D preggie pillow wl be gud if can be seen in naija. As per d dream, mine just stopped and all d dreams revolve around d pregancy. Me think it our imaginatuons in d day that plays off at night.

I once reported myself to hosp in my 2nd trimester because of no movement. D doc used doppler to listen to d hear. The baby was there enjoying. Its alwayts gud to reconfirm from doc when in doubt of their safety. Now what l do if l feel no movement is to gently shake or rub my tummy, and immediately I will notice movement.

I wake up sometimes to find myself lying on my back in my 2nd trimester; mostimes my hubby is d one to notice and wake me to sleep well. Now l use pillow to wedge myself from rolling over. I don't think its bad if its oncee in a while and for short while. Even now I purposely lie on my back just to stretch bodi sometimes. But don't over do it. They say know to it bcus it wl make u dizzy and more dangerously reduce blood supply to baby.

That means infection as prettrose said, as soon as d infection is cleared it will dry up. Either u go as prettyrose advised or do HVS and urine test which wl tell d exact infection as well tell d antibiotics to use for it.

How e dey do una? Its hard to fine a comfy position to sleep now oo. Sleeping by d sides are most times no no now, cuz d baby will be making shiko shiko movement as if am pressing on d head. Do we really press on them if we ignore d movement and keep lying in that same position? Sitting up to sleep is not comfortable at all for me, but I guess gud for d baby. My hubby now calls me 'Only me' cuz I grab all d 4 pillows to myself and take 3/4 bed space. Its well, thank God for d experience, may everbdy that desire it hv it IJN

Its perfectly normal. I experienced it even sometimes now, especially when am bloated. I think cuz we hv more gas in our system, those extra gas needs to go out anyhow.

Pls I hv a friend who doesn't seen her period for more than five yrs without being on medication. Docs hv tried various things to no avail. All her medical results are good, only no ovulation and period. She has tried dong quai and vitex without result. According to her it started after an abortion before marriage. Pls do u know what she can take.

Me i fear oo when i heard d 72k, thank God we hv cheaper brands. Thanks to all that contributed. Done with 90percent of baby shopping, dont want to go to Balogun again. Will check Chicco Center around me, i pray their brand is as cheap as 11k, Chicco products are good too. Actually bought their toliteries for my baby.

Taking hot water or preferably taking fresh ginger infusion. It helps to also cleanse ur system and reduces clotting incase u clot.

I trust God to see ur wife thru, but i personally dont like d idea of cyclogest. Its given in d case of low progesterone and thats not d case here. In most cases cyclogest irritates the cervix, so l dont buy in this idea. L think stitching and repeating d infection test wl be d best option for now and of course d placenta previa someone mentioned else and finally crossing our fingers for d best!

You wl likely give birth before that time, and next scan may probAbly give diff EDD. I hv 3 diff EDD now, though with 2days apart each. Am not bothered by EDD i hv told God when l want to hv my baby.

I went to a PEP store today for window shopping and picked two baby track suits. Their prices are good and material ok.

Pls can someone advice on breast pump? I need to get one ASAP. In my last ANC d nurse talkedd well on d need to express milk, makes babies to be well fed. A colleague of mine just returned from mat leave, infact am impressed, u need to see how her 2.3kg baby at birth is looking so chubby, courtesy of gud feeding. She comes to work wt d pump, expressed at work and refrigerate.

Epi..wetin for firstimers! No scare me oo. I dont want my efforts to be in vain, since i came back from ANC last friday hv bn eating very healthy, more of veggies and fruits. Will ask d nurse and doc in my next appt kai, they shd tell me its a lie, else l go scatter ground ..lol. God is our strength! If Byvan can pop out 5kg, then everything is possible with God.

Good that you hv decided to rest in d Arm of d Lord. I didnt fully say my conception story on ttc thread. I had severe cramps at 7wks and bleeding at 8wks. Didnt take anything cuz l know progesterone wasnt d case; but God intervened in all d cases. So rest well dear on His Arms!

Sorry dear, favoredgal has said it better women who ttced and those who didnt are different. However every woman here have been wonderful. Dont worry ds phase wl soon pass.

Stopping at 13wks is ok, if u are not confortable stopping, u can take extra 50 mg of B6 or look for prenatal with high dose od B6. B6 works like progesterone supplement. Or better eat lots of green vegtables, banana, avocado etec foods rich in B6. Above all rest and take ur feet of ground as much as u can. I trust u know pelvic rest is a MUST for u and TBABY.

Gudnite. Sleep no dey belleful me these days, though l wake up wt back ache everyday. Pls am l d only one wt ds back ache, it goes away hours after waking shaa. Complained to doc he said not to worry abt it since it goes away

Ok, done with my gynea. Decided to ask the weight of baby at last two wks scan, he said 1.5kg...but i shd expect it to double at 37wks and increase if baby delays. Complained i added more than expected weight, so shd watch it if i dont want big baby. God help me so d baby comes in 6wks time IJN. Make una say a Big Amen ooo. Luv ya!

Not scaring u, l believe in us doing our part. Since 21day progesterone means no ovulation, that means ur level was low, if the level was as low as to be adjudged anovulatory, its likely u may be needing progesterone supplement. Pls see ur gnea with the result asap.

NHF policy didnt say the employee needs to be confirmed before inclusion of dependent. Its just unfortunate we do not have agency fighting for employees, so employers always have field day with whatever policy they wish to implement, and no one queries it

Get one big clove from d garlic bulb. Remove d skin, use niddle to 'chuku chuku' d body so d fluid can easily come out when u insert. Insert at bedtime, remove in d morning.
