I don't care who started it,tribalism isn't an issue to me, as long as it's within the boundary of interest. I cant stand those who whine about it,including a supposedly enlightened ,world re-nown writer. Business and/or development news please ! Uncle Kayode tinji nkomu as usual ![]() |
These criticisms are becoming senseless by the day, what could flipping go wrong in giving out a probably unused ground in an orderly fashion!? If i had my way i would collapse the six south western states into a single state -yes just one governor These long winded faffs aren't necessary. 500 hectares of land? wait till we collapse Ogun into Lagos. Mariwo leri o,Egun nbo! ( relax !the masquerade isn't out yet,you are just seeing the trace of it) |
ben4: Thank you allI would dr. suspense acct(where did the cash go) and cr. my bank book/OD cos i just found the transaction with no plausible explanation, that's if you r the pedantic type. normally it should be dr cash cr O/D or Bank book |
"I am against this move, dont ask me why" ,would have been a less dumb comment from the opponents of this move ![]() Against ceding a probably fallow land for better use ![]() |
Apart from working on Tinubu's image problem, the acn needs to assure none Yorubas, especially in the SW of safety because paranoia is the only plausible reason for this unexpected obsessive preoccupationSome people are seriously afraid of a Yoruba hegemony, even in Yorubaland ![]() |
Yahooze and a He gives me joke Oloun ![]() |
PROUD-IGBO:I wonder why a 'proud igbo' should be bothered about the bold; Some of you need to stop hiding behind a needle ![]() |
Gbawe: Guy stop with the nonsense !!! "Big players tend to be Yorubas indeed". What a closet bigot !!! David Mark, Ibori, Odili, Atiku, Danjuma, Ibb, Abdulsalami, Hakiru Bello, Muthar, Abba Ruma, Aondoakaa, Andy Ubah, Chis Ubah, Ciroma, Anenih, Igbinedion, Sylva, OUK, Allison-Madueke, Anyim, Oduah, Theodore Orji are all Yoruba? Not so? Is it because you lot are unhealthily obsessed with talking about SW Politics/politicians nons-stop on this forum you have now turned Yorubas into the "big players"? Is that not how you gloated we were the subsidy thieves before names were revealed? This discussion is about a far reaching policy, don't be goaded into the same funny, long winded arguments which we've heard times without number on this platform. Tinubu still has an image problem,it worked against ACN in Ondo but one thing is becoming clearer;he's the new poster boy - His strongest critics have been none-SW guys(some for valid reasons though) |
redsun: All you muderfuckers see is just south west, south east, north east and dem muderfcking tags,as if nigeria has been divided. The big pictures starts from my neck of the woods, Nigeria needs a clear path to progress and I believe 'local patriotism' is a readily available platform to achieve it.fluffy Nigerian nationalism will not get us anywhere;it's been proven, the building blocks on which the country stands must take ownership of the country. By the way,I don't think you r the most or one of the liberal/open minds on this platform so no need to grandstand;check it out, you have been one of the cheer-leaders vouching for a learned professor with a heavily divisive perception. ![]() |
Gbawe: With Ondo, folks on all sides (ACN and LP) should 'bury the hatchet', forget the past and join hands to move the SW forward. The progress of the region should be bigger than the egos of individuals.I pray so.The over riding objective is getting things done anyway. |
This takes us a tinsy little step closer to integration,Ondo would have been a cake walk if there were solid(ier) reasons.A wake up call, yesterday was.Nice one, the state of Osun. |
O'beef noni ![]() |
I PRAY FOR ANOTHER BOOM LIKE 2007, MAN!,AM HOLDING ONTO MY ANCHOR BUT CARS ARE THE LEAST SIGNAL NJARE ![]() |
The way some of you go about, prancing around the net like you have a lost pride you are trying to regain or defend.Relax man no one is out there to get you ![]() |
Fully in support but we need to clearly define what constitute 'rickety'.if you leave this to lastma boys, a new car may suddenly became rickety ![]() |
