Nigeria is so blessed imagine a country with this youthful population but unfortunately our blessing is like a curse. One message I have for the youth is this, every body cannot be in Lagos, every body cannot go to school and not everybody will do while collar job look around you and know how you can turn the resources around you to wealth.
It's not just Lagos that is bursting its seams

It's major cities across Nigeria

And you cannot blame them.

most states in Nigeria are failed states and collapsed entities with little job prospects

hence the mass migration to big cities

On Friday morning, Nigerians woke up to an incredible amount of youths storming the 8 audtion centers for this year's edition of Big Brother Naija.

Alot of Nigerians are blaming the ASUU strike, joblessness and the government for the turnout of youths at the audition centers.

According to a twitter user, 'the crowd at the #BBnaija auditions is proof of our flawed value system and our failed government. I am not against anyone going to audition for it, but when this is what majority of our youth see as a way to escape poverty, then we have a serious problem'.

See photos/Videos from the auditions and social media reactions below...

your country is a failed country

don't blame the youths, or any "value system"

children born in Nigeria are amongst the most unfortunate on earth

your parents are economically castrated so they cannot send you to proper schools or give you a good headstart as a kid

your govt has failed you and oppressed you so much that every day you live is a living hell

You manage to go to school

No Job /industries

You try enterprise, that one diea because of the failed economic environment

Nigerian youths on average has had a taste of hell

So when I see things like these, I am not surprised

All they are thinking about is avenues to help them escape their helliah existence .

So that is why you seethe crowd

So funny a story!

A man married his heartthrob. After almost 10 years in the marriage the wife became an Oil tycoon. She runs a thriving business that takes her to almost every part of the world. The husband, still scraping by.
The woman loved her hubby. He drives her everywhere and she seeks out his opinion on almost all matters. Jolly fellows. The husband has 5 out of the 9 cars on the fleet. With the least being a 2012 Prado. Big boy. His wife takes care of him.

Okay the meat of the story!! The man was with his friends at a regular hangout and the conversation that ensued is both hilarious and a huge lesson:

Friend: "You! I am sorry for you. Your wife has used your destiny. She's so rich whilst you're merely scraping by. Doing fake big boy. We all know your wife is the source of all your bigboyism. Oloshi!! You better think twice. Snatch your destiny away from her!"
Husband: "Thanks for the advice. You see, let me tell you something you don't know o. I am 45 years old and for 35 years I never knew how to use my destiny. I was suffering. Even to eat na wahala! Now I got married 10 years ago to my wife and she knows how to use my destiny. Now I drive the latest cars and travel with her to any part of the world that even you my friends haven't been to before. I am going home now to inform my wife to continue using my destiny o. Infact! She must make sure she finishes it all. It must not remain o....

Simple, logical and pragmatic steps to finding a good partner (male and female)

Be a good wife/husband material yourself.
Don't be pretentious about what you are not.
Know when to be good and when to play "dirty".
Learn to listen to your partner.
And lastly be open minded, your right partner can be anywhere.

Politics › Re: FACT CHECK: Is Tanko Mohammed Qualified To Be The Chief Justice Of Nigeria? by Ugosample(m): 8:18am On Jan 30, 2019
QuotaSystem:
A video has been making the rounds of a disgruntled legal practitioner who has been identified as Okere Kingdom Nnamdi, protesting outside the Federal High Court in Abuja, in which he claims the new CJN is unqualified for the position because "he was never called to bar and is a Sharia court Judge". Upon research from information freely available on the public domain, these claims were however found to be patently false.

His words: "There are so many lacunas in the 1999 Constitution,” he said. “That same constitution will tell you that an Islamic scholar from a Sharia Court of Appeal can be promoted to the Supreme Court of Nigeria, not minding that he was not called to the Nigerian Bar, that he didn’t read law, because he is an Islamic Scholar.”

“That was how the likes of Tanko Muhammad came to the Supreme Court. Let him tell us his enrolment number. Every Nigerian lawyer that is called to the Nigerian Bar that attended a university and the Nigerian Law School has an enrolment number. He does not have any,” he alleged.

THE FACTS

1. Justice Tanko attended Government Secondary School, Azare where he obtained the West Africa School Certificate in 1973 before he later proceeded to Ahmadu Bello University where he received a bachelor's degree in Law in 1980. The new CJN was called to bar in 1981 after graduating from the Nigerian Law School. He later obtained a Master and Doctorate (Ph. D) degree from the same university in 1984 and 1998 respectively

2. He was appointed Chief Magistrate in the FCT High Court in 1989 where he served for 2 years (not Sharia court, but they won't mention this).

3. He was sent to the Sharia Court of Appeal (Bauchi) in 1991 where he served for ONLY TWO (2) YEARS before he was appointed as a Justice of the Court of Appeal (again, not Sharia court) where he served for THIRTEEN (13) YEARS on the bench...before being sworn in as a Justice of the Supreme Court in 2007(again, not Sharia Court) where he has served the country for the last TWELVE (12) YEARS.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ibrahim_Tanko_Muhammad

THE VERDICT: The new CJN is more than qualified to hold that office regardless of whatever some disgruntled semi-literate ignorant folks say...and he will remain in that office until Onnoghen is able to clear his soiled name if he ever does.

It is also important to note that Justice Tanko Mohammed is the natural successor to Onnoghen as he is the 2nd most senior Justice of the Supreme Court & Vice Chairman of the National Judicial Council (NJC).
this guy must be a retard.

Who is talking of qualification herehuh

Can you even be in the supreme court cartel without being qualified? huhhuh?
