Invite others interested from ttc thread. When we started this thread in april, the timeline we set was for one month, which we even did more than. i presume most of us old members are still doing it on our own. For me, l have excluded many food from my usual diet. For instance, i replace eba with Wheat, white bread with wheat bread...l am just careful of what enters my stomach!
As as at last sunday I weighed 81kg from 88kg when we started in April. For me, Weight loss should be a life style, else you get tired easily and gain all the weights back.

I am loosing more weight now than when we were actively doing it, am thinking if Ewedu soup helps in weight loss? l eat more of ewedu without oil these days.

As one of the posters rightly said, u can pass intermediate 2 and PE 2 without attending lectures. Read your study materials, and buy past questions from the institute, buy about 4 past diets before the diet u will write. Endeavour to provide answers to the questions... and cover all the study materials, u will surely pass by God's grace. The only diet l always advice for lecture is PE 1, most especially because of Operations Research, unless you are good with calculation though!

pls ladies be careful with anion pad, my very good friend was rushed to the hospital afterng using it for some weeks, she lost so much fluid. I guess she abused it because she wanted to loose weight very fat. am not discouraging u, but gentle pls. For your info she has gained the weight back. its one thing to loose fat, its another to maintain it! Portion control and exercise is the best form of weight loss program. You guys can revive our TTC weight thread. it will be of great help to as many as want to loose the extra flesh!!

I am suspecting the Omega 3,6,9. it contains evenining primrose oil. Infact evening primrose oil is same thing as omega 6. Though its one of best woman supplements, some people dont respond well to it. The problem l had with my cycle started when l took evening primrose oil, thank God my Cycle is getting better . I suggest you stop it, is like ur body is not responding well to it, it could also be d cause of your headache, omega 6 causes headache!

your scan result says small fluid in the pouch of Douglas. fluid in the pouch of douglas means PID. Pls do a HVS to rule out infection, l suspect infection though.

If u do a repeat scan on Monday, enedeavour to ask the sieze of d follicle.
I don't think fertilaid can be taken together with clomid. It has vitex and vitex and clomid counters each other.

Why do u think its not working? What's the sieZe of the follicles now? For me I usually don't start growing follice with clomid until cd14 and it grows to maturity and ovulation on CD19. I think there's still hope. Your shd be running scan every 2days to monitor d growth.
Pls don't give up on this cycle, keep BDing!

sorry bros. l can imagine how u felt! it happened to me last year at night, l didnt sleep till the following morning. I went to my regular doctor who referred me to E&T doctor, waited for more than 4hrs before the doc came and within one minute the rubbish was off my ear.
Before l stick it into my ears since then, l must check that its firm on the holder.

Its well. Assume you have not ovulated, keep watching out for it and do the needful. I dont believe FF, it works on the info we feed it, sometimes such infos are wrong. Relax and enjoy BD, ovulation can occur at any date!!

Quick update
today is my CD20, but l still went to honour my gynea's last 4wks appointment yesterday. l told him l have seen my first period, he still suggested we do another preganancy test... guess what still positive LOLLLLLLLLLLLLLL, i was only laughing in LATIN. Never knew pregancy hormone can still show even after l have seen my first period. Infact l asked him if the test instrument is actually working.... He took another blood for hcg analysis shaa.

I am waiting for almight O though l felt l was Oing last wkend, did the needful but not very sure its O, maybe am in my fertile period ...l am taking B6, Folic with B12 and low dose aspirin, using preseed. I actually took my remaining Vitex for about 12 days. I am doing lots of prayers now.. God will come thru for all of us!


I am also eating more ewedu soup!, I eat it about 3times a week. i eat it without oil.

Af showed yesternight. so the last BFP was a leftover pg hormone and l actually Oed on the 17th of July. My LP is 16days, and yesterday was the 16th day.

Though painful.... But its well!

If you study mechanical engineering, major in Construction and Fabrication, which is in line with what you do. You are called an Iron Bender because you are not educated. with experience and education, you will become a construction and fabrication Engineer and no longer an Iron bender. In Oil & Gas industry u will be a hot cake, even if you can become a certified Welder...make enquiry you will be surprised how much a certified welder earns a day in O&G industry..because they are hard to come by!
