It's not right but most of us are used to such most especially when it comes to JAPA. For example, a lady was promised JAPA and after the process she was told that no cell phone will be allowed for a year while she works for the agent there. She agreed because she just wanna leave this country, so such is life.
Think over it and make your decision. Good luck
Which lady?

What country?

What job?

What agency??

This looks like modern day slavery

is there a chance that an uncle BORN & LIVING in london, , his bank statements/ house proof/mortgage payments etc, , would suffice as proof of support during the visa application ??

any credible responces will be appreciated.. . thanks much
No

It has to be in your account or spouse account if traveling together

ahah u think, how about fixed ANPRs? or solo riders?
solo riders no get speed measuring equipment. they are mostly fitted in vans/suvs/estates.

the fixed ones must are dummies + we have waze.

NB

its not that i am doing 107 up and down the motorway. my normal resting speed on CC is 75/80. i push 90 if occassionally.

on the captured day above boys who where unfamiliar with my driving history (in naija car no they pass me or my siblings, not due to dangerous driving oh, we just fast resting speed na 160. my top speed was 190-200. good ol days) were egging me on, so i gave them a taste so they can forever keep mute.

I am familiar with umarked cop cars, they are always tinted with two passengers and they use cars which are 4 years or less.

Imagine been on the motorway, no traffic, no potholes, no marked police vehicles in sight, no camera's and you secretly hope no undercover unmarked vehicles .........

Your right leg, would continually keep tempting you ...... wink
I feel the need.........
........... The need for speed.

Driving in a straight line is fairly easy. The hard part is stopping/slowing down appropriately, existing motorway etc.

Doing 60-70 on a 40-50 exit gives me joy.

NB

Don't try this at home. I have extensive driving experience and I don't do it unless necessary.

You can have mechanical failure and no matter your experience/skill you will still crash.

I do 80 mph sometimes and keep checking my mail box for the next few days.
Waze all the way, tags all police and speed cameras.

So it's relatively safe.

I am too much of a speed freak. I didn't leave naija roads to come and do 70mph. I dey soon move go Germany, then space

No 1 .. leave religion at home . If you are sick and a juju worshipper start doing their ritual next to you. Will you like it?...no no. So that how it is when you are imposing your religion on other. Not everyone share the same religion with you . The way it would be annoying if the juju man start throwing his religion on your face while you are a strong man of God... that just how it feels
More point don't assume someone religion gender sexualities etc. Your colleagues/patients fit talk son /daughter and show you a picture of a cat/dog.

Side LIMH has assumed OP is not a JuJu practitioner and would find offense in waking up to see one.

Moral of the story don't make assumptions/generalisation etc.

Anything that doesn't concern you observe and look pass. When you get home gossip with friends/family.

Goodluck to her, but I doubt they have seen this sort of sob stories a million times. This is 2022 not 1972, they would decline her application.

Her story seems well orchestrated to her but these people wouldn’t believe a single word from her. And frankly I don’t too, too many holes in her story.

Somehow she was about to get her and her 4 children via the visa process from Lagos to London… Hmm

This was like the Jamaican man who claimed to be gay and would face death if deported but he has 6 kids.

Am sure they would prove to her that their are a lot of gay/bisexual people in Nigeria. Having the kids with her might help with the sob story though.
there is a thing called closet gay na. how about the good morning britain man? how about kevin spicey? how about will smith and dave chappele

Lol.
I read somewhere that someone's asylum claim in similar circumstances was denied because the court said that he'd claimed to be gay, but had not provided evidence of having a boyfriend or seeking one all the while he'd been in the UK waiting for his asylum claim to be decided (a long time, the way these things generally happen) and free to live freely as he chose.

So for those interested in this asylum path, the time to start swiping your credit cards in gay bars and engaging in PDAs with your own gender in the street starts now.
but one indian man won a court case agaunst ukvi for something similar, something in the lines of not all adults are in relationshps or seek relationship 100 percent of the time. do quote me, i saw it on news or somewhere

In a related scenario where a job advert on LinkedIn specifically states British passport holder, can that be classed as discrimination.

A colleague saw the attached advert and was really displeased but I wasn't surprised since I encountered quite a bit of that during my job search and they all claimed its due to Security Clearance for the jobs.

With her reaction, it now got me thinking if it's passive discrimination but I am just used to it hence my not seeing a big deal to it.

On the other hand stating it publicly saves the recruiter and applicant precious time.
I believe you can get SC if you have lived in UK for 5 years
