So, why sanctioning only Russia, and portray Ukraine as Saint? If you claim Ukrainians are defending her mother's land, so do you expect Russians to be looking like mumu? They should sanctions both countries.

When u see an adult fighting with a much younger person, who will you be against? the adult has all what it takes to end the fight but he keep demonstrating his strength to show he is stronger. in that case if u were to sanction any of them who will u sanction? even if the younger person is the cause of the fight. So I saw a thread that hit front page about ways of getting new jobs and I remembered this my personal experience and decided to share


I remembered applying for work at the federal Inland Revenue service here in Abuja, immediately after my service by the way i studied economics , so names was shortlisted for interview, we wrote the test and out of 15,000 candidates, though exams was scheduled separate days because of number of applicants , 50 was successfull and was short listed boom I checked and my name was number 18, my joy knew no bound, I didn't tell anyone as I wanted to take my people by surprise including my parents and siblings.
after that interview, they invited us for an oral interview.

I attended the interview and after the interview, 35 name was successful, I checked boom my name was number 12 on the list,
After the interview, we where all given breakdown of how the salary was like, omo, I see money tears dropped from my eyes, I was anticipating how to renovate my family house after working like for 6 months and changing my parents car as it was well deserved,

After the interview we where waiting for a mail to confirm our employment letter and posting, after waiting for 2 weeks no news, I went to the headquarters were we did our interview and was reliably informed that new recruit had resume work since, I made further inquiry and I was made to understand that the final interview was done on Sunday, and our names were replaced with people that lobbied,
I shouted, on Sunday, ?? Government work?? And we where never informed and
minimum of 7million naira was used to swap our names with the people that paid.

I find cry, I no see, I was depressed for almost 2 months, my babe will come and see me emantiating by the day as I refuse to eat, this girl will come to my house and cry from Morning till night begging me to eat, chai true love they shaa, love really shark her that year, but I bounced back to my feet and moved on.
And thank God, I am doing well for myself, and I pray that the Lord continues to shower me and everyone that refuse to give up blessings in abundance.

Most times when you see people contemplating suicide on the media, don't use it as a joke, encourage them not to commit suicide if u must comment, because most people vent their frustrations on the media waiting for validation, and believe me they do take anything said to them to heart 100%, unlike other people out there, I never contemplated suicide because I know I have got a thick skin and can survive the street, one of the advantages of being street smart, e never get wetin eye never see, so trolling and name calling and shaming on the internet don't move people like me, learn how to develop a thick skin in every situation like this. Most importantly don't ever wait for media validation in your personal life, what the media says don't mean nothing and won't affect you in anyway, know this and know peace

I hope someone learnt one or two things from my story.

If he has such money why will he be struggling space with you? or why don't he go look for a lucrative business to do than to lobby you out of your opportunity? don't worry, keep pressing better opportunity will show for you

I won't bother you guys much. I married my woman last year June during the lockdown. Things were rosy for us as a young couple till we brought in a girl of 15 years from my wife's family to stay with us in order to help my wife with house chores and other things during the time she is heavily pregnant.

Mind you, from day one I have been dating my wife, this girl has been on my neck, telling me how she will come stay with me in Lagos if I get married to her sister. That would be my greatest undoing as I grudgingly obliged after many persuasion from her Mother as well. After my marriage, she came over to Lagos to join us.

Now, she is very useless to me. She will go to school from 7am to 5pm. After coming back from school, she will take another excuse to go for evening church and come back by 8pm. No help in doing house chores. COOKING, she no sabi.. My turn off about her now is that she can eat for Africa. The little provision I manage stock at home don't go anywhere now.

The last straw that break the camel back is that she always steals my babies food, like milk, biscuits etc.

My wife is in dicey situation because she once lived with the girl's mother for like 15 years back then, and such can't just pursue her away like plague.

Right now I am fighting the urge and anger to mess her up. I have advised her on numerous occasions but it seems she can not learn easily except with hard handling. Everything bad about human traits, she has it; Lies, false swearing and the likes.

Mature minded people in the house, if you are in my shoes, what would you do?

I won't bore you all with a long write up.

I'm ready to settle down, actually I needed to settle down like yesterday. Problem is, I don't make friends easily and hooking up is even tougher. I don't trust easily.

So I'm talking with this girl that checks all my boxes ( quite a rare feat for my high expectations), but for one thing...she is evidently a choleric. I know because I'm one myself.

The hot temper, impetuousness, some bossy-ness, independent mindedness, low empathy, high ambition...all those tell tale choleric features give it away.

Now I know cholerics are advised to get their opposites say phlegmatic for relationship purposes, but I want to ask the house: can I a hot tempered man cope with a hot tempered woman?
Any people with experience on this here?
Can both of us with low empathy really be compatible?

The adverse statistics coming out of marriage these days scares the sh..t out of me. I don't want any of it.

Should I drop this girl? Or can it work?

If I could advice you brother, Cholerics hardly go well together. I know of couples who are cholerics. their home is a war zone. they all prove dominant and though. no one is ready to summit to another. Romance become 5% in the marriage. What help them is the fact that the woman is born again. when she got to know they both shared the same temperamental threat, she decide to work on herself but she later felt into serious depression. you need either a phlegmatic or sanquine for a good blend.

wrong place to seek for advice in the first place. what do you expect those who don't understand what it means to be save and building a home on a strong spiritual foundation advice? you don't marry out of physical attraction. basic checks before decision are 1. spiritual checks 2. emotional checks, 3. mental maturity 4 financial checks. most time this last point may not necessarily count. but the first and second most be give good attention. the third can be built on.

also, don't be driven by pity or sentiment. take the right decision now so you don't live to regret for the rest of your life. I have a friend who spent over #200,000 to do introduction but when he later realised he was making a wrong choice, he stopped the marriage process. today he's so happy with the decision he eventually took. Don't be afraid, God will never disappoint you.
