I have had an opportunity of meeting Osinbanjo’s security details at Abuja airport at one point when they were flying to Lagos. They were well composed and you won’t even notice they were carrying such munitions on them.

They would submit all their security apparatus to a section of the airline and airport security handling such things well packaged, labeled and secured and those security apparatus would be handed over to the rightful person, upon landing.

Someone not well on a plane can snatch Yerima’s service pistol and cause havoc. He too is not even to be trusted because his intention is not known. More so, there could be an accidental discharge either on ground or in the sky which could cause serious or fatal damage.
