There's a general form for affidavit just go to any high court. You will sit and dictate to the registrar .they type the details on the Court form and register it. Pay 500 bx and that's it.

project/department - (company B)
then you have them write the duties you do in company B.
In any event, your pay slips will be from company A so that's the company you should use.

I realised just how great we are by the very straightforward online transcript request unn provided. It took a few hours for them to notify me that my transcript was found and ready to be sent through...in about 1 week, my transcript was in alberta with IQAS .
They even attached the iqas form and all I uploaded . Very helpful...when they said transcript, I started thinking of how to start going to enugu but that was unnecessary.

10yrs after graduation unn is still making me proud�

Hi All, this thread has really helped me. I'm currently in ip2 since Feb 27th ie after the "glitch" AOR is 30th January and meds passed on 12th Feb. Is it ok to start contacting IRCC as I know ip2 shouldn't last this long before PPR. I don't even know my visa office as I sent a mail requesting same but got a generic response that all such enquiries should be on the Web form on the site. I went there and that's a long thing.
I know people have successfully gotten response from IRCC for their visa office, status of application, GSM notes, CSE. Please what's the procedure? Many thanks
