AgamaProf: What is productivity?.....it's basically GDP. If GDP increases, import will reduce. It's still export. We will attract more fpi and fdi. We need to export more to attract forex. GDP=less import=more export. In any analysis, it is often advised that one should avoid using both GDP and export because they might co-move or have a positive correlation. Export is based on GDP. there are countries with high productivity but negative net exports hope you know that.... |

If you dont hustle, another man will gift your girl same. while you are there hating and calling her olosho if a Girl leaves you for the "another man" that you are talking about up there then you are NOT supposed to be with such girl using money to buy affections is that stupid thing that I see again and again in Nigeria relationship based on that is not concrete and cannot last |

anidat77: My brother had same issues with his game cafe in PH. He always made 3k max daily while the guys there buy roasted fish and beer in plain sight after they had closed for the day. Till he put up a CCTV at the payment points and inside to view the console....on the first day of installation sales jumped to 11k and even 21k within same week. The guys resigned on their own and new people were employed. Such is the risk of trust ...they will just exploit your blind spot. Go for a CCTV....the benefits is higher than the installation budget. But Nigerians can be wicked sha if the business is making 11k -15k sales if you must pilfer, at most let it be that kind 2k5 or 3k max But pilfering 8k and giving the owners just 3k is pure wickedness and evil. .and they don't use the money 4 better thing ashawo and frivolous things |

The Western mentality is detrimental to africam women and is ruining lots of relationships! actually it's the opposite the ego of the African man is KILLING relationships If you want a traditional relationship as it was in the past it has to be traditional in EVERY SENSE now ask how many men want that today, you will not find many... AgamaProf: A long lasting way to make the Naira appreciate is having more of net export. If we export more, we have more of dollar reserve. That's why you always read news that cbn is pumping more dollar into the economy. If there is surplus dollar compared to the Naira, dollar rate will fall against the Naira. We must address the root of our problem-Low GDP, translating to low export and more import. As it is, we are not earning enough foreign exchange to keep the Naira in a good shape. What basically the cbn does is policy work....all those expansionary and fiscal policies. Pump dollar from dollar reserve which is not sustainable-they are just temporary after the market might have adjusted itself back to equilibrium. It's a crazy viscous circle. But, the Naira value can only appreciate and sustained through billions of US dollar. The US dollar is the benchmark for every currency because it's less susceptible to volatility. The US market has the strongest efficiency-semi-strong form. it's not really about the exports per se But productivity Boosting productivity in Nigeria will boost the currency and the economy many people live lavish lives in Nigeria but add zero productivity to the economy The two key functions of money is Store of value Measure of value But if there is no value to measure or no value to store, the currency is useless and THAT is precisely the predicaments of Nigeria not really the imports per se |

Billy0naire: Every administration in this country have been running around the same cycle doing conventionally mediocre things and nominating people based on nepotism instead of merit. And the stupidly ignorantly masses are supporting tribes against merit. I pity them not, cos they deserve their suffering mass-consciously.
All they do is share free oil money without innovations, no optimization and expect different results while masking their failed policies with hedging the currency against the national savings. Moronic Politicians at Abuja, all of them.
It is time to allow the economy rulesets to determine the value of the tender and not mask economic misgovernance by FX rate fixations.
In essence, they are busy wasting the savings to portray a healthy economy when in essence, they have failed woefully and have been masking the inefficiency by wasting even more money. Whitewashing the grave does not mean the corpse is not stinking.
Na now we go know the strength of the naira and by extension the economy.
Whoever has cash naira now should go and change to the dollars and hold it tight and sell it off for profits. Let us fucck with the economy together. I want new billionaires to emerge, the top is too lonely. We want some young people at the top.
I am just too lonely here. There is so much money in the country and people are just too focusing on yahoo yahoo not to see it. interesting perspectives you got there |

bigpicture001: The cost os house became quite affordable because 1st the supply of houses outweigh it demand...reason being that may people don't see on its game as a modern city..most houses don't hv water running in them..mist occupiers are traders, lest making it unattractive for ppl dt are not traders...
Again the plague of bandits nd thuggery scares people from osha..truth is all this has been fixed now..but the stigma is still attached to it. Most hotels are newly built...most relaxation spots are newly built..meaning all this year's, it's just a residential - trading town...aika which is more open has house prices to the heavens.. including asaba..
When we say floating it's means without control. You are correct...but it's been long CBN deregulated the supply side of the forex market to encourage investors and forex inflows...but they are yet to deregulate the demand side of forex...hence they require all forex demand to pass tru the CBN. Through the banks.
That will make a private operator to lose a lot of client who might need forex from beraue de change for importation of items or services blacklisted by the CBN....hence with d CBN control of the demand, they say it's a fixed exchange rate market interesting analysis you and nwanneni got there only if there were more folks like us on this forum instead of talking tribalism |

wisdomkid: And Nigerians are smiling. Africa is portrayed to the western world as a place of suffering, filled with black imbeciles incapable of thinking.Filled with animal-like humans and we Africans are rejoicing.
See the idiot saying we don't have water, what sort of f*ckery is that? Till all Africans see themselves through the eyes of the western world, they'll remain modern slaves, without the ability of helping themselves. Africa is a place of suffering......(it's the poorest continent) because we have pockets of middle class folks in few corners of Africa does not mean $hit most Africans are still living in squalid conditions As for filled with black imbeciles who cannot think? well I won't blame them for thinking that way what significant value do we as Africans export to the rest of the world? Give me just FIVE on the contrary, Africa is the biggest aid recipient and is always begging for help from the outside world in things that the rest of the world handle for themselves What research output do we put out there for the rest of the world to see ? We as Africans need to ask ourselves pertinent questions... instead of just forming bravado when ib reality there is ZERO basis for that. As for Africans conducting themselves as animals, well Indeed African majority behave like animals (except you want to deny) Living in the primordial state of existence soggests that you still need a lot of growing up to do The moment WE as a people decide to sit up in this continent, and behave like humans and not animals, the world will have no option than to respect you #Fact |

Though am a single guy, I met a girl that sells in one nice bar I usually love to chill when I am in Cotonou and you know how conji is a bastard sometimes especially when you know say prick no go school, I decided to have this girl as my conji cure anytime am in Cotonou.
The problem is we only started this sex thing not long ago and I believe it has not been more than three times and before I know she said she is pregnant. I was confused but I had promised myself I would not want any lady to commit an abortion except she does such without my knowledge.
I decided to take responsibility of the pregnancy and see her parents. When I visited her parents I realized I don enter one chance because the juju I was seeing everywhere from their compound to even their living room got me worried.
The girl goes to church and likes to pray but how can you do that when you are living inside juju house. So now her parents gave me list of things I would buy in acceptance that I am the father of the child and they said after doing that I can now come for another list for her hand in marriage. My people God know say I no fit marry inside that kind of juju house, but if you know about Benin Republic people very well, they don't joke with juju matter.
I really don't know what to do about this situation anymore. This lady must be a Fon lady those people love their jazz like anything but its not as malevolent as the ones we have in naija tho I stayed briefly in Parakou, Ouidah and Calavi so I know As for the case in the ground I guess you just have to accept responsibility for the child |
