What is the difference with mmm, I think am willing to take mmm risk than insurance and loans from Nigerian banks.

True, MMM is not illegal and may not be rightly called investment scheme but a lot of people see it as an INVESTMENT--many people looking for quick returns on their money in this time of high inflation. 17% inflation to 30% returns after 30 days looks like a good deal.
