The Afikpo man is putting things far better in order which I prefer....he's pained because there is now orderliness and due process looking at it from the lens of tribalism is not the best tho |

We are now throwing values tonthe dustbin because we want to look woke and be seen as free

The worse she can do is to "hide and seek" because of our Nigerian culture and values.

Agromuda: I was once a victim. 25th March was an unforgettable day around 6:30am. I boarded the Danfo bus at Adealu street(Lagos-Abk expressway) going to Oshodi. Unfortunately I had my ATM card with me. I was seriously beaten and have my bank acct emptied (80k) with my phone taken. They dropped me at Cement close to the sawmill opposite ConOil filling station. I last discovered that the withdrawal was done at WEMA BANK, dopemu along Lagos-Abk expressway. The memory still hurt till date. so sorry about that |

BrokenCock: Scientists under the umbrella of The Nigerian Food Sciences and Technology Institute went to inspect markets in Abuja (Utako and Garki Market.) yesterday. The things they discovered are heartbreaking. People who fry akara, puff-puff, yam, meat, fish etc use transformer oil mixed with vegetables or groundnut oil to fry the stuff. Ariel detergent is used to ferment cassava for fufu, fish sellers spray sniper on dry fish to keep flies out. In our abbatoir, tyres and used plastics are used to roast slaughtered animals which are sold in the market. Please avoid food cooked outside your home if you can. We are veryyyyyyyyyy wicked to ourselves. We can see one of the reasons internal organ failure and cancer have continued to increase . Even young children and adults who live healthily still come down with all sorts of diseases. My dear colleagues let us help get the message out to the public by creating awareness among our populace!! Getting it out there is very important via blogs, twitter, radio, TV, CBOs etc !! Jesu |

Majesticniyi: I concluded a while back that the average fathers in our generation failed at their jobs. Most people would deny this openly but they know its the truth. Most did not have it as bad as you though. Shout out to the Mothers....they basically made most of us who we are. I hope the current new crop of fathers would not repeat the mistakes of their fathers. The society back then (and now still to an extent) made it normal for father's to behave foolishly.... That is just the summary if mother's conducted themselves the way fatgers did then, the entire society would have chastised them. however the same society made it seem okay for father's to be useless to their kids not all father's however acted silly then despite the society making it so I salute them And the mothers of those fathers too are to blame and the father of those fathers when you see your son straying, why not caution him.very well? the same parents will waste no time to caution their daughters who were not married with kids... we need to go back to the root to know the cause of this epidemic |
