They're changing Scott into a Bezerker(is that what those things are called?). The writers don't leave much to be enjoyed in each episode  I hope Derek doesn't die. I just love that guy. Csami: I just have honest questions that need answers.when the Avatar id threatened. It's like a defence mechanism. When zahir told her what the poison will do to her, that was a threat, why didn't she enter the avatar state then?Zahir's plan was to trigger the avatar state and then kill her. Doing that would have ended the avatar line. She was fighting it. 2. About the vaatu spirit, was she expecting someone else to fight her battle for her? Harmonic whatever takes place every ten thousand year. Aang was dead and she was very fortunate to be the avatar and honoured to fight the great spirit. Since the first avatar defeated vaatu, I think it is a tradition that any avatar born in that timeline must fight and defeat vaatu. IMO, not a big deal she defeated vaatu.Ofcourse it's not a big deal to defeat the evil of evils after losing connection to your past lives; the spirit is in it's strongest state(in a human body) and you have little to no guidance. Right! 3. That I'm obsessed with superman's powers won't make me perfect or that "zahir's perfect" when I get hisApparently the avatar should be the strongest being alive, and yet we have avatars getting their asssed whooped before triumphing over evil. Everyone has potentials, you just need the right resources (mindset inclusive) and find yourself in the right place to maximize what you've got. There'll be factors working for or against you, depending on how you choose to view it. After all we see some surfers ride the waves, and others get swept away by it. A measure of faith and support is all anyone who chooses to ride the wave needs. If he's one for pity parties and lamentations of how the universe is against him, well then..... As for the OP and his friend, there is nothing wrong in a woman looking for some financial stability or whatever else she wants existent in her future. Some people aren't very 'hopeful' when results aren't manifesting within a given time frame. And of course there will always be stereotypes: men will be bread winners; women will have to battle with the biological clock. Society isn't always on anyone's side. 1 Like |

Geez Seun, is there a reason I keep getting logged out every millisecond? Is this some anti-hack control measure, or something to do with my device? It's annoying. And the mention/share features, can you make it possible for us to "turn off" or make "inactive" some features we don't want popping up on our home page? Please? This stuff drives me nuts and some hormonal teens on this site keep abusing the mentions feature with senseless tags that have provides nothing worthwhile to read (offense meant if you fall in this category  ) 1 Like |

Seun Thanks for the answers to my previous questions. Olumo rock eh, interesting I've learnt that the best drive you can possibly have in life is knowing your motive for doing something. We must first answer the "why" and then figure out the "how". 'Why' is the reason we bother to get back up after falling. Based on the above, what was your mission when you began this site? Would you say it has fulfilled? What were the major challenges you faced--resource, people and your own weakness(es) wise? Aside change, growth is another constant in life, and that never stops until we die. But everyone must decide what kind of growth they want. For a man who's mission is to run 100kms in 6mths, he works towards that until it's achieved. And afterwards sets a new target for himself and works towards it. Now, if your mission when you began this site has been achieved, have you set a new goal for yourself? Mind sharing? You earlier stated in response to some questions that you had no plans of going public with your business. Like you already said, going public will make you mega rich, but will also come with the downside of striving to keep investors happy and take away some level of control from you. Would you say the latter is the reason (or one of it) why you dread expansion? I know that can be really scary Bonus question: What's your dream vacation spot? Why would you choose there? Hope say no be Jamb question o. Thanks for your anticipated response. |
