got to make sure Ukraine never join NATO. Cos that is the only reason USA can come in directly to join in fighting the war. And they know the outcome if USA comes in. I want ask , so if USA or UK want to blow up Russia so you mean the so called 'dead hand' will not explode too. Abi which one be the hipe about dead hand.... Russia know that USA are only afraid of losing the power of their currency and economy. Apart from that all Russia words is just a blurf as usual. I remember a technique of making people you perceived as threat to be wary of you is to behave as if you are dangerous.. knowing fully well they might not attack you because of other reason apart from your technique. The body language of USA doesn't show they are afraid of Russia attacks or weapon, but they prefer it occur in situations that it will have less impact on their economy and their currency. If you read the history of world war II, that was the technique USA used in achieving world dominance when other European countries are busy fighting war USA didn't involve in the war instead they were busy exporting and strengthen their economy and current. To the extend they brought the rule to trade with any country in dollar alone.so they wouldn't want any other country to use same trick on them.USA will never go into war directly with any country except they are trigger to do so either by massive attack on America soil. So let Russia make that move So all of you thinking USA is afraid of Russia weapon or threats is wrong. China is waiting for the opportunity for USA to go into war so they can dominate the world economy and also for their currency to accept general acceptance. USA never mentioned their latest missile . I know some block head  might not know the implications of double exchange rate....Let me analyse it a bit CBN has a lower exchange late of 400+ to 1 dollar, while aboki( the normal BDC guy on your street) has an exchange rate of 1000 to 1 dollar. Now the issue is the selfish mindset of our people in corridor of power. They channel the scarce forex( dollars) in the banks, ( CBN) by going to the bank to request for dollar at a very low rate because they have the connection to get it., They will now channel it to Bureau De change guy on street and exchange at a very highly rate...., Some will even hoard the dollars they collected at very low rate to create scarcity. So if CBN should stop the dual exchange rate. There wouldn't tbe any need for any BDC(aboki) going to correct dollars from bank and hoard or now exchange at high rate. Cos it will be the same rate. But alas nah 9ja we dey, CBN cant denied they dnt know what is going on with Thier evil and corrupt policy of double exchange rate because they benefit from the evil policy. I just keep on asking myself if there any business aboki man will do that he will prosper without preferencial treatment or policy... Very easy for aboki to collect dollar from bank than a normal southerner or easterners that actually needed the forex for either to travel or business purposes, where as Aboki only collect the dollar for hoarding purpose or to exchange at higher price. 3 Likes |

All the comments above didn't hit the right words, FORCEFUL MARRIAGE!... this woman might have been married away forcefully to the man. Because you can't love someone and decided to settle with him or her, and you will be hating what you decided initially. Many of such women are still out there in the North. The only reason some of them are quite or peaceful is the fear of the man or what the society with hold on them. There are some project that state government decision can't just stand alone, 1. International airport 2.sea port 3.international loan 4.university( yes for a state to establish an accredited institution no be beans) 5. Dam or power generating plant Etc. So when you see this project taking place in any region the federal government must give their consent otherwise no matter the investor you bring they can't do nothing. And note any investor will not accept naira for carrying out their project in any region , so the federal government policy can also kill the project even before the project start.. That is why , both southwest and north know the potential south East has if given a level ground to play., South West are only benefit from the Nigeria northern policy because north know if they keep the two region as enemy (south West and south east) this country will collapse . |

I will loved to give OBI a try , not because he has a good record or all that . Let us be factual with our self , any governor that can lead any south East state with visible improvement should be applause. Because that region is the only region that federal government (but Agency and ministry) never give their support to. Check the human capital growth index of south East,it has the highest human capital growth rate, that is the real growth Nigeria actually needed , is only south East that such growth is high but the federal government support is what is really lacking from that region. If the support previous government and present federal government are putting in Lagos is been channel to a state in south East then that will be a good level to compare. For example, 1.Port in south East are deliberately abadon just to hamper the economy of south east states 2 Airport too thesame things , imagine a state government sponsored international airport and yet it has not been license, that shows the level of set back that region is facing . So we shouldn't compare it with any other region. Most especially Lagos that has all the attention of the federal government.. Any federal government project that doesn't go to Abuja or any other northern state will eventually end up in Lagos. |

My advice will be for you to tell him to convince his mother again, maybe he should do more in term of responsibility to his daughter by increasing the tips or care taking stuff. Let his mother help you out in this situation. I believe no matter what, if he talk to his mother , his mother will rethink and take care of his child for him. Maybe he stopped sending the poor woman upbring for his daughter that is why his mother return the child otherwise no mother will act that way if the son do his responsibility very well by send money, visit, and other stuff the child need. Pls dnt abadon your marriage because of a the innocent girl, she might actually be a point of blessing to you. |

Well that is really commendable of the designer but the observable flaws now is over heating of the generator and also poor combustion of the fuel due to low oxygen level when enclosed. That is actually why Mikano generator can't be 100% sound proof. The generator need good circulation of oxygen for combustion, also air flow helps in cooling the generator hence avoiding over heating. Except maybe their is provision for air circulation and cooling, also the exhaust for fume too . I believe for someone to have come up with this brilliant idea, he might have put into consideration of those factors. A good job I must say Nigeria need more of this, not all the useless yahoo stuff on the street now .kudos to the inventor abeg  |

I only laugh cos this is a well orschetrated plan. I have always say this Aboki plan are always obvious to the most dumb person but instead of southern part of this country to act before is too late they will just keep quiet or they will be fighting each other. North actually want power to remain with then come 2023, they are planning 2 moves First move they want a weak southern president they can control that will do their bidding. Second move is to prospone the election so that election will not hold come 2023, so that civil unrest can actually take place so military will take over The first move is set, is the second move they are putting in motion. I pity average southerners that think because he a Muslim so the affliction will not get to him or her. When the time come I m sure it would be too late to correct their believe cos average fulani do not respect any other tribe except his. So let make it right when it is still easy to be corrected . They have the very means to fly out of the country at the last minutes if things fall out of place. What will happen to you and I, that don't have dual citizenship or can't even afford to jet out the country at the die minutes.