740megawatts: You don't get the joke, Sir. Don't be surprised that many of the Yoruba leaders to meet with Jonathan are from the dwindling PDP "government of the centre" caucus. The contracts aren't coming as usual. As an observation, did you notice that violent political thuggery and opponent assassinations has reduced drastically in the South-West since PDP was ousted?Bishop Gbonigi and chief Olu falae are fine gentle men I can call leader any day. |
Probably because he's slightly over rated,he obviously talks the talk but they don't measure up with some of his actions. He's got mastery of the strategic term: positioning. I,sometimes wonder why a better, articulate and coherent man isn't in his position. SW would have been better off with someone like Olu falae. |
If i were eligible to vote in Ondo right now this promise would make me give him another look, beautiful idea but can I trust Mimiko ? Open up Ese odo, nice one |
If i were eligible to vote in Ondo right now this promise would be a game-changer for me,beautiful idea but can I trust Mimiko ? Open up Ese odo |
I hope those governors especially Amosun,do not wait for free-wheeling jonathan or any of his anarchist mates before taking action. I have made up my mind to never talk about Jonathan again but its seems the shock from his mind boggling incapacity is permeating all aspect of our lives. The message of incompetence coming from above is sad-- everyone is just flipping messing about. Oh!OBJ- we once had a commander in chief ,despite.... God save us from a casual presidency. |
aryzgreat: Tinubu news paper the Nation has shown how despearate ACN can be, imagine the propaganda! Please tune in by 5pm on AIT for the final Debate on Ondo Guber poll. ACN will be put to shame this evening. Bunch of tribalistic losers! boiz dey binu |
Awake9ja: @Acmso far the revisionists have carefully constructed their argument/anger in a way which underplays the Northern angle while upping any Western link. I think it makes a lot of sense because the whole issue is bound to rage on,how many northerners are on-line or have time or resource to respond. Mention Awolowo in your story and you r sure of the tribune, punch, vanguard, thenation picking your story up -if you go after Gowon or muritala, there are not enough people or platform to fight and defend them but Awolowo is a flipping lightening rod. Remove Awo from it and this frenzy is bound to plunge.it's more driven by hate for the man rather than concern for the innocent souls caught up and the need to look into the allegation. |
The bottom line is after all these prancing around like spongebob squarepants: Awo remains a hate figure in the East as usual, get more streets and monument named after him in the West.He remains the biggest election winning name in the West and I don't see that changing. |
Vogue50: nice one. Tribalism is a factor but not strong enough to disintegrate us.We over hype it as if its a new thing. Jonathan is been president for 3years now,has anything changed in beyelsa? do we ascribe tribalism to this. Its pure greed ojare . |
Now Nigeria is in trouble just because people are venting on an ordinary book. Tribalism isn't Nigerias problem and won't be the solution. Americas ascendancy was at its peak when it was most racist. I think its utter laziness to keep going on about this tribalism issue as if its that strong enough to keep a country down. |
He needs to change His name ojare DINO ![]() |

Yes its getting too much if tankers aren't exploding, trucks will lose control and ram into anything. We need to get angry here, If you drive unlicensed ,unworthy machines you should be charged for 'an attempt at mass murder'. The occupants of the truck are likely to be alive but look at unsuspecting road users |
redsun: Nt just heavy duty, all vehecles, including truck pushers. ![]() I don't want truck pushers to go on strike ojare ![]() Seriously these deaths are unnecessary. |
redsun: That was why Dangote wanted to train up "graduates" for that, but some of you thoght he was being insuktive.Driving requires some degree of intelligence and essential common sense. We need to have a stricter regulatory environment for those driving heavy duty machines in fact it should be criminal to drive any of those huge machines if you don't have a special license,we can't leave it to an individual who's supposedly catering to his own business need. |
Another spin. This isn't going a way |

comment from the opponents of this move

, and for not playing ethnic politics as well.
