lionphil: Unite people, unite
It's time to speak up...the Yoruba and ibo need to stop this name calling and bickering.
The devil is at our doorstep with all his weapons. If nothing is done, death is certain. We are more educated than this.
Please my brothers and sisters, this seed of discord isn't letting us see the true picture.
Death traps have been set in the south (east and west alike)...the Fulani herders from the north alone can't carry the agenda out that's why others from other countries are being imported.
This is just the beginning of the second term...of all the news and info being received, our security agents have turned a blind eye don't you see we are set for doom and bloodshed??
Let's use our education to seek for solutions or to cry out with one voice so this can end before it starts, else, we will all share a part in the destruction that's just around the corner.
We can't continue like this...let it not be said that while we had time to fight the terror at hand, we used that time for frivolities... Losing ones life is not a joke...I've lost mine before *smiles*. Jokes apart, we need to face the issue at hand and stop pointing accusing fingers...the northern part of the country is feeling its own share daily...it's gradually coming down south. How do we stop it?
God bless us! will these miscreants heed your warning |

Saifullah01: Deliberate ignorance or collective amnesia I don't even know how to describe FFK and the comments above. Muhammad Mursi was democratically elected by Egyptians after the ousting of Mubarak (some will say the first of such in the history of Egypt). He was in turn ousted by the Military establishment through Sisi (the current military dictator in Egypt). I would say Egyptians have snag for autocracy, right from the times of Egyptian pharaohs down to the Caesar then the sultans and now the Military. So for one misinformed antisocial critic to turn facts upside down so that it can suite his islamophobia is just outright disgraceful. did you ask yourself WHY he was ousted in the first place? When you don't know the complete story you are commenting |

The average Nigerian is mad, full of envy, jealousy, will easily poison his neighbor, yet smile at him tomorrow morning if he survives the poison.
Incase he dies from the poisoning, will still attend his burial. They hate progress when they are not the ones favoured.

Lesgupnigeria: Short Story on Self Confidence*
There was a business executive who was deep in debt and could see no way out. Creditors were closing in on him. Suppliers were demanding payment. He sat on the park bench, head in hands, wondering if anything could save his company from bankruptcy. Suddenly an old man appeared before him. “I can see that something is troubling you,” he said.
After listening to the executive’s woes, the old man said, “I believe I can help you.” He asked the man his name, wrote out a check, and pushed it into his hand saying, “Take this money. Meet me here exactly one year from today, and you can pay me back at that time.” Then he turned and disappeared as quickly as he had come. The business executive saw in his hand a check for $500,000, signed by John D. Rockefeller, then one of the richest men in the world! “I can erase my money worries in an instant!” he realized. But instead, the executive decided to put the uncashed check in his safe. Just knowing it was there might give him the strength to work out a way to save his business, he thought. With renewed optimism, he negotiated better deals and extended terms of payment. He closed several big sales. Within a few months, he was out of debt and making money once again. Exactly one year later, he returned to the park with the uncashed check. At the agreed-upon time, the old man appeared. But just as the executive was about to hand back the check and share his success story, a nurse came running up and grabbed the old man. “I’m so glad I caught him!” she cried. “I hope he hasn’t been bothering you. He’s always escaping from the rest home and telling people he’s John D. Rockefeller.” And she led the old man away by the arm. The astonished executive just stood there, stunned. All year long he’d been wheeling and dealing, buying and selling, convinced he had half a million dollars behind him.
Suddenly, he realized that it wasn’t the money, real or imagined, that had turned his life around. It was his newfound self-confidence that gave him the power to achieve anything he went after.
Let's face our fears this week with a new ray of hope and self confidence. We can only become better if we try. We can't achieve nothing by folding arms in depression. Our best is yet to come. this is interesting |

InvertedHammer: / Orji Uzo Kalu hid Fayose in his house during his travail. Tinubu sleeps peacefully in the North. Atiku can chill as long as he wants in Igbo land.
The tribal war in Nigeria is among the poor people who are killing themselves. Nigerians are not against corruption. Most of the people are angry that they are not invited to the party table. If looters must be persecuted, s/he must not be a looter from their own tribes.
As I always say, when Nigerians cry, it is safest to look the other way. Whoever comes out to liberate them will be betrayed/decimated by the same Nigerians crying for help.

They are only sperm donors and that is why all Nigerian men cheat and have bastard children everywhere that they cannot even take care of. Men are nothing but dead beats who do not deserve to be celebrated for any reason. The ones that manage to pay school fees for their children, end up raping their children and using them for rituals. Shame on all men. Are you sure your head is correct ? |
