Around $15,000. I didn't use epidural and I made use of my insurance. My insurance covered 80% of it.
You may have to call to get the latest estimate. This was 2020

Well I've not seen or heard of this before but this is as bold as it gets.
Me I just have a question, if this is possible and the applicant gets the dates what will he/she do if the first visa location gets rejected? Will he/she go to the second location with the same data for a second fresh interview?? What is the likely thing that will happen to the applicant?

You should look for Lagos date. It saves you the cost of traveling by road or air to Abuja but if you have where you can stay in Abuja with closer date before resumption, you can go there too. But check Lagos first to reduce miscellaneous expenses.

Some people are so lazy that they want people to give them name of schools, departments and even faculties to consult. How can such cope with the rigours of research? There are thousands of schools in US for crying out loud. School that accepted Mr. A may not accept you. Search for yours through the net. Make sure the School and Department have good funding for your program before you apply. If they don't, apply elsewhere.

Okay all these talk and not even one school that accepts a 2.2 was dropped?!!

I'll start with the recent one. US passport that I applied for through post office took about 3/4 weeks standard shipping. Birth certificate, 14days I think but not up to 3weeks. You can expedite the birth certificate if you want because you need it for passport. You can use any
Post office with photo service close to you for the passport. Just check and schedule appointment.
For the hospital, I use Mercy Medical Center, Baltimore Downtown (St Paul's Place)

I got a PhD in Germany which comes with several gadgets (laptop, desktop, phone, flight coverage, residency option etc) and huge salary. At the same time, I got a PhD offer in the USA with a research assistantship.
The salary in Germany is 1.8 times the one in the USA
USA PhD will take me 5yrs to complete while Germany will take me 3yrs
The course from German directly aligns with my interest while I'm gonna be picking up another field in the USA, all in Engineering.

Which one will you advise me to go for?

For those that have gone for Interview in Abuja please where did you keep your properties like phones and wallet b4 entering the embassy? Or is it advice able not to go with them at all?.

If you can keep them at home, it's the best but if you don't have where to keep them, you can pay for the property keeping service at the embassy. I don't know if this is safe but there are people that help keep belongings at a fee.

My advice, evaluate your ND and HND results and decide whether you want to do Msc or PhD. Don't forget to do everything that will give you funding and GA position before you consider a loan because even a loan is not free, you will still pay it back. Funding from school is what you don't pay back. Make your profile competitive.
