olabisi6438: help a soul If you have your admission and your i-20, you can proceed to the US Embassy website and follow the instructions on how to schedule an interview appointment. Basically, paying the visa fee, scheduling appointment, SEVIS fee, filling ds160, getting all supporting documents together and preparing for interview. Best of luck |

Canada2021: This is wrong. You can use a company's statement of account. I know so many persons that have used it Okay that's fine then since you have those that used it to get their visa. As long as you can state clearly why the company will sponsor your program. Best of luck |

Bond4141: Please help a brother. Can someone use a company bank statement and use a person’s name, say mom, as a sponsor. Mom bank statement isn’t enough to finance the whole stuff.
If yes, how do I package it together with what to tell the VO You can't use a company's SOA. A personal SOA is better. Best of luck |

goddessfil: I have been checking online and the travel site says non US citizen needs to be fully vaccinated. Are pregnant women excluded as most of the centers I’ve been going to all say I can’t get vaccinated while pregnant. Will I be able to travel with just a negative covid test and my green passport? Well that's new. Although in the US, they have approved the vaccine for pregnant women. You may have to get a Covid test done at least and maybe a letter or something stating the refusal for the vaccination. I really can't say but I just hope the allow pregnant women to fly with a negative Covid test since they are not allowed to take the vaccine. However some of my friends that travelled recently were not asked for the vaccination just a negative test but who never can tell. Check with the airline too. Best of luck |

Tinafusty: Please have you seen someone that used a US relative as sponsor and was approved? because am married and am using my sister in US, but I was planning to change sponsor because I defer from spring to fall session Yes. A friend that resumed at GSU this Spring used his uncle that's in the US as a sponsor. The thing is, regardless of who you want to use as a sponsor be sure the person is clean if he/she is in another country especially US. You should be able to prove he/she is genuine. Why will he/she sponsor you? How much is the fee?? Nature of job? How long has he/she been there?? Best of luck |

The money no be here sha Yes, schooling in the US is expensive. Reason why we look out for any form of Assistantship to foot the bill. So you can take extra steps by talking to the graduate coordinator of the school about funding requirements. Best of luck |

I've had friends who changed sponsor if you think that's the issue but I'm sure that's not the only issue. How much is the cost of attendance and for what program? Was she asked why her brother will sponsor her and what does the brother do? how long has he been in the US? If you can provide a well detailed transcript of how her interview went it will be good. What do u think 34wks is not bad. Let her just make sure to travel light and create enough leg room for herself while onboard. Yes a note of fitness from her doctor will be fine just in case. The most important thing is the Covid requirements |

Gokoyer1401: Hello Sister, Response from OSU just came in. $9017 for spouse, $4508 per child, and $10098 for Spouse and Child(ren) health insurance. Are we expected to pay this much for dependents' insurance? Okay. You can always add dependent on your school insurance. That's just an estimate. Either you or your spouse can add the dependant. Depending on the type of insurance the school is using, for UnitedHealth student insurance, it's $850/semester or less depending on the plan. |

Please house, i need an advice.Tuition is $28k per year. COA $45k....is there any financial aid that can help me with the COA? Any idea on how I can sort this deficit. Congratulations. Okay first thing first, can you afford to pay the outstanding payment? If not, you can ask if there's provision for extra funding. If this is a MSc or PhD program, you can ask if there's a TA or RA position that will help cover the deficit. Best of luck |

Systrom: The female white lady V.O at the last cubicle by the right is a pure feminist and a man hater
In my front she approved 6 females of their visa and denied about 5 guys.
Including a guy with impressive travel history to UK, S.A, Dubai, Kenya and Cyprus
I wonder how many more she denied before I entered and after I had left
Even females who didn’t have valid travel reasons got their visa. Like a young woman going for F2 to be with her husband as a dependent and a girl going for B1/B2 for a conference she could have participated in online all got their visa
She denied only one female in my front, because that one was saying something entirely different from what was in her DS-160, so it became obvious that an agent filled the form for her, the V.O shakes her head, giving the facial expression of “you blew your chances of getting this visa” then issued blue paper denial letter.
So this is a bonus for any female going to Abuja Embassy. Target yourself to be interviewed by the V.O at the extreme right cubicle. There is 99% percent chance your visa will be approved
Finally, this V.O needs to be reported to U.S department of state and sanctioned immediately. She is putting too much emotions in her job. I wonder which man break her heart sef. Hmmmmmmm |
