First, its good to see our gyneas immediately we notice changes in our body and when the periods starts misbehaving.

Personally, I think lifestyle and hormonal imbalance are major factors to early menopause. From my online research, below are some herbs which works towards reducing the effects or delaying menopause. I have read in some cases where right combination of some of these herbs restores menstruction and aids in preganancy. However, these herbs cannot work for everybody the same way, it depends on what your problem is, its advisable for women to do especially hormonal profile test and other necessary tests and personally research on their peculair problem, then choose herbs that will best address the problem, best still use a good naturopath who will do the right combination for you. i second what MSTIA said, pls see a gynea for necessary tests like hormonal profile etc, lets know what your result is saying, we will take it from there. Also go online and research how to reverse early menopause if thats the case, there are lots of good natural medicines for that. All the best my sister!

I applied for two jobs, one thru NL in a real estate coy another thru Guardian in O&G coy. 4 months later that of real estate called for interview I fortunately got d job, one and half months into d job, d O&G called, cus I was being paid well in my thinking then I rejected to attended d interview unless they resecdule d interview at a date I gave to them, to God be d glory they accepted. milk coming out of your bossom, will likely be high prolactin, it will be good if you run a hormonal profile test, with the result your doc will tell u the next cause of action, the test is done on day 3 of your period. but am sure u will likely have high prolactin.

Your progesterone can be improved, but which CD did u do d test? If its 21, I can say u didn't ovulate. If its CD3, it needs improvement.

Long time! Have you tried flushing for once? A friend of mine whose one tube was blocked, did another round of hsg, and it got it cleared, but me l did flushing also had only one blocked.
Online research l did says Tiger nuts preventes blockage of tubes, so l eat it often.

My last weight here was 84.5kg, on d day of bfp, I weighed 85.6kg at d hosp while 85kg with my usual scale, on d day of d first bleeding I weighed 83.2kg at hosp and 83kg with mine. I thought the vitex wasnt working, l starting bromo not knowing i was already pg, stoped when l got the BFP.
I will recommend Vitex if you have the patience, but if u need quick quick action use bromo. Dont use vitex if ur period is regular ooo abegi,
You will use bromo or even vitex until u get ur BFP, some people use it till after 1st trimester...follow ur gynea advice.

Bromocriptine is to reduced high prolactin. It was to dry up bossom milk, maybe u were produucing it after d mc. How is ur prolactin levels?

I did serious online research on it, the answer is capital NO, read they cancel each other, Vitex also reduces prolactin levels, u can combine it wt B6. For the 2wks I used bromocriptine, I stoped vitex.
Vitex is natural, so it works slow slow, while bromocriptine is sythentic, works fast fast. I read vitex takes care of d underlying problms and produces relatively permaneNt solution, but bromo works as longer as u keep taking it. Na so I read oo !!!
