I had that waist and general body pains when I was in this ur week, I blamed my mattress then, but I donot think it is, becos I still use same mattress and free from body pains for weeks now. Don't worry this phase will pass too. However sleep anywhere you feel comfortable.

Thanks a lot for ur kind wishes. I hv confident in Him that has seen me thru till now, will perfect my joy. I tried ysterday night to sleep more on my left even when not comfortable...motherhood..God dey! The goodnews is that the movement is good.

Apart from the count issue, he also has motility issue. That means among the 10mil, its only 15% that are active. Don't want to cause a scare for u,but its gud to know what d problem is, so u hv a gOod game plan. that doc is not telling the truth. What fertility Vitamin did he recommend?
Let ur dh make a life style change as favoredgal said as well as take gud fertlity vitamins. Many pple recommen fertilaid.

My BP and other vitals came back normal. He noticed when he used that samll equipement, I think its called doppler or what to listen and it was high.monitoring on d ECG came back normal, he said could be because l laid on my back while he was first checking, he asked I lay on left side too, same high result, hence urgent transfer to ECG which came back normal.

Thank you prettimo for sharing ur experience, I will watch d movement.

Back from my appt now. After normal doc's check, he said the baby's heartrate was high. Could be as a result of laying face up or that d baby is distressed, asked if baby's movement is normal, I said yes. He recommended immediatel monitoring on d ECG machine, I was on d machine for 2hrs while they took note, at the end everything turned out normal. I give God the glory because I was really scared. Meanwhile was adviced to sleep more on d left and report if I notice any difference in movement.

Has nobody had similar experience before?

thanks for that contribution on baby movement...l was actually getting confused with the upper movement, thought also like Swit ayi that the movement should be at the abdomen at this time. The baby is actually pushing out my br.east in the name of movement .

hmmmm for this double br.east size after birth ooo, yes l expect it to increase but not double abegi..i already gather

What's your doctor saying? At what week do they do induction if the baby refuses to come? For the kicks somethings l feel it at the ribs but mostly ontop of my belle these days, as if pushing up to my br.east side. You will soon share your success story anyway hang in a bit!

me and you na dey same oo.. nothing changed in my body, only my big belle u go see. so have ur br.east increased now?

i will start from Nov 18th. I have a church annual conference starting 17th - 24th, no need to go back to work after the program. I have three week annual leave outstanding... will take it after it, my mat leave will start counting. I trust God to deliver before the end of the three weeks annual leave.

l dont even believe all the theories on PCV again. With the iron supplement, ugu etc, mine was still down to 28% at 31weeks. doc increased to 3 iron tablets daily now, will redo the test this friday... l dont taya for am jare, l know for sure l will have my baby without any blood transfusion. i think its only when its about 20% that it will be a very big concern.

my sister l wont disappear ooo, am too attached to ttc thread and NL as a whole. Have been on NL since 2006, all my colleagues in office know me and NL, l hardly go a day without opening NL, l may not comment if busy shaa. Its long l heard from them offline, heard from Mstia few weeks back shaa.

God will perfect the good work He started in our lives. I woke up yesterday with blister in my mouth...noticed also that l run temperature at nights..will be seeing my doc this Friday, from then on my appt will be weekly I guess. I cant wait to hear "madam congratulation..its a baby...

Recently l was recounting how much l may have saved from drug purchases and tests... God is faithful and He will also show His faithfulness to all our sisters still ttc. This is an experience every woman desiring it should have.

Doctors supposed to, but unfortunately they dont tell the kind of cycst, of course they will say the sieze. I have severally been told l had cycst and never told the type only told of the size. Mine has always turned out to be functional cycst that disappears on its own.

My colleague bought at healthplus Lekki shprite. Same price prettyrose posted. She bought last wk I trust they wl still hv available, I don't hv their no handy but can post it tomorow, its in my office.

She may not be able to know the kind of cycst.even most experienced ttcers cant differentiate. How best to differentiate is if has been there for long or she just noticed. If she just noticed, possibility of functional cycst and also at what time of d cycle was d scan done, this wl help to differentiate too.

Whatever, honiepie recommended acv+bsm for cyst and fibroid.

Eyaa my sister, no worry we are almost there. I think ur baby's head is engaging well. I feel d pains onces in a while when I walk. The baby movement these days is don't tell anybody!

thanks ooo. no be say l wan make the thing increase..but l already have enough ..wear 36D, but am like hey this thing suppose increase as my colleagues who just put to bed and of course what l read online. as far as e no go bi stingy am good with the size..else make the thing increase ooo because l wan my LO enjoy well well.

on a serious note, am suspecting my br.easts of likely going to be stingy with milk ooo . since conception, i expect my br.east to increase in size and or look firmer and full. Till now nothing nothing... its still same size and shape it was before conception. the only difference is the ni.pples that are pointed and areola that are darker in colour. Infact it even seem smaller than before if l should say that. I expected to use bigger bra by now...my old bras fit as usual.

pls share your br.east experience oo.. will this affect milk supply?

My sis we dey together for d sleeping position stuff ooo, infact na 4 pillows l dey use, can't describe how l place them, that style has been helpful, keep trying u wl get a position that works well for u. Yes o God will answer us, I hv decided to let him hv his way, but l know His way will be in our favour.

If u do progesterone, resul comes out after abt 5days. See ur doc pls, l prefer shots to passteries...unless u use them thru d back door.

Please dont. there is no need for it when all is ok. I was offered by my doc in this pregnancy but l rejected it because my levels were fine.

she is not taking anything oo, l just dey talk as if na my problem, if not for the spotting she wont have stood up to the doc to give her the shot. l even offered her my leftover cyclogest but she was relunctant..so didnt want to push it because should anything happens since he is not very literate on ttc matters she may blame me. l kuku dey mind my business small small, but gave a force when the spotting started.

Thanks for your good wishes. As already answered... you can take passaries e.g cyclogest without going for a shot. l dont expect a good doc to say no when its apparently necessary.

no vex. Hospitals have been mentioned it all depends on your pocket. Though l use reddington on HMO, but when l did some real fertility runs.. l was introduced to one consultant gynea for Island maternity and Ayinke general hosp ikeja. He has a private consulting outfit at 15 little street, sabo yaba.. Dr Umeh. He is good and pocket friendly. you registered with N1,000, but pay N500 everyday you go to see him...learnt is now N1,000 everyday u see him. He takes you step by step, you run and pay for all ur tests and drugs. Most times he recommends Union Diagnostic centre yaba for the tests. I didnt get BFP with him but never regretted using him. Make sure you go with your DH because he will ask you to bring him if you decide for him.

Another gynea is Dr. Ohanyi of Yaba Military Hospital. Also has a private hospital...a friend that used him said, his consultancy fee is N25,000 then you pay for your drugs and test. I never used him but two of my friends used him, one cannot do without him. Learnt he loves money shaa.
