I built my first house 10years ago.in my place. am currently building another in Lagos.just go jump down a well.and I believe if you call yourself a landlord.then you definitely inherited the house.because you sound like someone that has not bought a single bag of cement in your whole life.

If I were the one, I would have given you 7days after the quit notice to pack out then I would have cut off power and water to your apartment and then taken the roof off your apartment. I would also have barricaded your apartment door in your absence by getting a welder to seal the doors until you pay all outstanding.
