pacino26: Let the competitors join in providing aid to victims of the inferno and publish their own contacts.
Were we created from the same mud as the Europeans? I seriously doubt o. Our level of hate and bitterness is astronomical. If you decide to intervene in fixing a state road wahala, a federal one will get you jail term and they will sit back as people perish just to prepare their reports. Life over here is just STATISTICS The black man is a terrible being. when I say this, I mean most blacks could be terribly wicked to each other crab in the barrel mentality |

dominique: One ring for each time he cheats on her and she finds out.
He cheats on her a lot and she's aware, just a couple of affairs made news. These athletes are very good in hiding their philandering and pay their hoes big money to keep shut. Shortly before the royal weeding, he was pictured clubbing with some models and drove off with one of them. Since then, they've (David and Victoria) been making public appearances, holding hands and dispelling cheating and divorce rumours. Still doesn't change the fact that he cheats on her steadily. You really think David will be faithful all these years As much as I don't subscribe to cheating, it's not easy to be married to a man like David and expect him to be for you only A lot of women will be making moves, even close friends of the wife women like men of power and will rather be side chicks to men like that than to b the madam with a beta male It pains me to say this, and I wish it was not this way, but that's the sad reality of life |

Mpeace: The problem is whether they will remain fundamentally sound for a long time. Most companies with corporate governance issues today were once 'fundamentally sound ' In nse, longterm should nit be more than 2yrs. 2 to 3 yrs max is long term enough Who wants to do 10 years, when inflation and depreciation of the local currency will destroy the value of the portfolio? |

haryomikun: And to u think it's easy for someone to use 2million to process the visa to go hustle in another country?
Knowing he can come back having nothing...
It's not easy dude. Even the requirements for visa in Canada is 6 million sef and the activity in the bank statement sef gast dey within that amount... If you relocate to another west African country, you will not need visa, neither must you fly, except you go to Senegal (which you can still use road) Id use Ivory coast for example To register a business, you need to have a capital requirement of at least 1800 dollars, and your name will be registered asap with other identification numbers you need asap WITHOUT bribing anyone or having hassles. And business is so good Opening restaurants, bars food supply chain etc is a big money spinner, and SO many Nigerians here are making it in business, just that there are the nuisance too. Bringing 4m CFA sef not even naira into Ivory coast will make you serious money with less hassles And in addition to that, you will live in a country that is less stressful. Anyways to each his own, some people like living in chaos. |

Okay o Ease of doing business in Nigeria is much more difficult Many of my cousins, or will i call them my people, who are learning work are taking their settlement to other African countries to establish The only thing that should make you leave for another African country is If you have already been offered a high paying job in a good corporation or If you are business savvy and have enough capital to push it through Nigeria is not just worth it at the moment |

Deadlytruth: Long term outlook in Nigeria is most times counterproductive. The worst aspect is that the company in which one invests for long term could just one day close up or get nationalized overnight. The cases of Bank PHB, Afribank and Spring Bank being nationalized by SLS three months before the deadline he himself had earlier fixed for those banks to shore up capital base coupled with the impunity he enjoyed from both the courts and FG for such callous act is enough lesson for any one thinking long terming is a guarantee for breakthrough. I think having stocks in fundamentally sound companies for the long term is not a bad idea tho, the volatile system we run nonetheless. Being a speculator is also cool But i prefer being the former |

Overtime, i have come to realise that most people here in Nigeria are more of the speculator type i.e. buy low, sell higher and run away. I wonder why ,many have not considered value investing, Most professionals i know are speculators, and at the slightest panic, they offload very good stock with good fundamentals, just because they are trying to win the game of speculation. Could it be the fragile corporate governance that exists in the system that are scaring people away |
