No matter your stance, it won't change the fact that Igbos have more basketball players in the NBA and other basketball leagues than any other Nigerian ethnic group, just like Yorubas have more boxers and martial arts fighters in the UFC and other martial arts leagues in the world more than any Nigerian tribe. This is what we term "domination."

There are no Yorubas in Delta or Niger Delta as a whole, stop encroaching into another man's land. Yoruba begins in Lagos and stops at a very small part of Kwara State. As for Ibos, though their Biafra is dead on arrival, I don't see the Aniomas or Delta-Igbos going with any other break away republic than the homogenous Igbo one. Even the clownish Ndoki people in my state will want to go with the Ibos as they have been agitating to be carved back into Abia State. As for the six Niger Deltan States, we are going to form Niger Delta Republic, which will be the most successful of all!!

Why are people so ignorant and deceptive. Ogbaland is never Igbo. But has their ancestors from benin. Someone just edited this oga history on wikipedia 20hours ago to support his claim of Ogbaland being benin. Truly Igbos are dubious.

That page has been like that for decades. The reason why people see Ogba people as Igbos is because before the 80's they fully identified as Igbos.

What is special here? We have many of this in Rivers State.

Ikwerres are not ibos, they don't even speak ibo and most don't even understand ibo, when you want to talk about ibos in Rivers State you talk about the Opobos, Omuma, Etche, Bonny, ndoki and co, these ones speak and understand ibo, they have ibo lineage.

Many Ikwerres like me can speak Igbo(Isoma) because most of our matrilineal lineage were of the Igbo stock. Most of our grandparents married Igbos, but we are not Igbos!

Rivers State is far relevant than any state in the South.
